Abstract

The phenomenon that is happening now is that many nurses pay little attention to safety and comfort and are not concerned with patient complaints so that patients are less satisfied in the nursing services provided. This study aims to determine the relationship of nurses caring behavior with the level of patient satisfaction in the Seruni care room at H. A. Sulthan Hospital Dg Radja Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is an analytic observational study with a "cross sectional" approach. Samples were 96 inpatients in Seruni. Sampling in this study was conducted with non-probability sampling techniques with consecutive sampling. Data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed with Chi-Square. The results of the Chi-Square analysis showed that there was a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient satisfaction (p = 0.001). The results of the analysis of the strength of the relationship indicate the direction of a positive correlation with the strength of a strong correlation.

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in normal blood pressure in blood vessels. Hypertension sufferers in addition to high risk of suffering from heart disease, are also at risk of suffering from other diseases such as nerve and kidney disease. Treatment of hypertension can be done by pharmacological and nonpharmacological methods. Lately the treatment is often done by people who consume herbal plants. The ability of herbs to control hypertension has been proven by our ancestors during various years. One of the herbal plants proven to be able to reduce blood pressure is soursop leaves. Research Objectives is To measure the level of risk of soursop to decrease blood pressure in patients with hypertension in the Work Area of ​​Balibo Health Center, Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. Research Methods is Quantitative research methods using pre-experimental designs, namely experimental research designs consisting of one group pretest - posttest design. The population in this study were all hypertensive sufferers who were in the work area of ​​Balibo Community Health Center, Kindang District, Bulukumba District, as many as 567 people, 15 samples were taken with successive sampling techniques. The instrument used was a sphygmomanometer, produced in the observation sheet. Research Results is There is a problem with soursop leaves in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Puskemsas Balibo work area, Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. This was discussed with the results of the Wilcoxon systole blood pressure obtained p <α (p = <0.001), and diastolic blood pressure obtained p value <α (p = 0.002). Conclusion: There is an effect of soursop leaves on blood pressure reduction in hypertensive patients in the work area of ​​Puskemsas Balibo, Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. Suggestion is expected that hypertension sufferers and health workers to use soursop leaves as a treatment for hypertension.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women is a health problem in Indonesia because the prevalence is quite high. Poor nutritional needs in pregnant women can cause anemia in pregnant women which can cause bleeding. Of the several Puskesmas especially Tanete Puskesmas in Bulukumba District the highest level of anemia was 35% or of the 268 pregnant women examined, 94 pregnant women had anemia. The population in this study was anemic pregnant women who had a pregnancy check-up at Tanete Puskesmas, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency, as many as 80 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutritional intake with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the Tanete Health Center, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is a quantitative analytic study with a "cross-sectional" approach. The sample of this study was 44 respondents who were given questionnaire sheets related to nutrition intake during pregnancy and observations related to the incidence of anemia. Data analysis in this study used the chi-square statistical test and Spearman correlation). The results of the analysis used a chi-square statistical test with a confidence level (α = 0.05). Based on the results of this test, the p-value is 0.027, thus p <α (0.001 <0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the results of the test using the Spearman correlation obtained an r-value of 0.274 where the closeness of the relationship of nutritional intake with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is in the medium category. This study concludes that there is a relationship between nutritional intake and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Tanete Health Center, Bulukumpa Regency, Bulukumba in 2015. Researchers suggest that this research can be used as a reference for health workers to pay more attention to nutrition in pregnant women to prevent the occurrence of anemia.

Abstract

Drug abuse is a global public health problem that must receive important attention from all parties. This is due to the prevalence of drug abuse in the world increases every year. According to the results of a survey conducted by researchers, information was obtained that in the Kasimpureng Kelurahan which is located in the city of Bulukumba is often the target and target of arrest for drug dealers and drug users. In the area where the researcher is located in the Kasimpureng area with a high level of drug abuse and illicit trafficking. Therefore special attention is needed for adolescents who are at risk of drug abuse to have good knowledge and attitude about drug abuse behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of health education on adolescent attitudes in preventing drug abuse in Kasimpureng Sub-district, Ujung Bulu District Bulukumba. This type of research uses quasi-experimental research with a nonrandomized pretest-posttest with control group design. The sample in this study were 36 respondents, in which the sample in this study was divided into 2 groups, 18 respondents for the control group and 18 respondents for the experimental group taken employing consecutive sampling. Analysis of data and research using Wilcoxon test statistical tests. The results of the analysis used Wilcoxon statistical test with a confidence level (α = 0.05). Based on the results of this test, the value of p is 0.012, thus p <α (0.012 <0.05). Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of health education on adolescent attitudes in preventing the abuse of psychotropic narcotics and addictive substances (Drug) in Kel. Kasimpureng Kec. Ujung Bulu Kab. Bulukumba.

Abstract

Transgender is a man who chooses men as sexual objects, and has an interest both emotionally, emotionally or erotically, both dominantly and exclusively, which has an impact on the high risk of HIV / AIDS transmission. The cause of someone transgender of them is parenting parents, the lack of harmony between the child and parents, the pressure that is too tight or parents who are too free to get along with anyone. This researcher aims to determine the relationship of parenting parents on transgender in the Ujung Bulu Subdistrict Bulukumba District. The design of this study uses research with a case-control approach. The population in this study was all gay in Ujung Bulu Subdistrict, 64 people with the Snowball sampling technique, the number of samples in this study was 37 people. Data obtained through questionnaire sheets made by researchers to the respondents who tested the validity. Analysis of the data using alternative Chi-square test Kolmogorov Smirnov with significance level α = 0.05. The result of data analysis shows that p = 0.00 means that there is a relationship between transgender parenting in Ujung Bulu District, Bulukumba District. From the results of the research, suggestions are given to related institutions in this case the Health Service is expected to educate about the dangers of transgender with same-sex and knowing the impact caused.
