Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Communication and Teamwork on Employee Performance at Almadera Hotel Makassar. This research used a quantitative approach with a sample about of 61 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing through the t-test. Based on the Communication variable, the calculated t-value is 4.466, which is greater than the t- table value of 2.002. In addition, the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 is also smaller than 0.05. The Teamwork variable has a calculated t- value of 2.216, which is also greater than the t-table value of 2.002. Moreover, the significance value of 0.031 is less than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that Communication and Teamwork have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This study shows that overall, the Communication and Teamwork variables jointly contribute strongly to Employee Performance at Almadera Hotel Makassar.Keywords : Communication, Teamwork, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much training and organizational environment affect employee performance. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with a sample of 67 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Indonesia Regional V KTI Makassar.Keywords: training, organizational environment, employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and social intelligence on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Social Service. The type of research used in this study is quantitative using the SPSS 26 program data analysis method. The sample in this study was 49 people who were employees of the Gowa Regency Social Service. The data analysis used was descriptive data analysis, research instrument analysis, classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that based on the results of data analysis and t-test results, it was obtained that the intellectual intelligence variable has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Social Service, so H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.943> 0.05. Conversely, the social intelligence variable has a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.047 <0.05, which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Keywords : intellectual intelligence, social intelligence and employee performance

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of population and workforce on economic growth in Makassar City between 2014 and 2023. Using multiple linear regression methods with secondary data, this study found that population does not have a significant influence on economic growth. This indicates that population growth has not been matched by an increase in the quality of human resources (HR) capable of driving economic output. Conversely, the workforce has a significant influence, meaning that the absorption of productive labor contributes significantly to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). This research model explains that 73.2% of the variation in economic growth is influenced by these two variables. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Makassar City government prioritize policies that focus on improving the quality of the workforce and creating jobs to optimize the demographic bonus and encourage sustainable economic growth.Keywords : Population, Workforce, Economic Growth

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Trade and Industry Office (2) To determine the influence of work stress on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Trade and Industry Office. This sample consisted of 34 respondents. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. Data collection was carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis using the application (SPSS) version 26, the results of the multiple linear regression test indicate that the work environment and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with regression coefficient values of 0.401 and 0.479, respectively. The t-test shows significance (<0.05) for both variables, and the F-test shows a significant value (0.000). The R² value of 0.492 indicates that 49.2% of the variation in employee performance is explained by these two variables.Keywords : Work Environment, Work Stress and Employee Performance
