In this modern era, the technology is growing rapidly, the Internet is misled. This condition will be related to the service provider or commonly referred to as a server. Increasing the number of clients, the server also has to work heavier so that it often occurs overload. The Load Balancing mechanism uses the Least Time First Byte and Multi Agent system methods. This mechanism allows the server to overcome the number of users who perform service requests so that the load from the server can be resolved. This solution is considered efficient and effective because the request process on the information system will be shared evenly on multiple server back ends. The results of the research that can be proved if using this mechanism the server can work well when the request is from a user or client dating, this method successfully distributes the balancer evenly through the server backend. So the server is no longer experiencing overload. This can be proved when a system that has used the load balancing method with 300 connections generates a throughput of 123.1 KB/s as well as response time value of 4.72 MS and a system that does not use the load balancing method has a throughput of 108.4 KB/s as well as a response time value of 120.3 Ms. Therefore by implementing load balancing the performance of the system can always be improved.

The development of Virtual Reality technology is currently being developed even in every field of science, one of which is room mapping. Mapping digital space as a visualization medium has helped provide detailed information through the use of three-dimensional (3D) technology. To build a visualization of the room that is useful for the community, especially in the area of the hospital environment, especially hospital patients so that in fighting the disease patients remain in a state of enthusiasm, safe, comfortable and conducive supported by the environment. With the use of 3D technology, in building an interactive room design VR-Room Patient using the Unity 3D Engine is expected to help patients in choosing treatment rooms for Inpatient Hospital. The planned room description is the Presidential Suite Room, Deluxe Suite, Junior Suite and Class II. The results of this study in the form of visualization illustrated by each area, while the evaluation of the results of this study was conducted by asking respondents to fill in an assessment questionnaire on VR visualization using usability testing using the usability heuristic approach, and the usability test results obtained with an average value of 3.194 taken from the assessment of respondents on a scale of 1 to 4 where this explains that the VR-Room Patient application has a good level of reusability ie the average value is above 3.

The attendance list in AMIK Ibrahimy still applies manual way. The problems faced in this case are students sometimes do not find the attendance list paper since it is gone and there sometimes appears deceitfulness since the students can easily change their absence status to presence. The researcher wants to make web-based attendance list to enable the staffs and the lecturers in identifying the students’ presence in the attendance list, recapitulating the monthly attendance as well as identifying which students are present or absent during the lecture. To solve the problems, it is then made web-based attendance list of AMIK Ibrahimy students that can enable the staffs and the lecturers in processing the attendance list, recapitulating the attendance list in order to avoid any deceitfulness of students. The researcher intentionally uses web that can be accessed through laptop or computer for processing the attendance list. The attendance list application that is designed aims at helping the AMIK Ibrahimy students attendance list that is web-based. Registration of Umrah in Jember Alkhairat Group is a regular activity performed almost every month, In implementation Alkhairat ' Umrah during the registration of the Group do not restrict Jember pilgrims to Mecca to perform the applicants, so that the required applications that handle the entire registration process bias ' in order to make it easy for prospective pilgrims to Mecca and it sysop Alkhairat Group registration in the service is doing. This study has formulated the problem how to build information systems services is doing in the web-based Alkhairat Group. Umrah service information system is being developed in the scope of the registration cost of doing ' Umrah and installments only, such as the registration procedures ' in the Alkhairat Group. Research conducted at the information system using the method prototype by using iterative System Development Life in models (SDLC) Cule. Research conducted can be concluded that the information system Services AlKhairat web-based Group can be a tool to assist and facilitate the service of process is doing. The saving and loan information system of the Employees Cooperative in PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Sumber Tengah is an enterprise dealing with saving and loan particularly for the employees of PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Sumber Tengah giving such a service for the members especially in saving and loan. The data management is already computerized even though it is still run by using Microsoft Office that it does make the members who want to do saving and loan should wait in longer time because it usually appears data redundancy in the saving and loan data itself. The researcher raises a problem based on what is faced in the saving and loan data management. It is then expected to help the cooperative staffs increase their service to the members as well as save the data or any important documents, so the information can be presented faster and more accurately.The method of developing the information system applies system developing tools such as Flow Map Context Diagram (Contex Diagram), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and design tools while the database proposed is ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) relation table. Situbondo Regional Police are law enforcers who work in the East Java Situbondo district. Of course, in carrying out all its duties, it requires communication and information exchange between officers and civilians to carry out police duties properly and effectively. In reality on the ground, not all Situbondo people, especially those outside Situbondo, know the geographical location of the police station in each sub-district in Situbondo district. The only way to find the Situbondo Police Station is to ask and ask someone who has visited or learned about the office. However, using this procedure requires more time and is a bit of a hassle for other people, this is due to the absence of a map pointer to deliver or give an overview of the location of the Police station. From the above problems, namely the absence of loyal Police station appointees at all times to help, it is necessary to design a Situbondo Police Station Geographical Information System that is the answer to the problems discussed above. Government Services is one of the supporting elements of the implementation of regional autonomy authorities in various fields in the context of carrying out the tasks of government decentralization which has the function of providing public services needed by the community, starting from services in the form of regulation or other services to meet the needs of the community in the fields of education, health and the other. One city that has many government offices and is spread in various regions in the city of Situbondo, where the city is experiencing developments in various fields, especially in the field of community service. One solution to help Situbondo residents obtain information about the geographical location and services of government offices so that it needs to be designed mapping of the Geographic Information System of the Situbondo Regency Government Office. With this system, it is expected to provide geographical location information, office services, information services, and office agendas. In making this system, researchers used the methodology for developing a waterfall system, with several stages carried out starting from Requirements to Maintenance. The speed and efficiency of management and dissemination of information is needed for AMIK Ibrahimy, especially the management and dissemination of student financial information. The use of manual methods that leads to less effective and less efficient work which certainly raises risks such as file damage or loss of data and of course such things are not desired by anyone. So that these problems can be slightly resolved, it is necessary to develop an information system to help ease the workload of financial staff in handling the recording, processing, and dissemination of student financial information. To make the work more effective and streamlined, a Student Financial Information System was developed at the WEB-based AMIK Ibrahimy Situbondo Class and SMS Gateway. This information system is made using HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, and uses a sending and receiving message application, Gammu, which will receive requests and send information to students. The development of technology information and communication has a positive impact in the way of accessible information as we need. Companies should apply this information system in their activities to win the competition. One of the parts to which the system information is considered applicable is in the system of remuneration. Though the implementation of remuneration information system, it is expected to enable to handle the remuneration transaction in the way that it can run well and be done in minimal errors. This research aims at developing a remuneration information system that includes data processing of the employee’s salary and the report. The tools that are used to perform the analysis and the design is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) while the programming language used to design the system is PHP and MySQL. The Tenggir Village Office is a government agency engaged in public services that has a good management system. That can be seen from the service to the community, the better. With more and more people, while the problem faced by the agency is managing data that is still less effective, one of which is the management of mail-making services. Management services for writing letters at institutions using computerized systems that are not easy to manage, such as using Microsoft Word. The development of information from the old system to the new system is expected to help the institution, storage, and archiving reports more easily. The design and implementation of the Village Administration Information System at the Tenggir Panji Situbondo Village Office use the PHP programming language and the MySQL database and other software in the design of this system. In its implementation, this application can answer information needs that can be used for financial management easier and faster, especially for reporting.
