Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran sistem kelistrikan bodi sepeda motor bertujuan membantu pemahaman mahasiswa dalam kegiatan praktik sistem kelistrikan bodi sepeda motor pada mata kuliah teknik sepeda motor di Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknologi Otomotif Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE, model tersebut memiliki 5 tahap pengembangan yaitu: 1) Analysis (analisis) 2) Design ( desain) 3) Development (pengembangan) 4) Implementation (implementasi/eksekusi) dan 5) Evaluation (evaluasi/umpan balik). hasil dari pengujian fungsional dan uji kelayakan terhadap media pembelajaran sistem kelistrikan bodi sepeda motor ini dilakukan di bengkel pendidikan vokasional teknologi otomotif dengan dosen ahli materi serta ahli media dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat dapat bekerja tanpa mengurangi kerja dari alat tersebut.  Besarnya rata-rata skor dosen ahli materi yaitu 91% dan dosen ahli media sebesar 79 % , media pembelajaran sistem kelistrikan bodi sepeda motor termasuk dalam kategori baik dan layak. Hasil uji coba dengan 10 poin pernyataan yang telah diambil sebanyak 87,9 % mahasiswa menyatakan media pembelajaran sistem kelistrikan bodi sepeda motor ini baik dan layak sebagai media pembelajaran di bengkel Pendidikan Vokasional Teknologi Otomotif. Abstract

President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, emphasized that currently the focus of education is to provide job skills to the younger generation. Vocational education and training will continue to be strengthened in line with the shift in development strategies from physical infrastructure development to human development. The closer the student is in working life, the better and professional educational goals are achieved. The purpose of this study is to create a 5-speed manual transmission learning media that can be used for learning. There are media test and tool use test with implementation power test and user response. The results of the test showed that media trials and tool use trials resulted in 75% feasibility. Eligibility is taken by filling the expert judgment which is more than 51%. Keywords: Learning Media, 5-speed Manual transmission, feasibility test

Abstract

Research on the development of Honda Grand engine cutting learning media as a multi-competency learning media aims to design and determine the feasibility of engine cutting learning media as a tool for student understanding in multi-competency learning activities in subjects 1) Automotive basics 2) Motor gasoline 3) motorcycle. This study uses the Research and Development research method to develop and test products to be developed, the results of this study indicate the average percentage of validation of Honda grand engine cutting learning media as a multi-competency learning media from functional and feasibility tests by media expert lecturers and material experts is 76% based on the feasibility category table, the validation results are included in the feasible category and based on the results of functional tests by students, namely obtaining an average percentage of 88.2% including in the very feasible category.  Thus, based on the results of the percentage of feasibility scores obtained above, it can be said that the Honda grand engine cutting learning media as a multi-competency learning media is feasible to use and develop.   Keywords: development, engine cutting Honda Grand, R&D.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of school principals’ leadership styles, specifically quality leadership, visionary leadership, and entrepreneurial leadership, on the success of school management in Vocational Schools specialising in Technology and Engineering in Yogyakarta. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach with an ex-post facto design, data were gathered from 282 teachers selected through cluster sampling and stratified random sampling across 16 Vocational schools of various accreditation levels. The results reveal significant positive influences of quality leadership (31.5%), visionary leadership (11.1%), and entrepreneurial leadership (35.7%) on school management success. Simultaneously, the combined leadership styles contributed 37.3% to the variance in management success. These findings highlight the importance of multifaceted leadership in improving educational outcomes and suggest the need for policy reinforcement to support effective school governance.

Abstract

The ability of diesel injectors to spray fuel greatly affects the homogeneity of the mixture and its penetration power in the combustion chamber. The research method used is an experiment with data presented descriptively. The objectives of this study are to determine the effect of nozzle opening pressure on fuel consumption, to identify the nozzle opening pressure at which fuel consumption is lowest, and to determine the effect of cetane number on fuel consumption in diesel engines. The results of this study indicate that the nozzle opening pressure of the injector in a diesel engine significantly affects fuel consumption, regardless of whether the engine is operating at low, medium, or high RPM. The lowest fuel consumption in a diesel engine occurs at a nozzle opening pressure of 10 MPa. The cetane number of the fuel does not significantly affect fuel consumption in a diesel engine, specifically a single-cylinder indirect injection diesel engine. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan dan fleksibilitas struktur rangka go-kart melalui simulasi tegangan dan regangan menggunakan Finite Element Analysis (FEA) dengan SolidWorks 2019 Student Version. Dua skenario pemuatan statis digunakan: 50 kg dan 80 kg, masing-masing dikombinasikan dengan beban baterai 25 kg. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa tegangan maksimum berkisar antara 42.453 MPa hingga 68.663 MPa, sedangkan regangan maksimum berkisar antara 0.000178 hingga 0.000197. Kedua nilai tersebut jauh di bawah kekuatan luluh bahan rangka, yaitu 282.685 MPa, menunjukkan bahwa struktur rangka aman dan mampu menahan beban dalam kondisi elastis. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar untuk merancang rangka gokart yang kuat dan aman yang mampu menangani variasi bobot pengemudi dan komponen tambahan. Abstract

Mobil listrik merupakan salah satu solusi alternatif ramah lingkungan untuk mengurangi polusi udara akibat emisi kendaraan bermotor berbahan bakar fosil. Salah satu komponen penting dalam mobil listrik adalah baterai, yang berfungsi sebagai penyimpan energi untuk menentukan seberapa jauh kendaraan dapat menempuh jarak.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecepatan dan beban terhadap jarak tempuh serta konsumsi tegangan baterai lithium-ion pada mobil listrik Gasix. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan baterai lithium-ion INR 18650 berkapasitas 60V 25Ah dan motor BLDC 1200 Watt, dengan variasi kecepatan (10 km/jam dan 25 km/jam) dan beban (57 kg dan 110 kg). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi beban ringan dan kecepatan tinggi memberikan performa terbaik dalam hal jarak tempuh dan efisiensi baterai. Sebaliknya, beban berat dan kecepatan rendah cenderung menghasilkan performa perjalanan yang kurang efisien. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kendaraan listrik yang hemat energi dan berkelanjutan.  Kata kunci: Mobil Listrik, Baterai Lithium-Ion, Kecepatan, Beban, Jarak Tempuh, Konsumsi Tegangan.
