Abstract

Abstract: Environment preservation becomes very crucial for the continuation of human life since the disasters afflicting to them as the result of the wrong doers attude towards the nature. The more humans desire to exploit the nature for their importance, the more damage the nature will be, and the worse the effect suffered by human. The attitude of simple traditional society with its local wisdom has proven the existence of a harmonious relation between human importance and nature preservation. It is understandable that behind a simple life pattern possessed by traditional society, there are a lot of significance towards the continuance of human life. Without being aware that the relation between human and natural components (ecosystem) have been embodied. Ecofeminism has been existed in the traditional society, to organize the relation not only between human, but also between human and nature.The attitude of being friendly to environment (ecofeminism) is patterned in the form of suggestion and inhibition when humans are in touch with the nature, such as; someone has to be in a sacred state when enrolling a sacred forest (having ablution), it is not allowed to bring any sharp weapons inside,to pick or cut any kinds of tree, unallowed to hunt animals, etc. Keywords; local wisdom, environment preservation, ecofeminism, ecosystem,  exploitation of natural resources.

Abstract

Abstract: The application of early childhood education appropriate to the child's development is very important, because inaccuracies will have a negative impact perkebangan next child. Therefore research in order to know: 1) Practice proper education and improper in early childhood education at some kindergartens in terms of the theory of Developmentally Appropriate Practice. 2) The learning process is carried out by teachers in some kindergartens, 3) Characteristics of early childhood and its implications for learning in kindergarten bebeapa. This study used a qualitative approach and data were collected through interviews and field observations. Data were analyzed with constant comparative. The result is: 1) The teachers have done ragsangan experience needed to encourage the children and learning activities appropriately. Likewise, the social development of emotional guidance by means of modeling and encouragement so that children dare to do what is good and right. While planning a less precise because the teachers do just do one aspect only, 2) The process of learning is done early childhood teachers to basically play while learning. Besides, the study also made to the development and improvement of the potential of the child, 3) Most teachers understand the characteristics of the students, and on the basis of the characteristics of teachers design and implement learning activities appropriate child development. Keywords: Education of children; Developmentally Appropriate Practice

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of demographic background and attitudes of leadership on the response of leader development, describe and analyze the relationship between demographic background and attitudes of leadership, and to describe the percentage of responses development leader in PNPM-MPD in the village Saribakti District of Peundeuy Garut. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach through path analysis or path analysis. The tools used in this research is to use a questionnaire to describe and analyze the influence of demographic background and attitude development leader on the response to the PNPM-MPD, the relationship between demographic background and attitudes of leadership, as well as the percentage response of leader development on PNPM-MPD. The results of the study with a population of 50 people and a sample of 44 people with a confidence level of 95% indicates that the demographic background significant negative effect on the response of leader development, while the attitude of the leadership have a positive influence and significant impact on response development leader at 65%, and the influence from other factors not examined by 35%. Demographic background and attitudes of leadership has a positive relationship at 0.4861 with a level of relationship. 66% attitude and response development leader in PNPM-MPD is at a low level where the percentage of perception of 72.60%, 68.52% attitude and actions amounted to 28.53%, in terms of response seen development leader of perceptions and attitudes have a degree high, but at this stage of action into a very low level.Key Word: Development Leader Response, Community Empowerment,

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the development of the Partnership Non-Formal Education and Informal Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Empowering Communities conducted in Program "Village Caang" by Creative Institute Collaborate with CSR Chevron Village Mekarjaya District of Sukaresmi, as well as in the village Sarimukti and Karyamekar in District Pasirwangi Garut. Garut. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach case study through data collection techniques of interview, observation and documentation on PGPA (Policy, Government and Public Affairs) Chevron CSR; Program manager and field manager of The Creative Institute as Chevron CSR program vendor; and community group beneficiaries Caang Village Program. Based on this research, it is known that The Creative Institute in collaboration with CSR Chevron developed the idea of self-sufficient villages integrated with the name of the village Caang: Caang listrikna which means light of the house with the electrical installation, Caang Otakna which means open society and have the knowledge and skills to meet the needs and empowering lives through the use of natural resources around, Caang Pesakna means people become self-reliant and economically empowered. Keyword: Corporate Social Responsibility, Partnership, Community development, Non Formal and Informal Education.

Abstract

Adult Education is a process where people who already have a social role as adult learning activities are continuous and systematic with the aim to make the changes in knowledge, attitudes, values, and skills, so that in the process of teaching should be done through the implementation of Andragogy learning methods so that tutors in conducting educational programs in the field of School accordance with prinsiporangdewasa approach so that the goal of building human and nation building can be achieved. various policies set by the government, but on the field, not a few adults who have to get out of school education, for example in the form of skills training, courses, upgrading and so forth. To membelajarkan adults through adult education can be done by various methods and strategies needed. In this case, the adult learning has a maturity of self-concept moves from dependency as occurs in childhood toward independence or self-direction.Keywords: Andragogi, Tutor Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Tutor as one important component in the education system, it acts as a good teacher. Tutor is a private tutor, lecturer or tutor extra / teaching. Where the tutor is a term for those who teach in non-formal education, despite being a tutor is a tutor in formal education. Tutor is the citizens who have advantages (expertise, skills, abilities) in the field of knowledge and skills, particularly in teaching and managing livelihood, and who are interested and willing to become a tutor, has a high spirit of dedication in guiding the learners in study groups to improve knowledge sesamanya.Kompetensi pedagogic skills tutor still inadequate particularly in regard to their field. Many of them are not or less capable of presenting and delivering education that actually qualified. To improve pedagogical tutor, according to Slamet (1999) there are four fundamental business should be done in an educational institution, which is to create "win-win" (win-win) and not the situation "lose-win"; the need is grown their intrinsic motivation to everyone involved in the process of grabbing quality; and every director should be a process-oriented and long-term results. Keywords: Tutor Competence, Community Learning Center

Abstract

Abstract: Attitudes toward cleanliness traders will affect the high participation of traders in waste management so that more and better attitudes towards cleanliness of its environment, public participation in managing the waste, the better. The attitude then form an awareness of environmental hygiene is an important factor in creating a clean environment.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between attitudes towards cleanliness with the participation of traders in waste management.The method used in this research is descriptive analytic using a quantitative approach in order to describe and gave a very deep meaning. A population of 229 people and the sample as many as 58 people.The impact of the results obtained by the higher level of awareness trader attitudes towards cleanliness, the higher the participation of traders manage waste in creating a cultural environment clean. Society jointly participate in the management of the process and the results will provoke a far more optimal than the way the applied current. Abstract

Abstract: Community Learning Center is a non-formal educational institution that aims to serve the community. Services CLC in meeting the educational needs is very important, especially for people in need. Basically the goal of CLC presence in a community is to realize an improved quality of life of the community in the broadest sense. An understanding of the quality of life of a community is determined by the values of life and believed by the community. CLC (community based education) is the actualization characterized the (1) the support of the community in various forms; (2) community involvement in decision-making; (3) a partnership in which citizens participate in a relationship that is aligned with program managers; (4) ownership in which citizens participate in control of all decisions related to educational programs outside of school. CLC is the quality and quantity of public participation in the planning, establishment, implementation, and development. Keywords: Policy, Public Education, Community Learning Center
