Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to analyze and describe quality of public services and analyzes the factors that become supporting and quality public services General Hospital of Ince Abdul Moeis Samarinda. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. Descriptive research is to gain a clearer picture of the phenomena that occur in relation to the problems examined. The qualitative data is done by organizing data, translate it into the units, synthesize, organize into a pattern, choose which is important and which will be studied, and make conclusions from the results of the exposure can be told to others. Research instrument is a researcher himself, and once served as a means of collecting data. Researcher as research instrument aims to obtain valid data and reliable.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain and evaluate information on the Service Standards Policy BPPMD East Kalimantan province viewed from the component service standards and policies for the organization as well as the impact of the policy. While the method of analysis used by three (3) lines of activities going on simultaneously, namely data collection, Condensation, data presentation, and conclusion / verification.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Governor Regulation No. 31 of 2008 on Provision Charging Attendance for the civil servants in the Work Environment East Kalimantan Provincial Livestock Office. Sources of data taken from the informant and key informants and supported by secondary data analysis of the data used is dikem-interactive model were developed by Milles, Huberman and Saldana (2014: 33) through the stages.

Abstract

This Research aims to explore the influence of motivation, work skill and supervision on employee’s work performance. This research uses research methods, namely: (1) the rating scale Method, (2) methods of checklist, (3) directional choices Method (4) critical incident Method, (5) the method of rating scale (6) evaluation methods of the field, (7) Test Methods and observations (8) method of komperatif approach. The first Hypothesis test shows that there are strong relations between motivations, work skill and supervision on employee’s work performance. While the Second Hypothesis test indicate that the dominant factor motivation factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the implementation of East Kalimantan Governor’s Law No.75, 2011 on The Guidelines of The Creation of Performance Arrangement and Accountability Report in East Kalimantan Government Agencies. Sources of the data taken from the key informants. This research used interactive model developed by Milles, Huberman and Saldana to analyze the data that were teken.

Abstract

The fundamental spirit in electronic government is all about giving the best service for public interests. It is a way for government to use the new technologies to provide people with more convenient access to government information and services, to improve the quality of the services and to provide greater opportunities for the people to participate significantly in policy making process. Electronic government is also the use of information and communications technology to promote more efficiency and cost-effective government, then allow greater public access to informations, and make government more accountable to citizens. This article is a theoretical study about electronic government as the new model of public service.
