Abstract

This study aims to analyze that influence asset management on financial performance in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Asset management includes several variables, namely, Total Asset Turnover, Fixed Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Account Receivable Turnover, and Working Capital Turnover. This research uses quantitative data, the data source in this study uses secondary data from the annual mining financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The population in this study were all mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018, totaling 47 companies. The sample in this study were 14 companies. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are (1) Total Asset Turnover has a significant effect on financial performance, namely 0.019 <0.05. Thus H1 is accepted. (2) Fixed Asset Turnover has no effect on the company's financial performance with a value of 0.178> 0.05. Thus H2 is rejected. (3) Inventory Turnover has no effect on the company's financial performance with a value of 0.086> 0.05. Thus H3 is rejected. (4) Account Receivable Turnover has no effect on the company's financial performance with a value of 0.109> 0.05. Thus H4 is rejected. (5) Working Capital Turnover has no effect on the company's financial performance with a value of 0.000> 0.05. Thus H5 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. The effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at UPT Puskesmas Parigi, 2. Effect of facilities on patient satisfaction at UPT Puskesmas Parigi, 3. Effect of image on patient satisfaction at UPT Puskesmas Parigi. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In this study using a sample of 100 respondents. The sample collection technique used is non-probability sampling. Testing the instrument in this study is a test of validity and reliability test. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with alternative answers using a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis with t test and classical assumption test. The results showed that: 1) the quality of service (X1) showed a value of 4.561 which was greater than 1.984 (). partially the quality of service has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) outpatient at UPT Puskesmas Parigi, 2) the facility (X2) shows the value of the facility (X2) of 2,922 which is greater than 1,984 (). partially the facility has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) outpatient at UPT Puskesmas Parigi, 3) the image (X3) shows the image value (X2) of 2,966 which is greater than 1,984 () partially the image has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) outpatient At UPT Puskesmas Parigi, the coefficient of determination ( ) indicates that the Adjusted R Square value of 0.652 or 65.2% of patient satisfaction is influenced by patient satisfaction, while the remaining 34.8% is influenced by other variables studied in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Pawnshop (Persero) UPC Mancasan Yogyakarta. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research that aims to confirm the data obtained. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 100 customers. This research was conducted at PT. Pawnshop (Persero) UPC Mancasan Yogyakarta. The technique of collecting data is using a questionnaire technique. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS version 23. This analysis includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and F test, and coefficient of determination test (R Square). Based on the t-test data analysis conducted in this study, it can be seen that the brand image variable has no partial significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.170 > 0.05, and the service quality variable has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. While the results of the F test can be seen that the variable brand image and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. While the effect of the two variables on customer satisfaction if presented is 62.4% and the remaining 37.6% is explained by other variables that are not included in the statement in this study. Abstract

This observe objectives to investigate the impact of liquidity, leverage, capital shape on organization price and profitability as intervening variables. This observe makes use of a pattern of Textile and Garment businesses indexed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), yearly for 3 years, from 2019 to 2021. The statistical approach used on this observe is Partial Least Square (PLS). The effects confirmed that liquidity had no enormous impact on organization price, liquidity had no enormous impact on organization price, leverage had no enormous impact on organization price, leverage had no enormous impact on profitability, capital shape had no enormous impact on organization price, and capital shape had no enormous impact on profitability. , Profitability has enormous impact at the price of the company. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of behavior, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on consumer intentions to buy a Toyota Kijang Krista car identify and analyze the influence of purchase intention on the decision to buy a Toyota Kijang Krista car in the city of Surakarta. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method or survey method using a structured questionnaire. The data collection technique in which the author provides a list of questions to the questionnaire respondents used in this study was adapted from previous research. The survey in this study will be carried out in two stages, the first stage is for testing the instrument, the second stage is for data analysis. The research instrument test used is the validity test, the reliability test. Then for data analysis used multiple linear regression, and simple linear regression. The results of the research that has been done using multiple linear regression indicate the influence of attitudes on behavior, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on consumer buying intentions.

Abstract

This study analyzes the internal control of the payroll system at PDAM Tirta Sembada with internal control components according to COSO. This type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, documentation, and checklist of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is to compare the internal control of the payroll system run by the company with the theory according to COSO The results show that the internal control of the payroll system at PDAM Tirta Sembada has been running well according to the COSO component.
