Abstract

Employees are one of the main needs of the company because if there are no employees, there will be no productivity in the company. Recruitment is a human resource management planning decision regarding the number of employees needed, when they are needed, and what criteria are needed. CV Fajar Jaya has a problem in making employee recruitment decisions. Decision making is very important for individuals and organizations. The difficulty of recruiting qualified employees is the main problem in this study, with the above problems, it is necessary to design a decision support system that is expected to help CV. Fajar Jaya, in making decisions to obtain information to determine prospective employees using the TOPSIS method, which is expected to use the topsis calculation method, the final results of the selection process for new employee candidates are more effective, selective, efficient and accurate at CV. Abstract

President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, emphasized that currently the focus of education is to provide job skills to the younger generation. Vocational education and training will continue to be strengthened in line with the shift in development strategies from physical infrastructure development to human development. The closer the student is in working life, the better and professional educational goals are achieved. The purpose of this study is to create a 5-speed manual transmission learning media that can be used for learning. There are media test and tool use test with implementation power test and user response. The results of the test showed that media trials and tool use trials resulted in 75% feasibility. Eligibility is taken by filling the expert judgment which is more than 51%. Keywords: Learning Media, 5-speed Manual transmission, feasibility test

Abstract

A waiter is a team member in a restaurant or store responsible for welcoming new arrivals or seeing off departing customers, particularly at the main entrance of the establishment. Currently, the process of welcoming customers relies entirely on human workers, which consumes both time and effort. Therefore, an automated welcoming system is needed to enhance efficiency in terms of time and energy. In this study, the research and development method is employed. The automated welcoming system is built on Arduino technology, involving the use of PIR sensors, Arduino Uno R3, DFPlayer, and a Speaker. During the testing of this product, PIR sensors are utilized as human motion detectors. Arduino Uno R3 functions as the brain of the system, receiving data from the PIR sensors. When the first PIR sensor detects motion, Arduino Uno R3 activates the DFPlayer to play sound through the Speaker. If the second PIR sensor detects motion, the first PIR sensor is turned off for 3 seconds. This product has the capability to detect motion up to a maximum distance of 3 meters.
