Abstract

Legal protection for consumers for online trading of imported food products without a distribution permit is something that is very important to do in Indonesia, considering that for consumers to obtain any goods through buying and selling is not something difficult in the era of modern technology at this time with the presence of online media, but maintaining the health of certain food products is the main goal for everyone. The presence of online media makes it easier for consumers and business actors to access buying and selling transactions. The online media that are widely used by business actors include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and so on. However, the existence of several products in the form of imported food without a distribution permit sold online from business actors will certainly have a negative impact on consumers as buyers, especially the impact on health caused by food products. Although Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection can be used as an umbrella to provide protection for consumers. However, considering that the regulation does not stipulate a supervisory mechanism for business actors who do not have a distribution permit, so that the legal protection that is implemented cannot run properly as determined, that's why there are still many business actors in trading imported food products that do not yet have a license. distribution permit which ultimately does not provide legal protection for consumers properly is the cause of the weak regulation on consumer protection.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the procedures for managing the Special Autonomy Fund. Abstract

At a glance, the Papuan conflict is a vertical conflict that has lasted more than 50 years. The main cause of this conflict is the desire for “Free Papua” which is supported by the Free Papua Movement (OPM). Conflicts also escalated over the issue of race and discrimination against Papuan students in Surabaya and Malang in August 2019. Negotiation is the Indonesian government's best option for resolving disputes in Papua. The main purpose of this article is to find the best solution for dispute resolution in Papua in terms of the terms that must be carried out and the negotiation process. This study uses a qualitative methodology to investigate social phenomena in society that occur naturally without engineering or laboratory work. This approach provides descriptive data in the form of descriptive or verbal words that describe conditions, situations, or certain different variables. The data collection technique is to use a literature search to obtain the required data. As a result, the Papua conflict negotiation process involved internal parties (central/regional government, KKB/OPM, traditional/religious leaders, civil society) and external parties (freeport), and became the main demand. Indicates that it is an independent Papua. Negotiations have been time consuming and faced many obstacles, but we continue to strive to reach a mutually beneficial solution. Dialogue between Jakarta and Papua should better reflect the cultural values of the Papuan people.

Development using a centralized approach without developing community self-reliance today is unable to solve various social problems due to the lack of developing community presence in development activities. Community development will be effective when local wisdom is used as capital by utilizing existing organizations or habits at the local level. Abstract

Marriage is part of the teachings of the Islamic religion that must be obeyed and carried out by everyone if they already have the ability to be physically and mentally. Marriage is considered imperfect by some people in Gampong Meunasah Baro, Seulimeum District, Aceh Besar Regency if the implementation is not accompanied by a celebration, even though the marriage is legal according to Islamic law. Therefore, after marriage, walimah wil be carried out, which is a celebration that accompanies the marriage to make it official so that it is known in general by the public. The implementation of walimatul 'ursy in Islam is more emphasized on simplicity, convenience, happiness and pleasure or cheapness according to needs, not based on desire. The purpose of this research is to describe redundant in a wedding reception, as well as to describe the impact of waste on the party. In this study, the researchers used qualitative method. The results of the study related to the wedding party in Gampong Meunasah Baro, Seulimeum District, Aceh Besar Regency showed that the celebration of the wedding party was already a tradition that was carried out after the wedding. This tradition is carried out to honor guests, but in the implementation of the reception based on Islamic law, it is detected that there is a redundancy that is often carried out both by the wedding party organizer and by the invited guests. The results of the study show that the waste carried out by the host as the implementation of the intent of the wedding party in the form of providing too much food so that it cannot be finished. After the wedding, a lot of food is wasted. Meanwhile, the waste done by the invited guests either intentionally or unintentionally by not finishing the food or leaving a lot of food that has been placed on the plate. However, in the view of customary law, this is considered normal, even though they know that redundant is a friend of the devil. The results of the study also show that the wedding party has had a good cultural impact, but has no impact on social, religious or economic terms.
