Abstract

Balanced score card interpretes he importance of the main stakeholders including owners, customers and employees. The term balance reflects effort to capture both financial and non financial measurements emphasizing cause and effect indicators, long term goals of the company external and internal perspectives as well as subjectives quantitative and qualitative goals. The application of BSC in university so far, increase accountability to develop strategies, control existing opportunity and increase operational effort. The faculty of economy of the State university of Manado is one of the faculties with commitments to increase quality of academic services from both staff and teachers for students satisfaction. With this commitment the measurement of academic ethics is a must. This research aims to measure students satisfaction degrees on academic service at the faculty of economy of the state university of Manado by using balance Score card consisting of customers perspective, internal business, and development and learning towards quality service achievement. Keywords: Balance Score Card, Ethics Measurement, Academic Service

Abstract

The practice of buying and selling by using Ijon are widely practised in the villages such as pasi Barat when the cloves are still on trees.Based on this description, the writer tries to investigate on people understanding of buying and selling cloves which are still on trees (Ijon). This is field research with descriptive analyses methods that is qualitative research that will produce normative data acquired through direct interview on purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is selected due to the ability to represent the population. Furthermore, documentation technique is used to explore existing data related to research based on data collected and the analysis performed it can be concluded that people understanding especially cloves farmers on Ijon styles buying and selling is varied. According to researcher observation, the varied understanding are based on this issue is due to the low knowledge on religion. Most respondents cannot respond when asked about the Ijon.Keywords: Buying and Selling, Understanding and Ijon

Abstract

Management of zakat infaq and sadaqah in Indonesia is based on the Act of Number 8 year of 1999. The Act regulates planning, organising, implementing, and monitoring on collecting, distributing and empowering of zakat. There are institutions developed based on this Act  namely Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) and Badan Amil Zakat nasional (BAZNAS). One of the Baznas responsibilities is to increase receivers’ status into givers through human resources development and society economy development.Keywords: Management, Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah.AbstrakManajemen Zakat, Infak, dan Shadaqah di Indonesia merupakan pengelolaan zakat yang berdasarkan pada Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang pengelolaan zakat. Adapun kegiatan dalam pengelolaan seperti adanya perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan terhadap pengumpulan, pendistribusian serta pendayagunaan zakat. Adapun Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) yang dibentuk sesuai dengan Undang-Undang tersebut seperti Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). Salah satu tugas BAZNAS meningkatkan status mustahiq menjadi muzakki melalui peningkatan kualitas SDM dan pengembangan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat. Keywords: manajemen, zakat, infak, shadaqah.

Abstract

This study was conducted to answer the problem "Is Entrepreneurship Learning Outcomes on Attitude and Behavior Basic Competence can Entrepreneurial Enhanced Through Cooperative Learning Mind Mapping" . Thus, this research aims to improve learning outcomes in basic competency entrepreneurial attitude entrepreneur behavior after the application of the Mind Mapping . To that end , the results of this study would be useful: (1) theoretical, (a) for the academic/educational institutions, the subject of the information in the development of science, particularly in improving learning outcomes Entrepreneurship, (b) for researchers, as experience is extremely valuable in conduct scientific studies, and further research is as a comparison as well as reference materials for relevant research, (2) practical, (a) for the teacher, can assist teachers in improving student learning outcomes in the classroom through the implementation model of Mind Mapping, (b) for students, more motivated and interested in participating in the process of entrepreneurial learning in order to improve student learning outcomes in learning, and (c) for schools, provide information and input to the script on the use of models Cooperative learning activities.Study is a classroom action research is descriptive, where the setting and subject of research conducted in 10 marketing class 3 which were 30 students at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. This study conducted two cycles consisting of four activities: planning (planning), execution (action), observation (observation) and reflection. Data collection techniques used are observation, testing and documentation. With the increasing number of products to organize learning outcomes on average test scores in the first cycle of the category of very less ie 51.42 percent increase to 88.57 percent which is well on the second cycle.The results showed that the application of cooperative learning model to improve learning outcomes Script grade students of SMK Negeri 4 Makassar class 10 Marketing 3. As a follow-up suggested the need for the application of the developed models Mind Mapping learning as an alternative to increase motivation and learning outcomes in order to improve the quality of the learning process in schools, Cooperative learning Mind Mapping can be often applied not only on the competence of managing the product but other subjects as well, in case the student can focus more attention to learning when the learning process takes place, sought as early as possible to overcome the difficulties experienced, both by students and teachers in the learning process. Keywords: Mind Mapping Based Entrepreneurship Learning

Abstract

This research ains to identity the perception of the civitas academica of (STAIN) Manado on the Syariah base of Islamic Banking Products. The interaction between betwen civitas academica of STAIN Manado and Islamic banks (Bank of Muamalat Indonesia, Branch Manado), through Koperasi (Cooperation) STAIN Manado, has inded, brought understanding between clients and bank. Therefore, they dealt on murabaha and mudharabah contracts. The method used is a descriptive- qualitative one with a case study. Interview is the technique used for data collection The research finding Shows that some for civitas academica do not completely understand the Concep of the profit sharing system. So that, they consider the Shariah banks are less the the conventional ones in terms of Quality and Quantity.Key word; Perception, product, Sharia Banking
