Educational institutions in Indonesia are growing in numbers year by year. This results in increasingcompetition. Thus,these institutions had tried to reach standardized recognition to its learning processquality (program of study‟s accreditation ) and institution‟s quality (ISO certification). This researchaims at figuring out empirically the impact of these variables to the students‟ decision (flashbackdecision). Using SPSS 17.0, this research showed that students‟ decision was influenced by therecognition of the program of study‟s quality. On the other side, the decision was not influenced by theinstitution‟s quality. Generally, further research needs to elaborate other related factors such as therecognition in achieving IWA 2 or the image of the accreditation bodies.Keywords : department’s quality, institution’s quality, accreditation

The unclear end of the current Covid-19 pandemic signals concern not only for workers but also for organizations. This condition makes company income non-existent so that inevitably the company makes efficiency, one of which is reducing workers. One of the methods for carrying out this action for the company can be determined by the aspect of the work skills of the workers so that they can still make the maximum contribution to the company. On the one hand, workers feel a signal of insecurity in working for the future. In a broader context, this feeling safety also refers to the availability of safety aspect equipment provided by the organization for workers. This study aims to measure the role of feeling safety as a moderator of worker skills on worker performance. This research is a quantitative study using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) model. By using SMART PLS 3.0 and 99 respondents who are workers from various fields of work and types of companies in Indonesia, this study explains that feeling safety at work can not be a moderating effect between skills and work performance. In addition, this study succeeded in explaining that feeling safety actually affects work performance in the company. The next result explains that work skills affects the work performance of workers. In order to survive in the midst of difficult conditions, the work skills of workers is an important key and to be able to improve organizational performance, a series of forms of training for workers need to be held by the organization. On the other hand, to increase awareness of safety aspects in work, routine delivery of information on safety aspects needs to be carried out continuously.

One of the main elements in the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi is carrying out community service activities. Public Space Integrated Child Friendly (RPTRA) were built and developed by Jakarta Provincial Government has a library that needs to be managed properly. To increase interest in reading among library users, especially children, the Program Management Studies Bunda Mulia University, held a traning program in the library management and also held activities in order to increase interest in reading. The educational background or knowledge of the librarians of RPTRA who are not educated libraries of course make them limited in managing the library including developing activities related to the development of reading interest. Through the training of good library management to increase interest in reading is seen some things that can be felt directly by the librarians and the children as the majority of library users in RPTRA Dharma Suci. For the board perceived the benefits of knowledge about how to manage the library well. Then also gain knowledge on how to develop activities that can be used to develop reading interest among library users, especially children. For children as library users it is felt that through the example of storytelling activities, their interest in finding other stories through library collection books in RPTRA Dharma Suci can increase. This is certainly positive because it will make them spend more time in the library than playing on the streets. So therefore, the future of these children can continue to develop themselves in order to improve their welfare in the future.Keywords: management, library, reading interest, welfare living

This study discusses about "Effect of Competence and Auditor independency on the Quality Audit on Internal Quality Audit System ISO 9001: 2008 at the University of Bunda Mulia". The purpose of this study to determine how much influence the competence and independence of the quality audit on internal quality audit system is ISO 9001 so that it can be made in the audit strategy and the determination of the auditor. In this research produced the conclusion that the value of the regression coefficient competence (X1) of 0.022 and has significant value <0.05 proves that competence significant effect on audit quality. Then the value of the independence of the regression coefficient (X2) is 0,747dan have significant value> 0.05 proving that independence had no significant effect on audit quality.Calculated F value of 4.767> F table at 4.11 and significant value of 0.032

Organizations in the present era prioritize smart work rather than hard work. Not infrequently the group has the character of wanting everything to be achieved instantly or in a shorter time. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2016 the number of workers from the X generation group was almost the same as the number of millennial workers. The Babby Boomers generation group continued to decline in number. Slowly, the X generation of workers will also experience the same thing. This phenomenon has been marked by the arrival of the millennial generation as a workforce that increasingly makes the composition of the generation of Babby Boomers diminishing in 2014 and 2016). This explains that the transition of generations of workers is impossible to avoid or in other words the law of demand and supply applies to human resources in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze job preferences (job preferences) in groups of generation X workers based on work values. This research is quantitative research using multiple regression analysis and SPSS. The error rate in this study uses the magnitude of 5%. Using 102 samples of this study explains that Job Preference is partially influenced by factors of self-realization and welfare guarantees but Job Preference for gen-X workers is not influenced by factors of work environment harmony and material factors. Simultaneously, Job Preference for gen-X workers is influenced by the factors of material conditions, selfrealization, harmonization of the work environment and welfare factors.Keywords: job preference, work value, work environment

One important aspect of Knowledge Management is the behavior of sharing knowledge in the work environment. However, it is not easy to implement the culture. The dynamics of competition in the field of Human Resources (HR) is still a major trigger that makes providing information about work closed. This study aims to analyze the determinants of knowledge sharing behavior behavior in the work environment. The Structural Equation Modeling method with SMART PLS 3.0 was used to analyze 100 employees in a tin smelting company in Bangka Belitung Province. This study explains that the desire to share knowledge is not influenced by attitudes, knowledge sharing behavior is not influenced by attitudes, knowledge sharing behavior is not influenced by self-views of the concept of sharing knowledge, the desire to share knowledge is not influenced by social norms. Behavioral factors of knowledge sharing are influenced by the desire to share knowledge, the desire to share knowledge is influenced by the self-view of the concept of sharing knowledge, the behavior of sharing knowledge is influenced by social norms. In the indirect effect, knowledge sharing behavior is not influenced by factors of attitudes and social norms but is influenced by factors of self-view of the concept of sharing. Suggestions for further research can be to test these factors on companies in the sector that have the character of the importance of information knowledge to support jobs such as: banking, insurance, or companies selling smart technology tools. This research based on data of UMKM business in Indonesia. Based on this data UMKM in Indonesia gave significant contribution to Indonesia economics. Unfortunately, this growth is not supported by sustainability of the business itself. It still lacks of surviving ability and many of it finally failed. In this research we examined the influence of quality management to the product innovation and innovation process itself. Further more we examined the influence of product innovation and innovation process to competitive advantages of restaurant business. We examined 112 restaurants as the sample in this research. Most of sample is in Grogol, West Jakarta. This research analyzed using SEM-PLS and Wrap PLS 6.0. Finding of this research is quality management affect product innovation and innovation process. Micro and Medium Entreprese growth nowadays need some effective marketing program in order to expand the market. The use of social media as one of the marketing tools now becomes very critical and important. This research tried to indentify the impact of social media to micro medium entreprise in culinary sector at west Jakarta, Tanjung Duren. This is one of quantitative descriptive research about UMKM that utilize social media as their marketing tools. In this research there are two variables that would like to be observed, entrepreneurship oritentation as dependent variable and social media impact as independent variable. Simple linear regression was used as analytic tool to test some hypothesis that would like to be tested in this research. Finding in this research conclude social media has an impact to entrepreneurship orientation base on t and f test that has been calculated.
