Along with the development of science and technology (IPTEK) which makes all activities more practical, many habits in one's life ignore physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. This study aims to examine the relationship between the degree of physical fitness and students' healthy lifestyle. To answer the formulated research problems, this study used a quantitative approach with a survey method with an instrument in the form of a measurement test, a healthy lifestyle instrument using a questionnaire, while the degree of physical fitness using the Indonesian physical fitness test aged 16-19 years. The research subjects used were class XI students of SMK Pamor Cikampek totaling 30 students. Data analysis techniques using product moment correlation techniques. The results obtained showed r count 0.512 ≥ r table 0.361, at the level of significance 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship or correlation between the physical fitness variable and a healthy lifestyle. As well as in the results of the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) of 0.262 which means that the influence of the second variable is 26.2%. This means that there is a significant relationship between the degree of physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle in class XI students of SMK Pamor Cikampek.

This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of backhand shots of students who take part in table tennis extracurricular activities. The research subjects were all students who participated in table tennis extracurricular activities, there were 2 middle schools with a total of 60 male students and 24 female students. The sample used was total sampling. Data collection using tests, with the instrument used in the form of a back board test. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis in the form of %. The results showed 12 male students 20.0% declared very less, 16 students 26.7% declared less, 22 students 36.7% declared moderate, 10 students 16.7% declared good, and 0 students 0% declared very good. The highest frequency is 36.7%, which is in the moderate category. It is concluded that the forehand shot ability of male students who take part in extracurricular table tennis is in the moderate category. 16 female students 66.7% declared very less, 0 students 0% declared less, 4 students 16.7% declared moderate, 2 students 8.3% declared good, and 2 students 8.3% declared very good. The highest frequency is 66.7%, which is in the very poor category. It is concluded that the forehand shot ability of female students who take part in table tennis extracurricular activities is in the very poor category.

The purpose of this research is to develop a training model for sila service skills. This research is a type of Research and Developmen (R&D) research. The population in this study was 100 people and the sample was a small scale of 15 people and a large scale of 30 people. The instrument used is a value scale questionnaire. The procedure for developing this sila service training model used is the Borg and Gall development which consists of 10 steps. The results that have met the criteria are used, namely: 1) media experts obtained a percentage score of 90.38%, learning experts obtained a percentage score of 90.38%, expert trainers obtained a percentage score of 72.5%, small group students obtained a percentage score of 71.90%, and large group students obtained a percentage score of 78.86%. The results of analyzing student response data after conducting product trials resulted in a percentage score of 78.86% with the criteria used. Which means it is feasible to use in learning or extracurricular activities of sepak takraw games. From the development results it is concluded that the sila service training model can be used and practiced by students.

The purpose of this study was to examine how changes in students' cognitive learning outcomes with the basketball PJOK curriculum after using audiovisual learning media. This research method uses classroom action research techniques. The subjects in this study were 20 students, 13 boys and 7 girls. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, tests, and interviews. The research instrument used is a learning observation sheet which contains guidelines in carrying out observations during the learning process. From cycle I to cycle II, the data showed that students' learning activities increased. Students' focus increased from 85% to 95%, the ability to take notes increased from 35% to 70%, the ability to ask questions increased from 10% to 25%, the ability to ask questions increased from 20% to 45%, their participation in class discussions increased from 10% to 30%, and the ability to learn independently increased from 75% to 90%. The percentage of students who completed the learning assessment in both cycles increased from 45% to 80%. With 30% giving very good feedback, 60% giving positive feedback, and 10% giving negative feedback. It can be concluded that motivation, learning outcomes, and student engagement were all positively influenced by the use of audiovisual learning resources.

The problem found among SSB Bina Putra Pamekar students is that there are still many students who do not pass correctly when playing football. Therefore, the researcher offers passing training using play patterns in order to improve passing accuracy in SSB Bina Putra Pamekar students. This study aims to examine the results of passing training using play patterns on passing accuracy in SSB Bina Putra Pamekar students. The research method used in this study is pre-experiment with the research design “the one group pretest posttest design”, or the absence of a control group, and the sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. The test or instrument used to measure the ability of passing techniques is adapted from Suparjo's soccer passing test, using data analysis of normality test, homogeneity test, paired sample T-Test test, and R-Square regression test. The findings obtained by the researchers were that passing training with play patterns was able to improve the passing accuracy of each participant by 63.8%. The remaining 36% is influenced by external factors. Based on the passing accuracy normality test data conducted with Kolmogorov-Smirnov, the normality test results for the pre-test value were 0.471, while the post-test value was 0.698. It can be concluded that the data is normally distributed because the significance value obtained is> 0.05, so H0 is accepted.

