Abstract

Public service is public trust, where every citizen hopes that public services can provide services that are in accordance with honesty, and management of income sources that are appropriate, accountable, and generate public trust, which requires public service ethics as a pillar, public trust. and as a basis for realizing good governance, the quality of public services is a dynamic condition related to services, people, products, processes and the environment where the level of quality is determined at the time the service is provided. As for the formulation of the problem, how is the quality of clean water supply services at the Tirta Mon Krueng Baro Regional Public Company, Pidie Regency? and the methodology used using a descriptive qualitative approach is limited to efforts to reveal a problem or situation or event as it is so as to reveal facts and provide an objective picture of the actual state of the object under study. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that at PDAM Tirta Mon Krung Baro, Pidie Regency, the quality of service provided to customers. Honesty is part of spirituality that reflects the attitude of sharing, which is in favor of truth and a commendable moral attitude, and honesty is a personal quality possessed by every individual in the company. Services at PDAM Tirta Mon Krung Baro, Pidie Regency, not only show the existence and ability of employees to serve, but employees also deeply instill in themselves the responsibility as public servants. Structurally it is carried out by the Subscription Section, considering that the entire service administration process occurs in this section.Keywords: Quality, Service, Company

Abstract

Floods and landslides are the most frequent disasters in Indonesia, especially in Pidie District, Tangse District in 2017-2021 and have an impact on 25,214 people who inhabit 28 villages. Data for the last 4 years shows that there are 3 schools affected by floods and landslides, but until this research was conducted there was no accurate data on the number of affected education offices. Problem Formulation 1. What is the model for implementing disaster education during the flood disaster in Tangse District 2. What actions have been taken by the Pidie District Education Office. (2) To find out what actions were taken by the Pidie District Education Office. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The qualitative method is part of the research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The results of this study are teachers have tried to provide disaster education in their own way but still have not utilized the environment and the potential of its natural resources; Disaster education that has been implemented has not been clearly integrated with the learning curriculum; Coordination of flood disaster management with local agencies has been carried out but is not yet optimal. So it can be said that a more comprehensive and sustainable effort is needed to help prepare junior high school teachers to realize a culture of alertness, safety culture and a culture of disaster risk reduction in junior high schools.Keywords: Model, Implementation, Education, Disaster

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa terhadap pelajaran biologi khusunya materi Tumbuhan Paku dengan menggunakan media yang relevan. Hal ini menggugah penulis untuk mengadakan suatu penelitian terhadap masalah ini di SMA Unggul Pidie Jaya selama 3 bulan dari bulan Agustus – Oktober 2021 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIPA 3 materi Tumbuhan paku pelajaran biologi dengan menggunakan model Inquairi pada SMA Unggul Pidie Jaya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 3 SMA Unggul Pidie Jaya Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 18 orang siswa, untuk memperoleh data penulis menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes. Setelah data terkumpul penulis mengolah dan menganalisis data dengan cara membandingkan hasil observasi dan tes pada siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada akhir siklus 1 siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar sebanyak 44,44% (8 siswa), dan siswa yang belum tuntas sebanyak 55,55 % (10 siswa) sedangkan pada akhir siklus 2,sebanyak 94,44 % (17 siswa) dan siswa 1 (5,55 %)yang belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Dengan nilai rata-rata kelas siklus I adalah 6,02 dan rata-rata kelas siklus II adalah 7,97. Adapun non tes,pengamatan proses belajar menunjukkan perubahan keadaan siswa yang lebih aktif selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung.Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar siswa, model Pembelajaran Inquairi

Abstract

This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The CAR model used is the spiral model from Kemmis, S. and Mc Taggart, R using 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions and observing, reflecting. The research subjects were 35 students of class X MIPA-1 SMA Negeri 1 Sigli. Data collection techniques with test techniques and nontest techniques which include observation techniques and observation techniques. As for the research instrument by using item questions, observation sheets. The analytical technique used is descriptive quantitative which includes the number, mean, minimum-maximum score, percentage and graph/diagram. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Sigli, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province, for the 2021/2022 academic year in Class X MIPA-1 whose learning achievement was still low. The purpose of this classroom action research is to find out whether the application of the Quantum Learning Model can improve student learning achievement. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles through the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Learning achievement test is a tool used in collecting research data which is then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate an increase in the ability of students to follow the learning process from an initial average of 68.85 increased to 74.42 in the first cycle and increased to 90.28 in the second cycle with an initial learning completeness of 28.57% in the first cycle. I increased to 68.57% and in the second cycle increased to 97.14%. The conclusion that can be drawn from these results is that the application of the quantum learning model in the implementation of the learning process is able to improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: PPKn Learning Discussion Method, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The Regional Social Service Office of Pidie Regency conducted data collection on persons with disabilities with an effort to collec government data on the number of persons with disabilities with the aim of providing assistance to be used to develop various types of businesses with the skills they possess. Data collection for persons with disabilities and disabilities in Pidie District, Pidie District Social Service officers conducted data collection in various villages or sub-districts in each sub-district to obtain accurate data after the data was obtained then the data for persons with disabilities would be reviewed because there are many names that are the same but only thevillages that have disabilities different. the system used by employees for data management for people with disabilities or disabilities still uses a manual system by operating Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications on the windows operating system from the author's observations of the problems that the author finds data input is done one by one according to the author greatly slows down the processing of a data that is very slow. besides that it also takes a very long time. The benefit of research from the Development of Applications for Distribution of Assistance in the Context of Empowering Disability at the Social Service Using Composer and the Laravel Framework is that it is expected to contribute knowledge and useful solutions or alternatives to efforts to improve community services (Distability) that are more competent or structured.Keywords: Application, aid distribution, people with disabilities, framework, Laravel

