Abstract

Blended learning model is one creative effort that can be done. In the Islamic Education Study Program, the use blended learning models has been carried out in several courses. Blended learning can be done with various online learning media, one of which is Edmodo. The Purpose of this research was aimed at finding out the students' responses of Media learning based on blended learning through edmodo at Nurul Jadid University. This was a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of the study was taken through total sampling method with a total of 50 students from the Islamic Education in academic year 2021/2022. A questionnaire was used to collect the data and it was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicated that 83,21% of the students agreed with the application of Media learning based on blended learning through edmodo, and the remaining 16,79% did not agree with Media learning based on blended learning through edmodo.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of literacy, numeracy and technological adaptation on students' agility and competency absorption capacity with differentiated learning innovation as an intervening variable in Surabaya, East Java Province, Indonesia. The study was conducted in Surabaya City, in six sub-districts. The study's sample consisted of 125 respondents. The data obtained from the surveys was further analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Additionally, literacy has a positive and significant effect on the agility of students' ability to absorb competencies, while government numeracy has a positive and significant effect on the agility of students' competency absorption capacity; Technology Adaptability directly has a positive and significant effect on the agility of competency absorption capacity; Differentiated learning innovation directly has a positive and significant effect on competency absorption capacity. Differentiated learning innovation is able to partially mediate literacy, numeracy and technological adaptability on the agility of competency absorption capacity in Serang City, Banten Province. The research findings and data analysis indicate that literacy, numeracy, and technology adaptability have a direct and significant impact on differentiated learning innovation.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Knowledge-Oriented Leadership and the Use of Digital Issues on Innovation Performance Implications on Adopting Metaverse Technology in Serang Regency Private High School. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of knowledge-oriented leadership, issue utilization, innovation performance and adopting metaverse technology, knowing the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on adopting metaverse technology, knowing the influence of using digital issues on adopting metaverse technology , knowing the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on innovation performance, knowing the influence of using digital issues on innovation performance, knowing the influence of adopting metaverse technology on innovation performance, knowing knowledge-oriented leadership towards adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as an intervening variable, and knowing the influence of using digital issues on adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as an intervening variable at Serang Regency Private High School. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) model using SmartPLS. Based on the results of the study shows that the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on adopting metaverse technology is positive and significant and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of the use of digital issues on adopting metaverse technology is positive and significant and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on innovation performance is positive and significant and The hypothesis is accepted, the influence of adopting metaverse technology on positive and significant innovation performance and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as a positive and significant intervening variable and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of using digital issues on adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as a positive and significant intervening variable and the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Keterlibatan Stakeholder terhadap Kualitas Manajemen Kurikulum dan implikasinya pada Efektifitas Sekolah. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh kepala sekolah, guru, dan pengelola SMP Swasta Berbasis Pesantren di Kabupaten Serang Provinsi Banten. Sampel sebanyak 225 kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi seperangkat pernyataan tertulis kepada responden untuk dijawab. Dalam penelitian ini analisis inferensial dilakukan menggunakan uji persamaan struktural berbasis varian atau Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS- SEM). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Pengembangan Kurikulum terhadap Kualitas Manajemen Kurikulum. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Keterlibatan Stakeholder terhadap Kualitas Manajemen Kurikulum. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Pengembangan Kurikulum terhadap Efektivitas sekolah. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Keterlibatan Stakeholder terhadap Efektivitas sekolah. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kualitas Manajemen Kurikulum terhadap efektifitas Sekolah. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Pengembangan Kurikulum terhadap Efektivitas sekolah melalui mediasi Kualitas Manajemen Kurikulum. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukk menganalisis mutu pendidikan dilihat dari kepemimpinan visioner dan implementasi kurikulum merdeka terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar swasta di Kabupaten Serang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif khususnya pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Swasta di Kabupaten Serang sebanyak 1.137 orang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan ukuran sampel yaitu 138 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei. Analisis inferensial dilakukan menggunakan uji persamaan struktural berbasis varian atau Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS- SEM). Hasil analisis menemukan: 1) Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; 2) Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Pedidikan; 3) Implementasi kurikulum merdeka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru; 4) Implementasi kurikulum merdeka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan; 5) Kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan g; 6) Kinerja guru mempunyai efek mediasi semu atau partial antara kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan; dan 7) Kinerja guru mempunyai efek mediasi semu atau partial antara implementasi kurikulum merdeka terhadap mutu pendidikan

Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is a direct influence of pedagogical competence on teacher quality, whether there is an influence of teacher student relationship on teacher quality, whether there is a direct influence of pedagogical competence on teacher performance, whether there is a direct influence of teacher student relationship on teacher performance, whether there is a direct influence of teacher quality on teacher performance, whether there is an indirect influence of pedagogical competence on teacher performance through teacher quality, whether there is an indirect influence of teacher student relationship on teacher performance through teacher quality in English teachers of private junior high schools and MTs in Serang City, The purpose of this study is to find out, the direct effect of pedagogical competence on teacher quality, the effect of teacher student relationship on teacher quality, the direct effect of pedagogical competence on teacher performance, the direct effect of teacher student relationship on teacher, the direct effect of teacher quality on teacher performance, the indirect effect of pedagogical competence on teacher performance through teacher quality, the indirect effect of teacher student relationship on teacher performance through teacher quality in English teachers in junior high schools and private MTs in Serang City. To achieve this research, researchers used quantitative methods with analytical tools in the form of SEM and Smart PLS tools. For a population of 148 teachers with a minimum sample size of 106 using non probability sampling. The results showed that the influence of pedagogical competence, teacher student relationship, teacher quality, teacher perform affiliated well perceived by the teachers so that there is a positive and significant influence on all variables that are interconnected with each other.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of service leadership style, work-life balance and employee involvement on employee job satisfaction in construction companies in Serang City. In addition, this research also analyzes whether employee engagement can be a mediating variable in the relationship between service leadership and work-life balance and job satisfaction. This study utilized a survey approach, and data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were employees of construction companies in Serang City. The data analysis process was carried out by applying descriptive statistical techniques and using SEM PLS analysis to test the relationship between research variables. Smartpls version 3.2.9 is software used for statistical data processing. The results of this research show that: 1) Service Leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at Construction Companies in Serang City, with a Path Coefficients value of 0.246, T Statistics 2.137>1.96, P Value 0.033<0.05 which is significant. 2) work-life balance has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at Construction Companies in Serang City, with a Path Coefficients value of 0.265, T Statistics 2.618>1.96, P Value 0.009<0.05 which is significant. 3) Service Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee engagement in Construction Companies in Serang City, with a Path Coefficients value of 0.468, T Statistics 3.794>1.96, P Value 0.000<0.05 which is significant. 4) work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee engagement at Construction Companies in Serang City, with a Path Coefficients value of 0.420, T Statistics 3.570>1.96, P Value 0.009<0.05 which is significant. 5) employee involvement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at Construction Companies in Serang City, with a Path Coefficients value of 0.351, T Statistics 3.136>1.96, P Value 0.002<0.05 which is significant. 6) employee involvement has a significant positive effect on mediating Service Leadership on job satisfaction at Construction Companies in Serang City, the type of mediation that is formed is complementary (partial mediation). 7) employee involvement has a significant positive effect on mediating work-life balance on job satisfaction at Construction Companies in Serang City, the type of mediation that is formed is complementary (partial mediation).

Abstract

Kinerja sebuah organisasi terlihat dari bagaimana sumber daya manusia yang ada didalamnya, sebuah organisasi dalam bidang appaun dapat meraih puncak kesuksesan organisasi melalui keahlian dan kualitas SDM yang terus meningkatkan keterampilan dan mampu menjawab tantangan dalam organisasi. Saat ini masih banyak organisasi yang mengalami keuslitan dalam mengembangkan Sumber daya manusia dan memanfaatkan dengan baik kemampuan dan keterampilan dari sumber daya tersebut. Keterbatasan akan informasi dan support system dari manajemen yang kurang kuat menjadi alasan utama kurang maksimalnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sebuah organisasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tentu perlu adanya langkah atau cara menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut sehingga dapat tercapai kinerja organisasi yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan antar peraktik human resource dan strategi organisasi, factor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pimpinan pada praktik Human resource manjemen dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif khususnya library method, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir dan buku-buku up to date (5 tahun terakhir). Sebelum paper dipublikasikan dilakukan FGD (focus group discussion) terlebih dahulu dalam lingkup terbatas bersama dosen pembimbing dan teman sejawat, hasil perbaikan itulah menjadi paper final untuk di publikasikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan antar praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yakni sebagai kerangka strategis dan terintegrasi yang dapat meningkatkan pencapaian tujuan organisasi, factor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam praktik HRM yakni terletak pada bagaimana manajemen organisasi dikelola dan pengembangan SDM di dalamnya, selain itu peran pimpinan adalah hal yang krusial dalam memanaj sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah organisasi karena dapat menentukan arah dan tujuan bersama dan mencapaoi peningkatan kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Ethnopedagogy is a learning trend that integrates learning and local wisdom, including in teaching English. This study aims at analysing the Ethnopedagogy- Based Teaching Technique for the subject of English for Tourism in the English Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Banten Jaya. Data were obtained through observation and interviews with 2 lecturers who teach English for Tourism. From the results of observations and interviews obtained 7 techniques in teaching, namely (1) Picture Describing, (2) Brainstorming, (3) Interview, (4) Role-Play, (5) Storytelling, (6) Find the Difference, and (7) Reporting. In the Implementation, the lecturers always connect with local wisdom in Banten area.

Abstract

Abstrak Organisasi yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan publik tentu memiliki tantangan yang dinamis, perubahan terus terjadi seiring perkembangan zaman dan perilaku customer. Pelayanan public perlu memberikan kualitas yang sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat, sehingga masyarakat tersebut bisa memberikan feedback yang baik dan menjadi loyal. Tantangan yang sangat kompleks tentu menjadi hal utama yang perlu mendapatlkan solusi terbaik sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan bisa mencapai tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang lebih baik. Manajemen strategis dalam konteks layanan publik menjadi semakin penting dalam menghadapi tuntutan yang kompleks dan dinamis. Focus utama artikel ini membahas tentang dinamika manajemen strategis dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan publik, dengan menggunakan pendekatan literatur untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara faktor-faktor kunci dalam manajemen strategis dan hasil layanan publik yang lebih baik. Tujuan analisis ini untuk mengetahui 1) Peran kepemimpinan terhadap efektifitas layanan public, 2) Tantangan utama pelayanan public dalam mengimplementasikan manajemen strategis, 3) strategi pengambilan keputusan yang adaptif untuk meningkatkan efektifitas layanna publik, 4) peran kemitraan yang produktif dengan pemangku kepentingan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif khususnya library method, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir dan buku-buku up to date (5 tahun terakhir). Hasil analisis temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategis yang baik dapat mengarah pada peningkatan kualitas layanan, efisiensi operasional, dan kepuasan pemangku kepentingan. Implikasi dari temuan ini untuk praktik manajemen publik adalah pentingnya mengintegrasikan pendekatan manajemen strategis yang dinamis dan adaptif dalam merespons perubahan lingkungan yang cepat. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memahami lebih dalam bagaimana faktor-faktor ini saling berinteraksi dan bagaimana implementasi praktik-praktik terbaik dapat mengoptimalkan efektivitas layanan publik secara keseluruhan.