The problem contained in this study is the lack of maximum students in doing dollyo chagi kicks, student kicking power in performing basic dollyo chagi kick techniques in extracurricular Taekwondo. The purpose of this study was to examine the PNF warm-up method affects the results of dollyo chagio kicks in Taekwondo extracurricular students at SMPN 59 Jakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative using experimental methods. The population used in this study were 25 Taekwondo extracurricular students. The research design used a one group pretest-postest design. The instrument in this study used pretest and postest. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics displayed in percentage form. The research results show that the t value is 18.384 > t table 1.711 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or it can be said that the PNF warm-up method really has a significant effect on the results of dollyo chagi kicks for taekwondo extracurricular students of SMPN 59 Jakarta.

The problem of this research is the need to increase the knowledge of students who do not know about the rules of the game. The purpose of this study was to assess the level of student knowledge about badminton games. This study used a quantitative approach and survey method. The population amounted to 372 students, the technique of taking simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis carried out quantitative descriptive includes total value, range, average, standard deviation, minimum value and maximum value. Based on the data obtained, it can be seen that the level of students' knowledge of badminton games in the “very good” category is 2.56% (5 students), the “good” category is 63.08% (123 students), the “sufficient” category is 21.54% (42 students), the “less” category is 3.59% (7 students), the “very less” category is 9.23% (18 students), thus obtaining an average value of 16.44% from a total of 20 questions. So it can be concluded that the overall level of student knowledge about badminton games is in the moderate category.

This study aims to examine the effect of the drill training method on efforts to improve passing skills in futsal games. The method used in this research is quantitative with experimental method and type of one group pretest and posttest. The population in this study were 14 people and used total sampling. The instrument used in this study is a type of skill test instrument. The data analysis technique used in this study is using SPSS. The results of the Levene statistical value are 0.069 to 0.212, with the lowest significance value of 0.649 and the highest of 0.795. The pretest data, the Lilliefor statistical value is 0.157 with a significance of 0.200. The calculated t value is -3.277 with a degree of freedom (df) of 13 and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.006. This significance value is smaller than the standard alpha level of 0.05, which means that the difference between the pretest and posttest is statistically significant. This is evidenced by a significant increase in the average passing skill from 6.29 in the pretest to 7.64 in the posttest, as well as an increase in the minimum value from 4 to 6. A decrease in standard deviation from 1.326 to 1.082 and variance from 1.758 to 1.170. It is concluded that the application of the drill training method is an effective strategy to improve passing skills in futsal games.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the peer tutor learning model on the lower passing skills of volleyball games. This research is quantitative research with experimental methods and uses a one group pretest-posttest design. The population of all grade XI SMK Pratama Mulya Karawang amounted to 190 students. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling and the sample size was 76 students. The instrument used is the skill of lower passings in volleyball games. The results of the analysis obtained descriptive text experiment posttest data obtained from test scores. The value obtained was the lowest 13, the highest 16, an average of 14.53 and a standard deviation of 1.033. The output of “mann-whitny test” is known asymp sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an average difference between the pretest and posttest results which means that there is an effect of the peer tutor model on the lower passing skills of volleyball games for class XI students of SMK Pratama Mulya.

The purpose of this study was to assess the level of physical fitness in boarding schools. This research is a quantitative approach with survey method. The population in this study were 24 grade XI students who were total sampling. The test instrument was the Indonesian physical fitness test. Data analysis techniques through the stages of reducing, presenting, and making conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the level of physical fitness of students in the 60m running test is in the moderate category of 67%, in the body lift hanging test is in the category of less than 50%, in the lying down test is in the moderate category of 50%, in the upright jumping test is in the category of less than 67%, in the 1200m running test is in the category of less than 67%. Then, the level of physical fitness of female students in the 60m running test is 67% less category, in the body hanging test is 75% less category, in the lying test is 42% moderate category, in the upright jumping test is 33.3% moderate category, in the 1000m running test is 75% less category. Thus, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of students in both schools must be improved.
