Abstract

Regional head candidates hoping to appear as an elected regional heads in local elections (Election) with regional heads so each candidate will do various forms of business activities in the market including their political ideas by Bashir-mate Alex the regional head election (Election) Pekalongan in 2010 The purpose of this study to determine the political marketing used in the election of Bashir Pekalongan. The method used qualitative descriptive type using interview techniques and literature. These results indicate that the figure Bashir has had since the beginning of social capital as a doctor and a social being so generous in the use of political marketing Bashir form no trouble.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Secanggang, Langkat, to determine the factors that affect the process of implementation of the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas in Secanggang, Langkat. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method. This study uses four key informants and 9 the key informants. Data collected by using primary and secondary data collection, and data analysis techniques performed by the analysis of qualitative data. The results showed that the PNPM Rural in Secanggang, Langkat provide benefits for people, especially women namely the increasing standard of living of families with the help of infarstruktur rural development and venture capital for women, but in implementation of the program does not run properly.

Abstract

In an effort to improve performance, local governments do things that lead to the achievement of the organization at the local authority as mandated in the legislation. Absolute internal improvements done as a provision in the service eksternal.Tujuan this study to see how peminaan conducted by the local government of Deli Serdang Regency to the general secretariat of the apparatus at the office of Regent of Deli Serdang. This type of research is qualitative descriptive approach through data collection using literature study and interview. The results showed there are a variety of training programs undertaken by the government of Deli Serdang area in order to increase the capacity of the performance capability on the part of public servants including the secretariat office of Regent of Deli Serdang.

Abstract

In improving performance in each unit of the bureaucracy, local governments require various approaches to boost the performance of the organizational unit to another organizational unit. This study aims to look at how the protocol role in the success of the performance of the head of the public administration Deli Serdang. The method used manifold qualitative study with a descriptive approach, the source of the data in this study derived from the literature and in-depth interviews. Research results generally indicate a role in supporting the protocol has a maximum performance of the head of the public administration Deli Serdang.

Abstract

Village within the framework of regional development goals is seen as an object to be built. Rural development will have implications on the progress of the region so that the concentration of rural development in the various approaches becomes important to be improved. This study aims to look at how the performance of the Institute of Rural Community Empowerment (LPMD) Blankahan Village District of Kuala Langkat Potential Increase in 2013 in the Village. This type of research is qualitative descriptive method. Source data used through interviews, literature study and documentation. Research results obtained some findings of which is the Institute's role as a facilitator of Rural Community empowerment is low this can be seen from the community participation in determining priority program proposals to be made respectively. This is evident from the results of the interview by the chairman of the village LPMD Blankahan that in determining community priorities proposed meeting attended and participated only listened but no coment. LPMD people assume can not do anything.

Abstract

The village administration is the smallest unit in the structures of local government, the village government has its own duties and authorities as stipulated by Law. The main substance that has not changed is that the village government as the government administration at the village level. The purpose of this study to see how the duties and functions of the village head and village in improving performance at the village office Namo Binang Pancur Batu Subdistrict of Deli Serdang. This type of research is qualitative descriptive method. Source of data derived from interviews san documentation. The results showed under the implementation of the basic tasks and functions of the village and the village is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. On the implementation side than the basic tasks and functions in each village needs to be supported with human resources (HR) and adequate infrastructure in order to achieve the tasks and services to the public.
