Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the influence of the giving of Liquid Organic fertilizer (POC) Cow Urine and Urea Fertilizer production plant growth and against mustard (Brassica juncea L.). This research was carried out in Village Aek Batu Subdistrict Torgamba Regency Labuhanbatu of North Sumatra in + 70 mdpl. Designs used are Random Design Group (RAK) Factorial with two factors, namely the granting of liquid organic fertilizer factor (POC) cow urine with 4 degrees of treatment (N0:0 cc/plant, N1:5 cc/plants, N2:10 cc/tanamana and N3:15 cc/plant) and urea fertilizers with awarding 3 adequate treatment (U1:1 gr/plant, U2:2 gr/plant and U3 : 3 gr/plant). The parameters observed were higher plants (cm), number of leaf worthy of consumption (strands), biomass sample (gr) fresh weight and sell sample (gr). Of research results obtained the following conclusions: 1. liquid organic fertilizer Treatment of cow urine shows the very real influence against the high number of fresh leaves of the plant and worthy of consumption at the age of 24 HST while Weight biomass fresh weight of sample and sell sample shows real influence. 2. urea fertilizer Treatments showed no real influence of age 10-17 HST but real effect at age 24 HST on higher plants. Whereas the amount of the fresh leaf is worthy of consumption, biomass weight and weight fresh sample and sell weight sample shows the influence of unreal age 24 HST. 3. The interaction between organic fertilizer liquid fertilizer and cow urine urea showed no real influence on all the parameters are observed i.e. High number of plants, the fresh leaf is worthy of consumption, biomass weight and weight fresh sample and sell weight sample. Abstract

The Research Design used was randomized factorial (RAK) group with 1 factors and five levels of treatment: L0:0 ml/plant, L1:125 mL/plant, L2:250 mL/plant, L3:375 mL, 500 ml: L4/plant, and continued with the test Duncan's Multiple Range tests. The parameters observed were higher plants (cm) Weight (kg) pertanaman fruit, fruit diameter. From the results of this research were obtained the following conclusions: (1) the grant of a Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) influential real Vegetables Waste against the plant, fruit weights pertanaman, and the diameter of the fruit. But it has no effect against a real high plants 10 days after planting. Keywords: Waste, production of Vegetables, tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum L.).

Abstract

The research was conducted in Dusun VI of Pangkatan Sub-district of Labuhanbatu Regency.The design of Randomized Block Design (RAK) Factorial with 2 factors studied was the factor of Kandang Lembu fertilizer (L) and ZPT Atonik (A) 12 combination of treatment: for the factor of Kandang Lembu fertilizer is L0 = 0 gr / polybag, L1 = 320 gr / polybag, L2 = 640 gr / polybag while the Axik ZPT is A0 = 0 cc / liter water, A1 = 1 cc / Liter of water, A2 = 2 cc / liter of water and A3 = 3 cc / liter of water. Parameters observed, height of plant (cm), stem diameter (cm), flowering plant age (day) and weight of sample plant fruit (gr). From the result of this research, it can be concluded: (1) The treatment of Kandang Lembu fertilizer gives a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, the weight of the sample plant and the stem diameter but does not give significant effect on the age of flowering plants; (2) The treatment of ZPT Atonik is not Showed significant effect on plant height parameters, stem diameter, flowering plant age and plant sample weight; (3) The interaction between cow manure and Atonik ZPT did not show any significant effect on all parameters: plant height, stem diameter, plant weight and weight of fruit of sample plant. Abstract

The ingredients of MSG derived from nature, especially vegetable materials, cause the MSG solution decompose with other substances. Utilization of Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) as a stimulant of plant growth can be applied to various types of plants. The aim of this study was to know the effect of MSG on the growth of oil palm seed (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in pre nursery. This research was conducted with 8 treatments and 3 replications, in which P0: Control, P1: 5 gram / 200 ml, P2: 10 gram / 200 ml, P3: 15 gram / 200 ml, and P4: 20 gram / 200 ml, P5: 25 gram / 200 ml, P6: 30 gram / 200 ml, P7: 35 gram / 200 ml. Observations were done after 4 MST with 2 weekly measurements up to 14 MST. The best rate of the height, the length and the number of leaves of the oil palm plant were at the dosage of P6 (30 grams / 200 ml). Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Pare-Pare Hilir, District Marbau, North Labuhanbatu District, North Sumatra province with a height of ± 54 m above sea level for 3 months. The method used was a randomized block design (RAK) factorial combination with 12 treatments and 3 replications, factor Gandasil-D leaf manure consists of 4 levels, namely: D0 = without treatment, D1 = 2 g / liter of water, D2 = 3 grams / liter water, D3 = 4 g / liter of water, while the Liquid Organic Fertilizer EM4 factor consists of 3 levels, namely : E0 = Without treatment, E1 = 10 ml / liter of water, E2 = 12 ml / liter of water. The parameters observed namely plant height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), the number of branches (stalks), number of pods containing cropping (g), the heavy weight of 100 grains seeds (g), the amount of production per plot (g). Treatment provision leaf manure Gandasil-D very significant effect on the parameters number of branches, number of pods per plant contains, and the amount of production per plot, whereas no real influence on the parameters of plant height, leaf number and weight of 100 grains weight of seed. Treatment of Liquid Organic Fertilizer EM4 administration showed a significant influence on the parameters of plant height and number of branches, but there is also a significant effect on the parameters of the number of pods per plant and the amount of production per plot. While there was no significant effect on the parameters of the number of leaves, and the heavy weight of 100 grains of seeds. Interaction between Leaf Fertilizer Gandasil-D and Liquid Organic Fertilizer EM4 did not give the significant effect on all parameters observed.
