The purpose of this research is to design-based audio visual media in order to be an effective appeal, especially in the delivery of information and promotions regarding things – things that are related to the overall CMS Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang. SMK Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang is located in Tangerang. Existing problems, namely the medium used by the SMK SMK Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang was a print media, in general the community more receptive of information via media interactive and communicative, so CMS Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang requires video media profile as a media of supporting information and promotion on the show to prospective students and students of SMK Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang, or as a media information to the public , so the design of video media profile that displays the entire scope, advantages and facilities belonging to SMK Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang, can be a solution in solving problems in media promotion and information. <![CDATA[With the development of information technology in particular in the field of multimedia in such rapid and the longer forms of media more diverse so that educational agencies to demand a more boasts information from various media. Media information and promotions that are currently used by CMS Bina Am ' prosperous. The purpose of this research was chosen as the audio visual media media information and proper promotion, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual in order to convey messages can be understood by the public at large. Existing problems, namely the medium used by the CMS Community still Prospers Am ' in the form of print media such as banners, posters and pamplet are considered less effective and efficient to use while simultaneously promoting the institutions with the best possible audio visual media so that it is selected into a medium of information and promotion of the right, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual. Because therein lies the message delivery process or how to visualize. At the same time listening and showing the contents of the message to the recipient with information through media menunjangnya, so the design of video media profile that displays the entire scope, advantages and facilities belonging to SMK Bina Am ' prosperous, can be a solution in solving problems in media promotion and information. <![CDATA[Morbilitas dan mortalitas pada bayi tentunya sangat erat sekali hubungannya dengan kondisi ibu baik selama kehamilan maupun setelah melahirkan dan selama merawat bayinya. Untuk dapat merawat bayinya dengan baik maka dibutuhkan seorang ibu yang sehat baik fisik maupun keadaan jiwanya, seorang ibu yang mengalami gangguan psikologi/jiwa tentunya mereka tidak dapat merawat bayinya dengan baik sehingga dapat menyokong meningkatnya jumlah kesakitan dan kematian pada bayi. Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) Provinsi Jawa Barat selama kurun waktu tahun 2005 hingga tahun 2008 mengalami penurunan, pada tahun 2005 AKB Provinsi Jawa Barat sebesar 40,87 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup dan pada tahun 2008 sebesar 38,51 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup, namun angka Kematian Bayi Provinsi Jawa Barat di tahun 2008 masih diatas angka kematian bayi nasional yang mencapai 34 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup dan angka kematian bayi Provinsi Jawa Barat pada tahun 2008 tersebut juga masih sangat jauh dari target pencapaian MDGs, yang menargetkan AKB di Indonesia sebesar 19 per 1000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2015. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan study cross sectional dari data primer. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dengan populasi ibu post partum dengan jumlah sampel 50 responden, analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan ibu yang baik tentang post partum blues paling banyak pada responden yang berpendidikan tinggi yaitu sebesar 75,0% yang mendapatkan sumber informasi langsung dari tenaga kesehatan yaitu sebanyakn 57,9%. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan dan sumber informasi dengan pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang post partum blues.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam dua tahun terakhir, pergerakan indeks harga saham sektor properti menunjukkan pergerakan paling fluktuatif dibandingkan dengan sektor lain di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hal ini juga terlihat dari pergerakan harga saham dari emiten subsektor properti dan real estate. Empat belas dari tujuh belas emiten yang listing sejak awal tahun 2009 mengalami penurunan harga saham cukup tajam pada kuartal III tahun 2013, setelah sebelumnya mengalami kenaikan. Kondisi ini menunjukkan tingginya risiko dalam investasi saham subsektor properti dan real estate. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis tingkat kewajaran harga saham dengan pendekatan Price Earning Ratio (PER) serta menganalisis pengaruh kondisi makroekonomi dan kinerja keuangan emiten terhadap harga saham properti dan real estate tahun 2009-2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan pendekatan PER, secara umum harga saham emiten yang menjadi objek penelitian masih relatif murah sehingga masih relatif aman untuk dijadikan instrumen investasi. Hasil analisis regresi panel dengan model fixed effect seemingly unrelated regression (SUR) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima variabel yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham emiten properti dan real estate. Pertumbuhan ekonomi, Return on Asset (ROA) dan Book Value per Share (BV) berpengaruh positif, sedangkan nilai tukar riil rupiah terhadap dolar dan BI rate memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham emiten properti dan real estate.]]>

