Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual ability and career development on employee performance which is moderated by organizational justice and self efficacy at PT. Pelayaran Tempuran Emas, Tbk. Jakarta. The number of respondents studied by taking samples of 95 employees.Sampling method in this research using probability sampling method . In this research using PLS method ( Partial Least Square ) 3.0. The result of the data feasibility study proves that the result of the questionnaire is valid and reliable. This study led to the conclusion that intellectual ability significant positive effect on employee performance, career development significantly influence employee performance, organizational justice affects the performance of employees, self-efficacy affects employee performance, organizational justice is not able to moderate the relationship of intellectual ability to employee performance , organizational justice able to moderate career development relationship to employee performance, self efficacy not able to moderate the relationship of intellectual ability to employee performance , self efficacy is not able to moderate career development relationships to employee performance.Keywords: Employee Performance, Intellectual Ability, Career Development, Organizational Justice , Self Efficacy

Abstract

Initial Public Offering (IPO) is the company’s activity issuing its share for the first time to the public in order to increase the company’s capital. This research is aimed to know the influence of underwriter reputation. Auditor reputation, and Return On Asset (ROA) againts underpricing for period 2012-2016. This research was conducted using multiple regression analysis with 5 percent level of signification. The aim of the research is to know the influence of each variable. Before using multiple regression tet, the author tested the classical first. The result of this research againts the variable is ROA has a significant positive effect on underpricing and other variable that is the underwriter reputation and auditor reputation are not affected againts underpricing. Abstract

Along with the development of technology, lifestyle follows. The use social media as a medium of transaction, Instagram is one of them. Thus, came this research in regard in Trust, Perceived usefulness, Consumer Satisfaction that used as a reference for research on User’s of Instagram that are known to use the application for the needs of selling and buying through the Instagram. Data collection using questionnaire method and collected as much as 152 respondents and use accidental sample technique and sample consideration. After that tested the validity andreliability test using SPSS. The data shows that Trust (TU) variable gives positive value of 0.879 to Perceived Usefulness (PU) and positive effect of 0,596 on Consumer Satisfaction (CS) while Perceived Usefulness (PU) gives positive value 0,930 to Intention to Use (ITU) and Consumer Satisfaction (CS) gives positive value to Intention to Use (ITU). It can be concluded that Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, (Perceived Usefulness gives a positive influence on the use of Instagram application as a medium of buying and selling transaction.Keywords: Trust, Perceived Usefulness, Consumer Satisfaction, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).

Abstract

One important aspect of Knowledge Management is the behavior of sharing knowledge in the work environment. However, it is not easy to implement the culture. The dynamics of competition in the field of Human Resources (HR) is still a major trigger that makes providing information about work closed. This study aims to analyze the determinants of knowledge sharing behavior behavior in the work environment. The Structural Equation Modeling method with SMART PLS 3.0 was used to analyze 100 employees in a tin smelting company in Bangka Belitung Province. This study explains that the desire to share knowledge is not influenced by attitudes, knowledge sharing behavior is not influenced by attitudes, knowledge sharing behavior is not influenced by self-views of the concept of sharing knowledge, the desire to share knowledge is not influenced by social norms. Behavioral factors of knowledge sharing are influenced by the desire to share knowledge, the desire to share knowledge is influenced by the self-view of the concept of sharing knowledge, the behavior of sharing knowledge is influenced by social norms. In the indirect effect, knowledge sharing behavior is not influenced by factors of attitudes and social norms but is influenced by factors of self-view of the concept of sharing. Suggestions for further research can be to test these factors on companies in the sector that have the character of the importance of information knowledge to support jobs such as: banking, insurance, or companies selling smart technology tools. Abstract

This study aims to determine the distance traveled to each targeted area by optimizing the cost and delivery routes by saving matrix method and transportation at PT Herona Express. The method used is qualitative method by observation and interview. Data collected then processed by analysis of relationship between variables by using transportation method of calculation of QM for Windows and saving matrix method from processing data in get minimum result in cost of delivery to every area will be visited the data in order to minimize costs incurred by PT Herona Express and can estimate the time and distance that will be taken each time the process of delivery based on saving matrix results obtained Transport cost savings after the application of Saving Matrix methods are: obtained total transportation costs on the route the initial cost of Rp 1,017,125 / day or Rp 371,250,625 / year and the cost after the application of saving matrix method obtained the total transportation cost on the route from 1 to 3 of Rp 660.004 /day or Rp 240.916.060 / year so obtained transportation cost savings tasi Rp 357.081 /day or Rp 130.334.565 / year or 35.1% transportation cost savings. Abstract

The purpose of this research is todiscuss aboutthe effect of financial distress, financial performance, and liquidity to stock returns in manufacturing sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017. Purposive sampling method is used in this studywhich obtained a sample of 46 companies and the data used in this study is secondary data. This research also using multiple linear regression analysis and classic assumption test using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 23.00. The results of this study are financial distress variable has a positive and not significant effect of the stock return, financial perfomance variable has a positive and significant effect of the stock return, and liquidity variable has a negative and not significant effect on the stock return.Keywords : stock return, return on assets, current ratio, financial distress
