Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of PBL on physics learning outcomes in light material at SMP Negeri 2 Tambusai. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with the research population being class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tambusai and the sample in this study was 50 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The experimental class (VIII1) research sample was obtained using the PBL model and the control class (VIII2) using the conventional model. The instrument used is a test of learning outcomes in the form of multiple-choice as many as 20 questions. before receiving treatment for the two samples, the experimental class pretest average score was 38.80 with a standard deviation of 13.87 and in the control class the average value was 38.20 and the standard deviation was 11.26. After doing different studies, the average posttest score for the experimental class was 71.00 and in the control class the average score was 65.80 and the standard deviation was 9.97. the results of the pretest and posttest data prerequisite test stated that the sample had normality and homogeneity distribution. then a one-sided t-test (α=0,05) and a simple regression test were performed. from the results of one-party t-test, namely thitung> ttabel (1,761 > 1,677) with a significant level of 0.042. and for the results of the simple regression test Y = 24,64+0,61X . in the equation the linear regression direction coefficient (b)=0.61 indicates that if student activity increases by 1, student learning outcomes will increase by 0.61. it is concluded that there is a significant effect of the PBL model on the learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tambusai in the academic year 2020/2021

Abstract

Learning loss is an educator's concern for students, the loss of learning both cognitively with the achievement of competencies that should be achieved comprehensively but partially achieved. It can also be in the form of loss of motivation to learn, one of the methods used is utilizing e-learning and the development of interesting learning media for students. This study aims to reveal the ways that can be chosen to maximize the benefits of e-learning, considering the development of e-learning is very fast despite the advantages and disadvantages of its use. The research that will be conducted uses qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. The research stages include the type of library, reviewing library materials, and recommendations. The subject of this research is the researcher himself with the help of various types of literature reviews such as books and research articles. The data obtained is in the form of e learning recommendations that can reduce the impact of learning loss. The results of the research based on the literature study show that Learning Loss is found in many countries with reading problems compared to other things that have always been a scourge for subjects outside of literacy and numeracy understanding. Then e-learning can be presented by knowing in advance the needs of students to reduce boredom and perceptions in the use of platforms and applications, then popular e-learning activities in the form of online whiteboards, as well as STAD and PBL learning models that are used in the implementation of e-learning to improve learning outcomes. language skill.

Abstract

Karya penulisan skripsi ini bermaksud untuk melihat seberap besar pengaruh Harga terhadap Volume Penjualan pada BT Batik Trusmi Medan, melihat seberapa besar pengaruh Promosi terhadap Volume Penjualan pada BT Batik Trusmi Medan serta mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Promosi secara simultan Terhadap Volume Penjualan pada BT Batik Trusmi Medan. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data analisi regresi berganda tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 95%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Nilai batastaraf toleransinya <0.05 yaitu 0.028 dinyatakan signifikan, melihat Nilai toleransi Promosi adalah berada dibawah <0.05 yaitu 0,010 dinyatakan singnifikan. Sedangkan Nilai RSquare yaitu 0.885 atau R2 x 100% sebesar 85.50%, artinya variabel bebas penelitian menunjukan pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat dengan nilai 85.50% selebihnya 14,50% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah secara simultan Harga Produk danPromosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Volume Penjualan BT Batik Trusmi Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the UPTD Health Laboratory of West Java Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and conducting literature studies related to the subject matter. Based on the results of the research, the correlation value (R) of 0.693 means that the influence of Service Quality (variable X) on Customer Satisfaction (variable Y) at the UPTD Health Laboratory of West Java Province can be categorized as strong because it is in the range (0.600-0.799). The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.481 or 48.1%, which means that customer satisfaction at the UPTD Health Laboratory of West Java Province is influenced by service quality by 48.1%. While the remaining 51.9% is influenced by other variables or factors outside of service quality.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja adalah indikator utama untuk bertahannya seorang guru menjalin hubungan dengan sekolahnya. Kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan guru akan memberikan dampak kepada siswa, rekan kerja, dan pimpinan. Hasil kerja juga terpengaruh oleh tingkat kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, penilaian kinerja dan kondisi kerja terhadap kepuasan guru. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Pasuruan dan subjek penelitian adalah guru-guru di sekolah tingkat menengah. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Penilaian kinerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Kondisi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Ketiga variabel bebas menunjukkan pengarh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru.