<![CDATA[Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendukung program pemerintah sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden no. 5tahun 2006 tentang sasaran energi jangka panjang Indonesia tahun 2000-2025, yang tujuannyamencari dan menggunakan energi alternatif lain, yaitu, coal, gas, hydro, geothermal, biomass, angin,surya dan nuklir. Selama ini mesin pembuat campuran aspal panas (Asphalt Mixer Plant)menggunakan kerosin sebagai bahan bakar untuk memanaskan batu pecah, abu batu dan pasirsebelum dicampur dengan aspal semen. Permasalahan yang dihadapi selama ini adalah sampaidengan saat ini ketersediaan bahan bakar kerosin semakin sulit diperoleh dan harganya semakintinggi. Sehingga biaya produksi menjadi tidak effisien lagi dan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan (proyek)sering tidak sesuai rencana. Dari hasil penelitian, batubara dapat digunakan sebagai penggantikerosin untuk membakar agregat pada Alat pembuat campuran aspal panas (Asphalt Mixer Plant)dengan cara mengganti burner kerosin dengan burner batubara. Dari segi biaya, terbukti bahwapemakaian batubara lebih hemat. Dari segi peralatan mesin produksi campuran aspal panas (AsphaltMixer Plant) dapat dioperasikan dengan menggunakan bahan bakar batubara yang harganya lebihmurah dan performance mesin tersebut sama dengan apabila menggunakan bahan bakar kerosin.Riset ini dilakukan pada Mesin Pembuat Campuran Aspal Panas (Asphalt Mixer Plant) milik PT.Waskita Karya, merek Shin Sheng, type SAP 800 Batch, kapasitas 50 Ton/jam.]]>

<![CDATA[Sexually transmitted diseases are a public health problem in the world, including in Indonesia. WPS issuspected as the spread of sexually transmitted diseases caused by free sex behavior. PMS is a lot ofpeople who do not perform the treatment at health facilities resulting in lower quality of life andhealth status of patients. Knowing the purpose of this study is WPS influence behavior in the searchfor treatment of PMS, environment, health status on quality of life in the Village Dadap TangerangWPS in 2011. This study uses cross-sectional design, primary data. Sample of 108 people. WPSvariables studied in the search for treatment of behavioral, environmental, health status, quality oflife, enabling factors, predispocing factors, reinforcing factors. Data processing using SmartPLS(partical least squares). The results of the analysis is the quality of life is directly affected by the WPSand the environmental health status, and indirectly influenced by the reinforcing factor in the Villageof Tangerang Dadap in 2011. Therefore, if there is further research with a similar theme, it isnecessary to develop the variables, indicators, and new theories gained.]]>

Oleh karena itu dalam anggaran dasarnya SIP akan bergerak di beragam kegiatanlintas sektoral seperti Sekolah, Riset ilmiah, studi banding, mengunjungi sarana ibadah, dan lainsebagainya. Untuk mendukung sistem pendidikan yang bermutu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang bisamembantu kinerja petugas tata usaha. Dalam kegiatan transaksi pembayaran uang sekolah, tentuadanya sebuah sistem yang diberlakukan demi kelancaran transaksi tersebut. Untuk memudahkandalam hal proses pengolahan data transaksi yang terjadi sampai pada pembuatan laporan, sangatdibutuhkan suatu Sistem Informasi pembayaran uang Sekolah. Karena Sistem Informasi Administrasimerupakan langkah awal untuk dapat terlaksananya suatu kegiatan. Pembayaran uang Sekolah yangselama ini digunakan masih sangat sederhama (semi komputerisasi) yang hanya menggunakanMicrosoft excel, maka sering terjadi kesalahan pada saat pencatatan data dan laporan yangdihasilkan datanya belum tentu akurat. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka dibutuhkan suatusistem yang dapat mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan pada saat input data dan dapat menghasilkanlaporan yang datanya akurat dan sistem yang dapat mempunyai penyimpanan agar data yang adatidak hilang. Sehingga proses pembayaran uang Sekolah dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.Metode perancangan system yang digunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yangmeliputi Perencanaan, Analisis, Desain, Testing dan Implementasi. Sistem yang dibuat memilikikemampuan mulai menginpt data uang sekolah, melakukan koreksi/edit, membuat jurnal, danmencetak laporan baik harian, mingguan, bulanan, maupun tahunan. Sistem juga sudah dilengkapisecurity baik menggunakan user login pada masing-masing level maupun security bentuk lainnya.]]>

Perguruan tinggi raharja isan institution that specializes in computer-based education in their orientation. New admissions system that existedat this school has been using a computer but still using a simple application, so often there is a delayin the presentation of information, so there needs to be a new system that can improve the existingsystem. To resolve this problem, the school needs to use the new system with a computerized systemthat has a better database to store its data. With a computerized system that better data processingwill be more efficient and to minimize errors in the data pengimputan.
