Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the performance of the Community Protection Unit Officers in creating Security, Peace, and Order in Kecamatan Malinau Kota, Malinau District. This type of research includes descriptive with a qualitative approach. Primary data is derived from interviews with informant selected purposively and direct observation, supported by secondary data derived from written data owned by the agency. The conclusion of the research was conducted through interactive model data analysis. The results showed that the work of Satlinmas members in creating security, peace, and order in Kecamatan Malinau Kota as measured by several performance instruments, including the ability to finish the task, the quality of the work, the attitude of work discipline, creativity in working, and cooperation with the community showed good work results, but not optimal.Keywords: Performance, Community Protection, Security, Peace, Order

Abstract

This study ains to find out about the implementation of health development in the Southern Kayan District, Malinau District. The type of this research is descriptive and analyzed by using qualitative method, data analysis using interactive model data analysis technique. The results showed that the implementation of health development in Kecamatan Kayan Selatan Malinau District has shown significant progress but has not achieved what is expected and still seems slow. It is seen from the facilities and infrastructure of health has not been adequate and has not reached the standards and the lack of health personnel located in the hinterlands, so that health services to the community has not run optimally.Keywords: Development, Health, Human Resources,

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the village movement program (Gerdema) in the Village Island Cow District Mentarang Malinau District. This research method using explorative method with inductive approach. To obtain data of the researcher using data source in the form of person, place, and paper. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews, and documentation. To answer and express the problems to the phenomenon that occurs the researcher uses data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Gerdema program in Cow Village Village of Mentarang Sub-district is not yet fully effective. It can be seen from the effectiveness indicator that is obtained by the researcher that is the success of the program, the success of the target, the satisfaction of the program, the level of input and output, and the achievement of the objective still not enough. Abstract

This study describes the performance of the apparatus in the Sub Division General in the Department of Agriculture in East Kalimantan Province. Data were collected through library research, observation, interviews, and questionnaires.  The results of the study will be analyzed from the results of the questionnaire and the analysis begins by describing the general picture agencies, the profile of respondents was then followed by a description of each variable analysis Apparatus Performance Department of Agriculture in East Kalimantan Province. The findings in this study is seen that the performance of employees at the Department of Agriculture in East Kalimantan Province, in general, the result of work that has been achieved in the quality and quantity of work achieved by one's employees in carrying out their duties are in accordance with the responsibilities given as expected by an Organization. Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership role of the head of the department in shaping the work culture in the Office of the Community and Village Empowerment Office of East Kutai Regency. The results showed that the role of the East Kutai Regency Community and Village Empowerment Agency's role was interpersonal and informational going well.