Abstract

 Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keterampilan dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap EfesiensiKerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Tenaga kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Pidie dan Untuk mengetahuivariabel mana yang dominan berpengaruh Terhadap Efisiensi Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Tenagakerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Pidie. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 52responden atau keseluruhan Populasi yang ada pada Dinas Tenaga kerja dan TransmigrasiKabupaten Pidie. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengedarkan kuesionerkepada seluruh Pegawai Pada Dinas Tenaga kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Pidie dan analisisdata mentah dilakukan dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik regresi linier berganda dan diolahdengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21.0. Berdasarkan regresi linier berganda, maka dapat ambilkesimpulan dengan persamaan regresi yaituY = 1,741+ 0,411 X1 + 0,522 X2. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa variabel Keterampilan (X1) dan Variabel Fasilitas kerja (X2) berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap Efisiensi Kerja pegawai dibuktikan dengan: 1 Nilai thitung pada variabelKeterampilan (X1) sebesar 8.452 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel dengan nilai2.0096, dan 2 Nilaithitung pada variabel Fasilitas kerja (X2) sebesar 9.792 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel dengan nilai2.0096. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa Variabel Keterampilan (X1) dan Variabel Fasilitaskerja (X2) dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efisiensi kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Tenaga kerjadan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Pidie (Y). Saran yang dapat diambil dari penilitian ini adalahDiharapkan kepada Dinas Tenaga kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Pidie agar terusmeningkatkan keterampilan kerja pegawai, supaya efesiensi kerja pegawai dapat lebih meningkatlagi.Kata kunci : Keterampilan, Fasilitas kerja, dan Efesiensi Kerja

Abstract

Model pembelajaran levels of inquiry terdiri dari tahapan-tahapan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan keterampilan intelektual dan berfokus pada peseta didik. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran Biologi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Levels of Inquiry di Kelas XI IPA 1 pada materi sel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Kuala pada semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Kelas yang dijadikan sampel penelitian yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 dengan jumlah peserta didik 26 orang terdiri dari 5 orang laki-laki dan 21 orang perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Siklus pertama berlangsung dengan dua kali tatap muka, siklus II berlangsung dengan dua kali tatap muka, setiap sesi berlangsung selama 45 menit. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembaran test, observasi, dan lembaran kuesioner respon peserta didik. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu, siklus I (53,8%) dan siklus II (100%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Levels of Inquiry berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik serta dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran Biologi.Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran Inkuiri, levels of inquiry, hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of the help, answer, improve – Costumer Service Officer service at the Meulaboh State Treasury Office. Whether the service provides accurate, intergated, and timely information, then whether the service answer question form the appropiate work unit for them. Want. The research method user is descriptive whit a narrative approach. Data collection techniques using retrieval from documents and direct  interview techniquest from one of the employees of KPPN Meulaboh. The population in this study were all users oh the HAI-CSO service who managed the finances of the work units whithin the working area of the Meulaboh KPPN. The results of this study indicate that the questions posed by the work unit have several unanswered tickets, the quality of the answers provided by the KPPN fulfills the wishes of the work unit, and the HAI-CSO service facility is very useful and utilized by the work unit to obtain information as needed.Keywords : HAI-CSO, Sevice Quality, Service

Abstract

Imunisasi adalah proses meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh seseorang terhadap suatu penyakit. Berdasarkan data yang ada di Wilayah penelitian untuk cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap yang salah satunya imunisasi HB 0 sebanyak 45,4 % yang mana masih dibawah cakupan imunisasi nasional yaitu 58,4 %. Pada tahun 2020 cakupan imunisasi BCG sebesar 78,4 % tetapi pada tahun 2021 mengalami penurunan yaitu 56,7 %. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, partisipasi dan dukungan keluarga terhadap imunisasi dasar lengkap. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan Baduta yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kluet Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 327 baduta dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 responden dengan teknik pengambilan secara proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama 7 hari dari tanggal 20 s/d 27 Mei 2022 menggunakan kuesioner melalui wawancara ibu yang mempunyai balita. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi-square dan uji regresi logistik berganda dengan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Baduta yang memperoleh imunisasi dasar lengkap sebanyak 40 responden (51,9 %) dan yang tidak lengkap imunisasi dasar sebanyak 37 responden (48,1 %). Hasil analisis bivariat, terdapat hubungan pengetahuan (p-value 0,001), sikap (p-value 0,001), partisipasi (p-value 0,005), dan dukungan keluarga (p-value 0,001) terhadap imunisasi dasar lengkap. Hasil analisis uji regresi logistik di peroleh bahwa tidak ada pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, partisipasi dan dukungan keluarga terhadap imunisasi dasar lengkap dengan OR 1. Abstract

Pelaksanaan hukum Islam merupakan kewajiban imani bagi setiap muslim, hukum dan syariat Islam bersumber dari wahyu dan sunnah Nabi saw. Berdasarkan dua sumber utama ini, para ulama mengembangkan asas dan prinsip pelaksanaan hukum Islam. Asas dan prinsip hukum Islam inilah yang menjamin perlindungan hak hak Allah dan hak sesame manusia dalam kehidupan sosial. Perlindungan hak ini dimaksudkan untuk mewujudkan kehidupan yang harmoni sebagai tujuan penegakan hukum. Lewat proses pendidikan akan mewujudkan pemahaman untuk saling menghormati di tengah perbedaan yang ada.Kata kunci: Hukum Islam, Wahyu, asas, harmoni
