Abstract

Innovations of concrete growing quite rapidly now from reuse and reduce. materials unused or addition of additives in order to increase the quality of concrete include the addition of waste carbide (B3) is an effort to increase the element calcium is required in the reaction pozzolanic when mixed with SiO2 in the fly ash, Pozzolanic reaction is a reaction between calcium, silica or aluminates with water to form a strong and rigid mass similar to the cement hydration process. The mixing process carbide waste as a concrete material is done by laboratory testing in accordance with data from literature Indonesian Standard SK SNI and foreign standards are ASTM with variation of composition dregs carbide 5% as a substitute for cement material with a target quality of concrete K-175. From this result the composition of dregs addition of a mixture of dregs carbide 5% with an average compressive strength of 249,69 kg/cm2. That value greater than 1,77% of the normal concrete  245,36 kg/cm2.

Abstract

Asphalt is a thermoplastic material that will become harder or thicker if the temperature is reduced and will be soft or more liquid if the temperature increases. As developments in asphalt mixtures, several studies have developed the use of plastic waste in an effort to reduce plastic waste that is difficult to recycle. In this research used type of PP plastic (Polypropylene) as alternative of asphalt mixture. the results of the study showed the lowest stability value that is on the normal laston of 1136 kg, but the value still meets the specification of Bina Marga> 800kg. The lowest flow is on the normal laston of 3.62, the value still meets the provisions of Bina Marga > 3. The lowest Marshall Quotient value on the normal 307, is still meets the requirements of Bina Marga > 250. With the addition of PP plastic (Polypropylene) 2% and 4% showed better results than normal asphalt. Judging from the stability, flow and MQ values, they are better than the normal asphalt.

Abstract

The technology of artificial geomembrane reservoir or water tank is the small reservoir in the village land (TKD) which is built to collect the water in the rainy season by using waterproof material as the layer by utilizing the rainwater through the river around which is then used as an alternative source of clean water (water supply) in the dry season. As for the calculation methods used for this research include: analysis of rainfall area using algebra average method (arithematic mean), the calculation of rainfall plan can be done by using disperse measurement, with the statistical parameter of calculation result of Sd= 23.884 Cs= 1.933 Ck= 4.031 Cv= 0.233. The distribution analysis is done using Gumbel 1 method for 10 years plan amounted to 146.601 mm/day. Rainfall intensity analysis is done by using Mononobe method for 10 years rainfall intensity plan amounted to 6.108 mm/hour. For the next 10 years population projection is done using calculation of Arithmetic method of 2.795 populations. The conclusion of this research indicates that the clean water need in the dry season at Tanggung Prigel Village, Glagah District in 2026 is approximately 0.001941 m3/sec. While the plan for reservoir debit of 0.003254 m3/sec so it is considered sufficient to fulfill the clean water need in the Tanggung Prigel Village, Glagah District.

Abstract

Concrete is the most common construction material in use and demand because it is an easily formed base material with a relatively cheap price compared to other construction. The utilization of waste powder of white brick on the concrete mixture is very useful in terms of environmental insight aspects can reduce pollution of dust in the area where the white brick is produced. In addition, the use of white brick powder can reduce environmental pollution because the dust is a solid material that is not easily soluble and not volatile. This research was done by mixing concrete and powder of white brick waste as cement added material with the composition of 5% and 10%. The highest value of compressive strength of concrete was obtained from the mixture composition of 5% addition of white brick waste which reached the value of 18,20 Mpa at age 28 day. While the mixture composition of 10% decreased the compressive strength of concrete by 16.07%.

Abstract

 Asphalt concrete wearing course as a wear layer in highway pavement layer, Is the top layer in flexible pavement. In this research will be discussed on the use of Portland cement filler as a reference to compare filler replacement with fly ash and powdered brick with 100% fly ash, 100% powdered brick and 50% fly ash: 50% powder brick. The first step after the aggregate testing, the asphalt and filler material to be used, followed by the manufacture of the specimen with the specified asphalt content. After obtaining the optimum asphalt content for each different filler variation, a Marshall test was performed to obtain flow stability and density values. In this research we get the optimum asphalt content value of 5,5% for each specimen. The result of this research mixed with good quality using 100% Portland cement filler stability value of 112.19 kg and the lowest using filler 100% fly ash but the result still meet the specifications of clan. While the MQ value with 100% filler of brick powder under specification of Bina Marga is 213. So it can be concluded that a good filler for asphalt concrete wearing course mixture is with Portland cement.

Abstract

Aloon-aloon of Lamongan area is the area that became the center of the crowd in Lamongan. This area is very strategic because it can be reached by all walks of life from various parts of the city. Pedestrian in Aloon-aloon of Lamongan experienced a change of function at night that is as a center of street hawkers, thus making pedestrian rights become reduced. The existence of various kinds of problems make the function of the pedestrian and the convenience of pedestrian activity is not running properly. from this research is to know the pattern of pedestrian behavior in Area of Aloon-Aloon of Lamongan based on existing rules and regulations. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis which is used to explain the result of survey which conducted in Area of Aloon-aloon of Lamongan about public response to pedestrian. The results of this study are expected to provide future input on the development of pedestrian both in terms of function and comfort so that the pedestrian line functions properly as an open space that should be used for pedestrian activity so that the creation of comfort for users, and impact on the image of a pedestrian-friendly City.
