Abstract

Profit management is manager effort to get advantages including the effort management to maximize or minimize profit of including flattening of profit as according to desire of management. Profit management can be conducted by comparing working capital akrual with sale conducted by company. Acrual working capital consist of change of circulating assets, change of current lialibilities and also change of cash. Profit management done by company more or less him will influence decision of investor. Because menagement and investor only communicating to pass financial statement released by management. This research aim to to test empirically influence between profit management with cost of capital. In this research is used by return on asset and of persistensi profit as variable control by using data company of banking wich go-public in effect exchange of Jakarta during period of perception three year that is 2003 until 200. The result of research that is management profit of significant equal having an effect on to cost of capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence about the impact of corporate governance's structure ti the cost of equity capital. Corporate governance's structures that used in this research consist of independent commissioner, audit committee, boards of directors, managerial and institutional ownership. Research sample are companies that listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. Cross-sectional is used in this research with the period of observation is 2003. Method that used in testing hypothhesis is multiple Regression. Result of the test shows only one of five variables that have been tested, audit committee, have a negative significant impact to the Cost of Equity Capital. Means that Cost of Equity Capital in companies with audit commitee, can be lower than companies without audit committe.

Abstract

Syariah Banking have great potencial, but behind that, there are many problem that is faced for competing and developing wider, that is limited amount to qualified of human resource. This research ave purpose for knowing uman resource practice and knowing relation between human resource with syari;ah banking performance, by focusing to organization measure. Metodologi research tat used is quantitatif method by survey, using cross section data. Result of this research shows that Syariah Banking in West Sumatera have implementation operational function of Human Resource Management. Human Resource Management function have important role in influencing Syariah Banking performance in West Sumatera is recruitment. Beside, this research can not analizing the effect of organization measure to relationship between implementing operational function of Human Resource Management with Syariah Banking performance in West Sumatera.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to test the capacity of fiscal profit prediction. This research propose the following Hypotheses. Fiscal profit many predict the profit improvement. In order to tests that of Hypotheses, the linear regression models developed. The dependent variable is fiscal profit estimated by ratio between fiscal profit and accounting net profit. While the independent variable is profit improvement that spesified onto the nest one year, three years, and five years profit improvement. Meanwhile, the control variables are company's beta, PER, PBV, and SIZE. Thoose model parameters eestimated with the data pooling of regression estimation of common effect and GLS method, under the use of data that consists of 55 manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia stock Exchange during the 2002-2007 period year. The result shows that all of the empirical models are significant. The output of the test presents that empirical evidence supports the proposed Yhpotheses, that is fiscal profit may predict profit improvement for until the next three years. That can be concluding generally that fiscal profit has a predictive content.

Abstract

Human resource concerning to civil government officer are one of the goverment official, employee of the country and employee of society, that have an important role in running organization and realizing organization purpose. To implement that duty, we need the condusif work climate and ability from a leader, motivation and good comitment from that employee self. This research have purpose (1). Getting empirical evident about how many the leadership effect, work climate and employee job motivation at Department of education in Mandailing Natal Regency. (2). Getting empirical evident about how many the leadership effect, work climate and job motivation at integrated condition to employee work commitment at Department of Education in Mandailing Natal Regency. Inthies research, the writter using double regression method, test t and test f. From the result, we can conclude that (1). There are significant effect from leadership to employee commitment at Department of Education in Mandailing Natal Regency. (2). There are significant effect from job motivation to independent variable give support to commitment about 62%.
