Abstract

This paper examines the implementation of Laurence Capron’s business strategies Build, Borrow, and Buy at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Identify how relevant it is to the Covid-19 pandemic condition, then analyzed through the perspective of technological and social change. The research’s using qualitative methods through literature review by collecting data from previous research. The results show that PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk has successfully implemented the Build, Borrow, and Buy strategies in its business operations and maintain company sustainability during the pandemic, technological and social changes related to the implementation of the Build, Borrow, and Buy strategy. The implications of this research are the Build, Borrow, and Buy strategy analysis can be a reference to be applied to other entities, and can be linked to different variables or perspectives with a more focused and stay relevant so that depth of analysis can be achieved.

Abstract

This study hopes to check the resultant liquidity and leverage on profitability. The analytical method used is a quantitative regulation which is found to be additionally investigated by non-participation or indirectly, in particular by collecting, presenting and researching secondary evidence in the form of financial complaints of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk 2016 - 2020. The results of the uniformity check of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov checks that were carried out showed that the causes used in the analysis were based on a basic distribution plus a perception period of 0.079 (more designs sourced 0.05). In this unit, the profit of PT Gudang Garam Tbk in 2016 - 2020 is influenced by the constituents of liquidity and leverage.

Abstract

Cooperatives prepare financial reports as the basis for accountability of managers and administrators to members based on financial accounting standards for entites without public accountability (SAK ETAP). Cooperatives require an audit from an eksternal auditor to ensure the fairness of the presentations of their financial statements. Supervision of Islamic microfinance institutions is in two bodies, namely the financial services authority(OJK) and the ministry of cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises(MSMEs). Supervision under the ministry of cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises(MSMEs), the Sharia`s saving and loans cooperatives(KPPS) in preparing their financial reports refers to the financial accounting standards of entities without public accountability(SAK ETAP). Statement of sharia financial accounting standards(PSAK) for related transactions. KPPS Nusa Kartika has been operating approximately twelve years ago. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research object is KPPS Nusa Kartika. Research data was taken by conducting observations, interviews and direct participation of researches. The audit findings are communicated proactively to KPPS managers and administrators. KPPS Nusa Kartika management and management have the commitment and integrity to make corrections and follow up on audit findings.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang sumber daya manusia selalu dibutuhkan sesuai tuntutan perkembangan jaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat organizational culture, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, dan employee engagement pada sebuah institusi rumah sakit, sekaligus juga mengetahui pengaruh organizational culture, emotional intelligence, dan social intelligence terhadap employee engagement. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research melalui pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner skala Likert 1-5 sebagai alat pengumpul data. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase (%) dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis t-test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa organizational culture, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, dan employee engagement masing-masing memiliki tingkat persentase yang tinggi atau termasuk dalam kategori baik. Temuan berikutnya, organizational culture dan social intelligence berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement, sedangkan emotional intelligence berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously on the performance of the management. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type, which is a research plan that states the relationship between two or more variables by collecting data that is numbered and then processed with certain statistical formulas, so that information about the variables studied is obtained. The population in this study was to find 100 people while the sample found 80 people who were administrators of the bahrul ulum Islamic boarding school (parent) of Jombang rice ponds. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the motivational variable had a positive but not significant effect on performance, while the organizational commitment variable had a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the variables of motivation and organizational commitment have an effect on the performance of the management of the boarding school in Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained are 0.151 or 15.1%, which means that the contribution of motivation and organizational commitment variables is 15.1%, while the influence of other factors outside this regression model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Asset, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Operating Cash Flow to Dividend Payout Ratio. The population in this study are companies sub-sector retail listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical technique used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results of the study show that Return on Asset, Current Ratio, and Operating Cash Flow have an effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the risk perception of the batik entrepreneur Lasem Rembang. The factors studied include financial and emotional literacy. This study took the object of the Lasem batik SME in Rembang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The total population of the study was 102 Lasem Batik entrepreneurs, the sampling technique used saturated sampling. From the questionnaires that filled out there were 70 samples. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that 1). financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the risk perception of Lasem batik entrepreneurs, 2). Emotions have no significant negative effect on the risk perception of Lasem batik entrepreneurs, and 3). Financial literacy and emotion together have a positive and insignificant effect on the risk perception of Lasem batik entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the appearance of racial diversity, body type, hair type, and skin color in advertisements on purchase intention. A total of 105 questionnaires were distributed to students in Malang City who were selected using convenience sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by using one sample t-test. The results showed that respondents did not have a good perception of diversity in advertising, in terms of race, body type, hair type, and skin color.

Abstract

This research purpose to examine the effect of consumer satisfaction, halal label, brand image, product quality and consumer experience on the loyalty of Wardah cosmetics brand in Yogyakarta and to determine the simultaneous effect of X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta in August 2022. This research is a quantitative study with 120 respondents. The data collection technique was one by means of a questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result, it is obtained a regression eqution of : Y= 0,742 + 0,193 X1 + 0,333 X2 + 0,293 X3 +0,175 X4 + 0,272 X5. The results of this study prove that Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty, Halal Label have a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty and Consumer Experience has an effect positive and significant to Brand Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction, Halal Label, Brand Image, Product Quality and Consumer Experience simultaneously have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty with an F-count value of 27,918 and a significant value of 0,000. The results of the analysis obtained that the Adjusted R Square value 53,1% means that the effect of Consumer Satisfaction, Halal Label, Brand Image, Product Quality And Consumer Experience on Brand Loyalty contributes 53,1%. While the remaining 46,9% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of collateralizable assets, liquidity, profitability, and company growth on the dividend policy. This research was the quantitative method. Furthermore, the research population used LQ 45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016-2020 period. by purposive sampling method, it obtained 17 LQ 45 companies with 85 observations. Moreover, the research analysis technique used multiple linear regressions analysis. This research used the purposive sampling method, a sample selection with determining criteria. This research concluded that: (1) Collateralizable Assets did not affect the dividend policy, (2) Liquidity had a positive effect on the dividend policy, (3) Profitability showed a positive effect on the dividend policy. (4) Company’s Growth did not affect the dividend policy.
