Abstract

Decreasing in dicipline shows by employee or civil official becoming an important issue. This research purposed to identify employee diciplinie influenced by leadership, organization climate, and motivation in Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Bukittinggi. Proportional stratified random sampling used to identify research sampling 81 person of civil officials. Hypotesis determined by structural equation model with AMOS package. The research result shows leadership have not significant influenced to create organization climate supporting. But, leadership have a significant correlated to motivation and employee dicipline, although organizational climate have not significant correlated to employee dicipline. According to this result, to increase employee dicipline in Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Bukittinggi must have efforts for instances leader supposed to be a motivator to create organization climate with participated leadership and leadership must be key factor to build both of correlation to increase employee dicipline.

Abstract

From financial statement that shows good, accurate, and total count, we can make financial analysis with many view of measurement. Also, we can meke decision about distress or non distress to the financial performance existing. Analysis of financial performance in PT. Lautan Abadi in this research caounted by break-event-sales method which is a method to identify level of sales that shows firm has a break-even condition in financial performance replected by profits or loses would chhanged from full costing method to direct costing method. Then, changing in measurement methode used to count braek-even-sales. Finally, based on financial performance by firm at current period, profits or loses will be predited in the future times.

Abstract

This research is aimed to identify tariff of inpatient hospital service in Raflesia Hospital Bengkulu, especially for tarif of inpatient service based on hospital management in 1997 to require hospital social service category within breakevent point of hospital profit. The analysis of tariff can be separated by hospital costs at least 1.058.686.120 rupiahs and hospital revenues at least 704.026.270 rupiahs. Percentageof hospital rooms consist of 5% (Principal VIP Class). To find out cost that spended among classes, total cost among classes divided by day for inpatient service during one year. According to result of this research there is a residual tariff, the largest residual in Class III and Class IV. In addition, hospital management require cross subsidiary fund to equalized revenues between Principal VIP Class with the others in break even analysis of inpatient hospital service.

Abstract

The role of syaria banking as an intermediary investment was, required, especially for improving of the prosperity of society, that can be done by implementation of mudaraba financing or musyarakah financing. By canneling the both of this type of financing, all the investment was intructed fully to run the business. Changing and priority in channeling of the bank's fund are really determine the role of the syaria banking, in the case of improving the development of economics and prosperity of society. By changing the habit of the syaria bank which tend to give loan as a consumptive loan, and replace being a productive loan by using mudharabah or musyarakah will give the impact to the developer of corporate world, increasing the employment, decreasing of infliation rate, make-up of growth of national product, and improvment of the prosperity of society.

Abstract

Plantation subsector is contributed to National Gross Domectic Product and in agricultural sector, also in Product Domestic Regional Bruto of West Sumatera components. In West Sumatera, cassiavera is a spesific comodity which contributed to PDRB and implemented by RPMD. This paper will explain how cassiavera cultivator in plantation determined by gross investment with responses in a model of supply cassiavera in West Sumatera. This model used to identify the influence factors in responses cassiavera farming. Overall, this paper have conclution that chhoosing model to identify the influence factors in responses cassiavera farming consist of three factors: growing location of plant characteristic, data existing, and estimated method. The important factor which is recomended to determine supply of cassiavera farming in West Sumatera consist of economic factor, selling price of cassiavera, coffe and rice price as a competitive product in land uses. Meanwhile, non economic factor also in important recomendation are climate change and temperature.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of work stressed n job satisfaction of employees Andalas University in order to implement the financial management of Public Service Board (BLU). To perform the testing stages of data used 284 employees at the University Andalas Padang. The process of data collection is done by using the observation that involved researchs directly. The research data used are the primary data that sought to spread the research questionnaire to the respondent who has met the criteria of sampling. Within this study there is one types of variable used that is independent of work stressed. Second is the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The process of hypothesis testing is done by quantitative methods. The model used is simple linier regression. Based on test result found that work stressed had no significant effect on job satisfaction of employees Andalas University in order to implement the financial management of Public Service Board (BLU).
