Abstract

The investor will try to see micro and macro economic condition in considering such stock due to it can influence the return of the stock. Return is the motivator in the infestations process. Therefore, the investors in comparing samoe investation's alternative ganerally use return measurement. The aim of tihs rasearch is to analyze factor variable macro economic of the stock toward stock return. Economic variable use rate of inflation and interest rate SBI. Nine pharmacy enterprises registered in the unit of research analysis at Jakarta Stock Exchange from 2001 to 2005. Eviews program used to prove the hypothesis by hte regression. The result of the research is there are rate SBI of the stock that have the significant influence toward the stock return pharmacy enterprices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether or not property and real estate stocks are worth buying as investments. The type of data is secondary data, which originates from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Bank Indonesia and shares of Indonesian companies in the period 2016-2018. the population in this study are all property and real estate stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. using the perpose sampling technique obtained 32 companies that were sampled. The analysis technique uses the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. worthy shares are stocks that have an individual return expected return (Ri ERi). The results of this study indicate that: (1) There are 7 shares of property and real estate companies that deserve to be used for, namely ASRI, BEST, BKSL, BSDE, CTRA, OMRE, SMRA. These shares have a Ri value greater than E (Ri) or [Ri E (Ri)]. The investment decision that must be taken by investors is to buy the shares. (2) There are 25 company shares that are not feasible. Inappropriate stocks have a Ri value smaller than E (Ri) or [Ri E (Ri)]. The investment decision that must be taken by the investor is to sell the stock before the price drops. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis layak atau tidak layaknya saham property dan real estat  untuk dibeli sebagai sarana investasi. Jenis data adalah data sekunder, yang berasal dari Bursa Efek Indonesia, Bank Indonesia dan saham perusahaan Indonesia tahun periode 2016-2018. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham properti dan real estate yang tedaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. menggunakan teknik perpose sampling diperoleh 32 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). saham layak adalah saham yang memiliki return individu expected return (Ri ERi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat 7 saham-saham perusahaan property dan real estate yang layak dijadikan untuk yaitu ASRI, BEST, BKSL, BSDE, CTRA, OMRE, SMRA. Saham-saham tersebut memiliki nilai Ri lebih besar daripada E(Ri) atau [Ri E(Ri)]. Keputusan investasi yang harus diambil oleh investor adalah membeli saham tersebut. (2) Terdapat 25 saham-saham perusahaan yang tidak layak. Saham-saham tidak layak tersebut memiliki nilai Ri lebih kecil daripada E(Ri) atau [Ri E(Ri)]. Keputusan investasi yang harus diambil oleh investor adalah menjual saham tersebut sebelum harga turun.

Abstract

Human resource concerning to civil government officer are one of the goverment official, employee of the country and employee of society, that have an important role in running organization and realizing organization purpose. To implement that duty, we need the condusif work climate and ability from a leader, motivation and good comitment from that employee self. This research have purpose (1). Getting empirical evident about how many the leadership effect, work climate and employee job motivation at Department of education in Mandailing Natal Regency. (2). Getting empirical evident about how many the leadership effect, work climate and job motivation at integrated condition to employee work commitment at Department of Education in Mandailing Natal Regency. Inthies research, the writter using double regression method, test t and test f. From the result, we can conclude that (1). There are significant effect from leadership to employee commitment at Department of Education in Mandailing Natal Regency. (2). There are significant effect from job motivation to independent variable give support to commitment about 62%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze and test the effect of compensation and work confusion on employee performance with discipline as an mediasi variable. This research was conducted at the Lima Puluh Kota Regional Secretariat with a type of comparative causal research. The population in this study was ASN who served in the Lima Puluh Kota Regional Secretariat totaling 118 people. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS application. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap iklim kerja pegawai, pengaruh pengawasan terhadap iklim kerja, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dengan iklim kerja sebagai variabel intervening dan pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja dengan iklim kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik sensus karena jumlah pegawai hanya 35 orang yang mengisi kuesioner. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Uji instrumen penelitian uji validitas dan realibilitas. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji deskripsi data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap iklim kerja pegawai, pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap iklim kerja pegawai, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, iklim kerja tidak berperan sebagai variabel intervening antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja pegawai dan iklim kerja tidak berperan sebagai variabel intervening antara pengawasan dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan saran bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, maka diperlukan gaya kepemimpinan yang membangun, iklim kerja yang lebih kondusif dan peningkatan pengawasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh (1) Stres kerja, Konflik peran, Kepuasan kerja, Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto. Populasi Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda dengan memenuhi persyaratan uji asumsi klasik yakninya uji normalitas, multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Stres kerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto (2) Konflik peran berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto, (4) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto (5) Stres kerja, konflik peran, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto.

Abstract

This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The target population in this study was MDTA teachers in Bukittinggi City, totaling 217 people, a sample of 69 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling. Data collection methods used are by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative analysis using path analysis. This study aims to use an analysis of how much influence the incentives, Competencies and Work Disciplines have on the performance of MDTA Teachers in Bukittinggi City. The results of the data analysis state that, the provision of Incentives, Competence and Work Discipline has an effect on improving teacher performance by 79.8%, the remaining 20.2% is explained by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Economic growth has long been a key indicator in measuring a country's progress. However, an excessive focus on gross domestic product (GDP) growth without considering aspects of equity and social welfare often results in social inequality and marginalization of vulnerable groups. Therefore, an inclusive economic approach is a strategic solution to balance economic growth and the improvement of social welfare in a sustainable manner. This research aims to examine how an inclusive economic approach can be applied as a comprehensive and equitable development strategy. Through literature studies and analysis of development policies in various countries, this study highlights the importance of integration between macroeconomic policies and social programs, such as strengthening the social security system, improving access to education and health, and creating equitable employment. The results show that countries that adopt an inclusive development approach tend to have stronger social resilience, sustained economic stability and higher levels of public satisfaction. Thus, a balance between growth and welfare is not only possible, but a prerequisite for achieving sustainable development. The study recommends the need for economic policy transformation that places people at the center of development and ensures the active participation of all groups in the economic process

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Work Culture and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Payakumbuh City. This research is classified as Explanatory Research using a Quantitative approach. The sample consists of all Civil Servants (PNS) working at the Civil Service Police Unit of Payakumbuh City, totaling 40 individuals. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as the research sample. The data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3 application. The hypothesis testing results show that Work Culture has an insignificant effect on employee performance, while Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, Emotional Intelligence positively and significantly affects job satisfaction. The indirect effect of Work Culture on performance through job satisfaction is found to be insignificant, whereas Job Satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of Emotional Intelligence on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit of Payakumbuh City.Keywords: Work Culture, Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, Performance
