Abstract

Abstrak: Pengentasan kemiskinan perdesaan di Indonesia menjadi tantangan, terutama disparitas kemiskinan desa dan kota. Keterbatasan akses terhadap infrastruktur, layanan dasar, dan peluang ekonomi. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) hadir sebagai solusi strategis mendorong pembangunan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran strategis BUMDes dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di perdesaan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data semua BUMDes dan Desa di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), laporan tahunan BUMDes, dan literatur akademik. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan analisis tren. Analisis deskriptif dan analisis tren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes memberikan kontribusi tertinggi pada pendapatan rumah tangga mencapai 40 persen dan penciptaan lapangan kerja mencapai 25 persen. Berbagai tantangan dihadapi BUMDes dilapangan terutama pada aspek kelembagaan, manajerial, dan keterbatasan akses pasar. Pentingnya penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan, peningkatan kompetensi manajerial dan optimalisasi teknologi digital mendukung akses pasar. Abstract: Alleviating rural poverty in Indonesia is a challenge, especially the disparity in rural and urban poverty. Limited access to infrastructure, basic services and economic opportunities. Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) exist as a strategic solution to encourage village development. This research aims to analyze the role of VOE strategies in alleviating poverty in rural Indonesia. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection for all VOE and Villages in Indonesia. Secondary data collection from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), VOE annual reports, and academic literature. Data analysis uses descriptive and trend analysis. Descriptive analysis and trend analysis. The research results show that VOE provide the highest contribution to household income, reaching 40 percent and job creation reaching 25 percent. There are various challenges faced by VOE in the field, especially in institutional, managerial aspects and limited market access. The importance of strengthening institutional capacity, increasing managerial competence and optimizing digital technology to support market access.
