Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and work-life balance on turnover intention at the Excellent Tutoring Institute. The population in this study was 30 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated sample technique. Data collection methods were interviews and questionnaires. This study used the coefficient of determination test technique, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that workload had a significant effect on affective turnover intention, work stress had a significant effect on turnover intention, and work-life balance did not have a significant effect on turnover intention. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of human resource competency, implementation of government accounting standards, financial accounting systems, internal control systems, and utilization of information technology on the quality of local government financial reports. This research is an empirical study conducted on Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Ngawi Regency using a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data, collected through questionnaire distribution to respondents. The respondents in this study are employees in the financial departments of SKPD in Ngawi Regency, with a sample size of 54 people. The sampling technique was conducted using non-probability sampling method. The obtained data was then processed and analyzed using SmartPLS 3 application. The research results show that human resource competency, implementation of government accounting standards, and utilization of information technology do not influence the quality of local government financial reports. Meanwhile, financial accounting systems and internal control systems are proven to have an influence on the quality of local government financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial characteristics, and entrepreneurial skills on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ponorogo Regency. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The population consists of MSME owners in Ponorogo Regency. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on business success; (2) entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive and significant effect on business success; (3) entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant effect on business success; and (4) entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial characteristics, and entrepreneurial skills simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the success of MSMEs in Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

As economic entities, companies are not only oriented toward short-term profit attainment, but also aim to increase their long-term value by implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), especially in the basic materials sector, which has considerable environmental and social impacts. This study explores how GCG and CSR affect firm value in companies listed in the basic materials sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. GCG is represented by managerial ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee. Using a quantitative approach with explanatory research, the study relies on secondary data gathered from annual company reports. The sample was selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression along with classical assumption tests. The results show that GCG and CSR together have a significant impact on firm value, but when tested individually, only the board of directors shows a significant effect, while the other variables do not show a significant impact on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Gender and Product Design on Purchase Decisions of Scoopy motorcycles in Mekar Sari Village. The research method used is a quantitative approach with SmartPLS version 3.0. Questionnaires were distributed to 96 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study include the measurement model (outer model), which consists of validity and reliability tests, and the structural model (inner model), which includes the coefficient of determination (r²) and hypothesis testing using the t-test and f-test (simultaneous test). The results from SmartPLS 3.0 in this study indicate that: Gender influences the purchase decision of Scoopy motorcycles in Mekar Sari Village. Design influences the purchase decision of Scoopy motorcycles in Mekar Sari Village. Gender and product design both influence the purchase decision of Scoopy motorcycles in Mekar Sari Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance on employee performance through job satisfaction. The variables studied include Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance as independent variables, Employee performance as dependent variables, and job satisfaction as intervening variables. The study was conducted on employees of PTPN VI Kebun Pabatu, Dolok Merawan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The number of research samples was 51 people, determined using the Taro Yamane formula. This study uses primary data obtained by using questionnaires distributed to employees. The data analyzed using the path analysis method. The results of the study showed that Employee Engagement did not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, while Work-Life Balance had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Employee Engagement was proven to have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while Work-Life Balance did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. This study also found that Job Satisfaction had a significant effect on Employee Performance. In addition, Job Satisfaction was able to mediate the effect of Employee Engagement on Performance, but was unable to mediate the effect of Work-Life Balance on Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of cultural factors, social factors, and perception factors in making purchasing decisions for Sedaap instat noodle products. The basic method of this research is quantitative method. The location determination in this study was carried out purposively, namely at the Modern Market in Sukoharjo Regency. Data collection methods are carried out by observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software version 21. The results of this study indicate that cultural factor variable has a negative and insignificant relationship to the purchasing decision of branded instant noodle products “sedaap”. The social factor variable has a positive and significant relationship to th purchasing decision of the “sedaap” brand instant noodle product. The perception factor variable has a positive and significant relationship to the “sedaap” instant noodle purchasing decision. Keywords : Consumer Behavior, Modern Market, Instant Noodles

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how price, free shipping, and cashback affect TikTok Shop on impulsive buying behavior of consumers in Surakarta City. The sample used in this study consisted of 100 respondents who had made at least one purchase through the TikTok Shop app. Primary data from surveys was used in this investigation. The dependent variable in this study is impulsive buying, while the independent factors are cashback, price, and free shipping. The sampling technique used instrument testing, With the aid of SPSS version 26, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (f-test & t-test), and R2 coefficient of determination test were conducted. The study's findings indicate that the factors of price, free shipping, and cashback have a favorable and substantial impact on Impulsive Buying among TikTok Shop marketplace users in Surakarta City.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore how knowledge regarding QRIS, the ease with which it can be accessed, and users’ perceptions of its usefulness shape the interest of Generation Z university students in Yogyakarta to use QRIS for financial transactions. This investigation uses a quantitative method, gathering first-hand data through a questionnaire distributed to 100 university students belonging to Gen Z in Yogyakarta. The data were then processed using multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis indicates that familiarity with QRIS significantly boosts students' willingness to use it. Likewise, both the simplicity of access and perceived utility play crucial roles in increasing their interest. These findings underline the need to raise awareness, improve accessibility, and amplify the perceived advantages of QRIS in order to promote its broader use among today’s digital-native youth. Abstract

Pembangunan pada masyarakat madani memerlukan kajian dan praktek yang tidak terpisahkan pada sejarah peradaban islam masa lampau. Pembahasan dalam tofik ini memuat “Analisis Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam Pada Kota Madani” dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis pendekatan metode historis (metode menggunakan analisisi atas peristiwa di masa lampau untuk merumuskan prinsip umum).penelitian ini berupaya menggunakan telaah pustaka guna mendapatkan kajian historis tentang masyarakat Madani. Penelitian ini mengemukakan tentang urgensi pembangunan Islam pada masyarakat yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai ke-Islaman pada tata kelola pembangunannya. Terdapat beberapa konsep pembangunan yang dikemukakan para tokoh pada aspek pembangunan perkotaan yang Islami, begitu juga dengan indek yang dijadikan pada pembangunan kota madani. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan paradigma dan prinsip serta ukuran-ukuran nisbi dalam membangun kota madani. Pembangunan dalam perkotaan madani senantiasa menggunakan ukuran-ukuran nisbi yang telah dipraktekkan pada masa lampau. Kata kunci: Pembangunan, Islam, Kota Madani.
