Abstract

Persentase loss to follow up (LTFU) pada satu tahun pertama terapi ARV menjadi indikasi keberhasilan terapi ARV. ODHA yang mengalami LTFU dapat mengakibatkan penghentian pengobatan, toksisitas obat, kegagalan pengobatan karena ketidakpatuhan, dan resistensi obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapan, mengapa, bagaimana dan apa rencana selanjutnya ODHA loss to follow up yang menerima terapi ARV. Penelitian ini menggunakan methode kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ODHA yang menerima terapi ARV lalu loss to follow up di Kecamatan Ujung Bulu Kabupaten Bulukumba. Sampel penelitian yaitu tiga orang LTFU. Informan berjumlah 11 orang berasal dari dokter, Petugas penanganan HIV dan AIDS, PMO (Keluarga) dan ODHA LTFU.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan.Informan yang berasal dari LTFU memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang tentang HIV dan AIDS serta pengobatan antiretroviral. Informan yang LTFU tidak percaya dengan pengobatan ARV karena merasa tidak memberikan manfaat bagi kondisi tubuhnya dan tidak terbentuk komitmen dalam diri untuk minum obat seumur hidup. ODHA memutuskan pengobatan karena tidak sanggup menahan efek samping dan adanya kejenuhan dalam menjalani pengobatan ARV. ODHA yang LTFU mendapatkan dukungan sosial dari petugas dan LSM serta PMO berupa dukungan emosional, penghargaan dan informasional. Namun, tidak banyak mendapat dukungan dari keluarga karena takut akan adanya stigma dan diskriminasi.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a person who has a psychiatric problem, or a disturbed personality such as thoughts, feelings, hearing, emotions, language, delusions, and behavior that is not in accordance with other normal humans. Reason If the disease is not treated it will cause adverse effects and endanger the patient, family, and society because they can behave like a tantrum, act as they please, destroying goods or patients will hurt others even themselves. Factors studied were family support, age, and adherence to taking medication. Radja Bulukumba obtained data from January-March as many as 135 people, with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling. The number of samples in this study were 57 respondents. Data obtained through questionnaires made by researchers to respondents. Data analysis using Fisher's alternative Chis-quare test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of data analysis showed age variables p = 0.032, family support p = 0.005, and medication adherence variables p = 0.025. Conclusion that there is a relationship between age, family support, medication adherence to the recurrence of schizophrenia in the mental clinic of H. Andi Sulthan Hospital Dg. Radja in Bulukumba District in 2018. Abstract

The phenomenon that is happening now is that many nurses pay little attention to safety and comfort and are not concerned with patient complaints so that patients are less satisfied in the nursing services provided. This study aims to determine the relationship of nurses caring behavior with the level of patient satisfaction in the Seruni care room at H. A. Sulthan Hospital Dg Radja Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is an analytic observational study with a "cross sectional" approach. Samples were 96 inpatients in Seruni. Sampling in this study was conducted with non-probability sampling techniques with consecutive sampling. Data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed with Chi-Square. The results of the Chi-Square analysis showed that there was a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient satisfaction (p = 0.001). The results of the analysis of the strength of the relationship indicate the direction of a positive correlation with the strength of a strong correlation.

Abstract

Transgender is a man who chooses men as sexual objects, and has an interest both emotionally, emotionally or erotically, both dominantly and exclusively, which has an impact on the high risk of HIV / AIDS transmission. The cause of someone transgender of them is parenting parents, the lack of harmony between the child and parents, the pressure that is too tight or parents who are too free to get along with anyone. This researcher aims to determine the relationship of parenting parents on transgender in the Ujung Bulu Subdistrict Bulukumba District. The design of this study uses research with a case-control approach. The population in this study was all gay in Ujung Bulu Subdistrict, 64 people with the Snowball sampling technique, the number of samples in this study was 37 people. Data obtained through questionnaire sheets made by researchers to the respondents who tested the validity. Analysis of the data using alternative Chi-square test Kolmogorov Smirnov with significance level α = 0.05. The result of data analysis shows that p = 0.00 means that there is a relationship between transgender parenting in Ujung Bulu District, Bulukumba District. From the results of the research, suggestions are given to related institutions in this case the Health Service is expected to educate about the dangers of transgender with same-sex and knowing the impact caused.

Abstract

Stress is a physical and psychological reaction to any demands that cause tension and disturb the stability of everyday life. Most people experiencing stress are prisoners. The number of fostered residents in South Sulawesi Province in 2018 was 10,286 including 336 fostered residents in Lapas Bulukumba. If this stress lasts a long time, it can have an impact on one's body. Therefore, prevention efforts to deal with stress, are given spiritual support. This study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual support and stress levels in prisoners with drug cases in Class II A Penitentiary in Bulukumba in 2019. The method of research is using research analytic, with design cross-sectional. The population in this study is prisoners with drug cases. The samples in the study have amounted to 47 respondents with the technique of taking samples using methods of Consecutive sampling. Retrieval of data is done by using a sheet questionnaire on the support of the spiritual and the DASS 42 ( Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale 42 ). Analysis of the data used by using the Chi-Square test. In research, it obtained results that support spiritual support to the category of less stress over lots of 21 respondents (87.5%) compared with the stress of three respondents (12.5%). While the support of spirituality does not support the category of stress as much as 23 respondents (100%). Based on the analysis that has been done by using test Chi-Square, the obtained value p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05 ). There is a relationship of support spiritual with the level of stress on inmates at the Institute of Corrections Class II A Bulukumba. It is recommended to prison staff and health workers in prison to always pay attention to the mental health conditions of inmates. It is expected also on the respondents to increase the spiritual by way of multiplying follow the activities of the religious.

