Abstract

Every Catholic is called and sent to continue Christ’s mission in union with the Church. To realize her/his call, s(he) participates in pastoral ministries of local Church. In fact, most of them participate in pastoral ministries is not based on true motivation. This article wants to challenge pastoral ministers to purify their fundamental motivation in order to nourish the Mystic Body of Christ. It also suggests them to cooperate with each other in their pastoral ministries.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to describe the Pascal’s religious life in practice. As a Christians, his life describe the Christians general style of life otomaticaly. Therefore, critical opinions toward Pascal’s religious life in practice means critical opinions toward christian’s religious life in general. In the modern world, this reflection is important to give new paradigm for man and woman how to make ideal religious life comes true. Some problems of theism like Deism, Theodicea, Sceptisism and the concept of religion as an individual and interioristic problem have some implications for the theistic and atheistic simultanously.

Abstract

Present, many people talk on intereligious dialogue at various levels, formally or informally in order to create a peaceful society. In line with it, Indonesian Government create the intereligious dialogue at various lavels. But in reality, there are often conflict between reality and what the Government want to. This article try to contribute some ideas to awake the catholics in order to create peaceful inter religious dialogue. It focuses on how to understand and developt intereligious dialogue as a new evangelization.

Abstract

The main objective of catechism is to motivate the members (of the Church) to fully comprehend their faith and bring their spiritual experiences into reality, both in their religious and social community. The role of the catechism is very important in developing the Catholics in the future. However, the policies of the pastoral council do not put the catechism into the priority. Besides, the motivation of the members in this field is also getting lower. This phenomenon will directly impact the quality of the members' comprehension of their faith during the next decades. There are many ways to activate the catechism. Catechetical music is one means to make the catechism interesting for the members. This article discusses some ideas about the use of music in catechism.

Abstract

One of the important components in education is the learning process in the classroom. In such a process teacher should play the role of a facilitator and motivator, rather than a main actor who develop only a silent and apathetic culture amongst the students. In order to have a true role a teacher must be wise in choosing the learning models. The learning models choosen should be appropriate with the students and materials characteristic, student’s background, developmental psychology and morality (moral development). Considering that the range of the catholic religious education consists of student personality, Jesus Christ, the Church and society, cooperative learning models can be used as an alternative choice in the learning process in the classroom.