Abstract

Kebutuhan lapangan kerja untuk kelompok lulusan sarjana masih belum terpenuhi secara merata. Hal ini karena jumlah lulusan yang banyak tidak diiringi oleh ketersediaan lapangan kerja. Selain itu para lulusan masih terfokus untuk mencari kerja dan bukan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan diperlukan efikasi diri dan intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa di Kota Surabaya. Sampel pada penelitian ini, yaitu mahasiswa di empat perguruan tinggi di Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara menetapkan karakteristik tertentu yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Data terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Alat analisinya menggunakan korelasi dengan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara efikasi diri dan intensi berwirausaha

Abstract

During the covid-19 pandemic as it is today, it has changed many sectors of human life, including the education sector. Many schools are reducing activities at school or even completely closing schools, only doing distance learning. Therefore, with distance learning, adequate technology and competent human resources are needed. This study aims to find out what educational technology is, how technology plays a role in education, what are the obstacles in implementing educational technology and how to use technology in schools, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the author uses qualitative methods (library studies and interviews), in collecting data the author looks for several sources of reading that are in accordance with the topic of discussion, both from the internet, online journals and books. Then the author conducted an interview with one of the teachers at SDN Bojong through a virtual forum. From the results of the interview, it can be seen that the use of technology at SDN Bojong has not been effective, there are still many obstacles or obstacles in its implementation. However, educators continue to strive for the best in the use of technology so that they can help students in the learning process, so that students feel comfortable. In the learning process, SDN Bojong utilizes Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zom, Powerpoint and Youtube applications as learning media. And using Google Form and Quzziz as a medium for student evaluation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan model maria montessori untuk meningkatkan aspek kognitifpada anak usia dini di kecamatan mejobo kabupaten kudus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Pertiwi di kecamatan Mejobo Kabupaten Kudus. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data digunakan pedoman observasi anak didik, dan tes unjuk kerja anak.Analisis data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) aspek kognitif anak dalam bentuk hasil karya yaitu pada siklus I anak yang berkembang sangat baik 7 anak (46,67 %), sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 9 anak (60%), sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 13,33%, (2) Aspek kognitif anak dalam bentuk penugasan pada siklus I anak yang berkembang sangat baik 5 anak atau 33,33 %, sedangkan pada siklus II menjadi 8 anak atau 53,33%, sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 20% dan (3) aspek kognitif anak dalam bentuk unjuk kerja pada siklus I anak yang berkembang sangat baik 5 anak atau 33,33%, sedangkan pada siklus II menjadi 9 anak atau 60%, sehingga terdapat peningkatan sebesar 26,67%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the writer interest in Korean drama shows. So finally doing research to see the impact on one of the communities in Cikarang, namely the TnT Label Community, which is basically a K-pop dance cover community. So the purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an effect of the drama True Beauty on buying interest in K-Beauty products in the TnT Label dance cover community. This research was conducted with a quantitative method using an explanatory survey. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Korean drama True Beauty on buying interest in K-Beauty products. The theory used in this research is IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) Theory. The population in this study were all members of the TnT Label Community in Cikarang. Data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and literature study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai karakter peduli sosial siswa-siswa saat atau setelah pembelajaran dengan metode role playing dan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran dengan metode role playing yang mengembangkan karakter peduli sosial. Metode penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah yaitu: l) reduksi data 2) penyajian data dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa 1) Nilai karakter peduli sosial melalui metode role playing dalam proses pembelajaran di Kelas V SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kabupaten Tulungagung diketahui berdasarkan nilai karakter peduli sosial siswa saat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan metode role playing dapat dilihat nilai rata-rata dari angket tersebut sebesar 4,121 dengan persentase 82,42 atau dikategorikan baik. Sedangkan nilai-nilai karakter peduli sosial siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan metode role playing yang mana angket diisi oleh teman dari siswa dilihat rata-rata sebesar 4,125 dengan persentase 82,5 atau dalam kategori Baik. 2) Pembelajaran dengan metode role playing yang mengembangkan karakter peduli sosial siswa-siswa Kelas V SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kabupaten Tulungagung dilakukan dengan 3 pertemuan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi kegiatan pembelajaran diperoleh dari rata-rata atau prosentase yang diperoleh pada pertemuan I yaitu 70,90% dalam predikat atau kategori cukup. Sedangkan pertemuan II yaitu 80,00% dalam predikat atau kategori Baik. Selanjutnya pertemuan III yaitu yaitu 94,54% dalam predikat atau kategori Sangat Baik