Abstract

The understanding of stroke grievance, exactly in the high-risk category (hypertension, atrial fibrillation, and other vascular cases and diabetes) needed to be shared. To know and detect the stroke happen, we could use the F-A-S-T method. The aim of this research was to know the effect of FAST method observation on the nurses' understanding of detecting early stroke disease in Desa Binaan KabupatenBulukumba.The populations of this research were all the nurses in Desa Binaan KabupatenBulukumba with 30 people. The sample of this research used all the total populations. The sampling technique was total sampling. This research was quantitative research with the pre experimental research design. The type of the test used was the Wilcoxon test in which the result of the pre-test was 27 respondents (90.0%) nurses' understanding in the low-level category and 0 respondents (0.0%) in the fair level of understanding while in the post-test, there were 13 (43.3%) respondents with the fair level of understanding and 9 respondents (30,0%) with the good level of understanding. The conclusion of this research was there was the effect of FAST method observation toward the nurses' understanding in detecting early stroke disease in Desa Binaan Kabupaten Bulukumba The suggestion for this research was the findings of this research could be a reference and improve the students' understanding, added information and input for all the medical staff to improve the quality of health services and the further research was needed.

Abstract

According to data from the Bulukumba district health office in 2014, there were 44% malnutrition in preschool children and 2015 there was 53% malnutrition in preschool children due to irregular children's eating patterns. The data obtained showed that the incidence of preschool children experiencing malnutrition is increasing from year to year. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between eating patterns and eating behavior in preschool children aged 4-5 years at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District, Research Design using Cross-Sectional. The study population was parents who had children aged 4-5 years in Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten which counted 58 people. A sample of 37 people were taken using consecutive sampling techniques using questionnaire and interview instruments. In AL-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency, 58 students were formed consisting of 2 groups A and B, and after interviews of 20 parents, there were found that there were those who easily ate 8 people and had difficulty eating 12 people. Chi-square test results obtained P = 0.004. This means that there is a significant relationship between eating patterns with eating behavior in preschool children aged 4-5 years at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District. It is recommended that parents can provide regular eating patterns to children so that the child's eating behavior becomes good.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of service we provide and patient satisfaction is a capital to get more patients to get loyal patients. Factors that influence patient satisfaction are product or service quality, price, emotional, performance, service, facilities, atmosphere, and communication. This study aims to determine inpatient services for BPJS and Non-BPJS patients with the level of patient satisfaction in H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba Hospital, This study is an analytic observational study with a comparative approach study. This sampling uses a nonprobability sampling method with the sampling technique is a consecutive sampling. The research sample taken amounted to 76 respondents each 38 BPJS patients and 38 Non-BPJS patients from a total population of 305 patients conducted in the inpatient room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja District Hospital. Bulukumba from May 16 to May 18, 2017. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this study were 76 respondents from 38 BPJS patients and 38 Non-BPJS patients, from 38 BPJS patients, who were dissatisfied with 6 respondents (7,895), who were satisfied as many as 27 respondents (35,526%), who were very satisfied as many as 5 (6.679%) while from 38 Non-BPJS patients there were no dissatisfied patients, 27 respondents were satisfied (35,526%), who were very satisfied as many as 11 respondents (14.479%). The conclusion was that there were differences in the level of service satisfaction inpatients given to BPJS patients and Non-BPJS patients at H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba Hospital in 2017 with p = 0.032 <a = 0.05

Abstract

Preschool children are children who are vulnerable to stress because the child's ability to treat stress is still limited where hospitals can be stressful for children, so children will increase the stress of hospitalization. Hospitals can be adjusted by several factors, one of which is caring for nurses. The purpose of this study was to study the stress level of pre-school age children's hospitals in the Mawar Room and Pavilion of H.Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency. The research design used was a descriptive survey with a total sample of 30 respondents. The results showed that changing the stress of hospitalization was predominantly male by 20 respondents (66.7%), children who had never been hospitalized as many as 25 respondents (83.3%) and the majority of children who experienced stress hospitalization were 18 respondents ( 60%). From the research it can be concluded that hospital stress can be carried out on all boys and girls, both children who are hospitalized for the first time or who have been repeatedly hospitalized, so that it is recommended to the organizations concerned to improve service especially in discussions at the pavilion's nursing home. and roses by creating a pleasant atmosphere, making room arrangements that can reduce stress in children who are cared for care.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016 The rate of obesity in children in Indonesia was 11.5% and ranked 21st in the world. The purpose of this study was to find out the differences in characteristics of obese and overweight children in coastal and mountainous areas in Bulukumba District in 2018. The population in this study were obese and overweight children in 32 Bulukumba Junior High School, 18 Bulukumba Junior High School, and 14 Bulukumba Junior High School. The population in this study with the number of 423 respondents, the sample of this study were 71 respondents of the sampling technique used total sampling technique. This type of research is analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. The test used for differences in the characteristics of obese and overweight children in coastal and mountainous areas in Bulukumba Regency is the chi-square test with the results of the study that most of the students in high schools in the mountains who are obese are 17 respondents (44.7%) and those who are overweight (fat) 21 respondents (55.3). While most of the coastal areas were obese as many as 10 respondents (26.3%) and those who were overweight (fat) were 23 respondents (60.5%). The conclusion of this study is, "There are differences in the characteristics of obese and overweight children in the coastal and mountainous areas of Bulukumba District in 2018. The suggestions in this study can add library references and insights from students of Stikes Panrita Husada Bulukumba.
