Abstract

This article aim is to describe and analyze invrove teacher Competence Through Education and Training Apparatus . Research focus as: Education and training in Public Administration, Education and training in technical and managerial education and training field. Sources of data taken from the informant and key informants. As the informant was a civil servant, and as a key informant was Head of Department. Analysis of the data used in the study was developed as an interactive model. Abstract

This article aim to describe and analyze President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’ policy in clearing up Indonesia’ national image as a country prone to terrorism. Such negative image is considered as a stumbling block to national development agenda especially in tourism. Abstract

This article aim is to describe and analyze Head Leadership Role In Improving Employee Performance. Sources of data taken from the informant and key informants and supported by secondary data. Analysis of the data used is a model developed Flow Milles, Huberman and Saldana through stages. Abstract

This article aim is to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the work performance of labor contract at the same time identify the factors supporting and inhibiting the effectiveness of the labor contract, the type of research conducted included in the descriptive qualitative research. The conclusions based on the data are using analysis data and interactive models. According to the results of research it found that the performance of the work labor contract at the Forest Departemen Kabupaten Kutai Barat can be quite good. It can be known from the ability of employees the perform their duties, both in terms of aspects of work quality and quantity of work and time of completion of work.Keyword : Effectiveness, Performance, Labor Contract, Forestry Service
