Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat social network analysis antara akun satu dengan yang lain mengenai diskursus publik berdasarkan tagar #Percumalaporpolisi dan #PolriSesuaiProsedur. Penelitian ini menjadi penting karena penelitian ini akan menunjukkan sejauh mana kepercayaan masyarakat kepada institusi kepolisian. Penelitian akan dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan. Pertama analisis big data untuk melihat jaring pembicaraan netizen terkait tagar #Percumalaporpolisi dan tagar yang menjadi kontranya. Kedua, survey kuantitatif di 5 kab/kota di Provinsi Banten. Ketiga, FGD untuk memperkuat gambaran komprehensif terkait pembicaraan publik mengenai kepercayaan pada kepolisian. Hasil data menggambarkan bahwa tag #Percumalaporpolisi menggambarkan isu yang organik dibandingkan #PolriSesuaiProsedur yang lebih berpusat pada satu posisi. Hasil penelitian juga memperlihatkan bagaimana masyarakat merespon tagar tersebut dan menghasilkan efek filter buble yang mendorong munculnya opini dan perilaku yang seragam di masyarakat.Keywords:  Big Data Analysis, Kepercayaan public, Tagar, Polisi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang tingkat partisipasi politik perempuan dalam pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2020. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingkat partisipasi politik perempuan dalam pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2020 mengalami peningkatan atau sangat antusias mengikuti gelaran pemilihan kepala daerah. Hal tersebut berdasarkan data KPUD Kabupaten Tasikmalaya bahwa pemilih perempuan yang terdaftar dalam pemilih tetap berjumlah 2.280 pemilih dan berdasarkan daftar hadir di seluruh TPS yang tersebar di Desa Pasir Batang tercatat 1.180 diantaranya memberikan suaranya atau sekitar 95% pemilih perempuan datang ke TPS untuk memberikan hak pilihnya. Tingginya persentase pemilih perempuan Desa Pasir Batang yang memberikan suaranya dalam pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2020, menunjukkan bahwa pemilih perempuan tidak kalah antusias seperti halnya pemilih kaum laki-laki. Hal tersebut dikarenakan bahwa kaum pemilih perempuan sangat tinggi tingkat partisipasinya di Desa Pasir Batang Kabupaten Tasikmalaya adalah melihat sosok figur kepemimpinan dari bakal calon untuk memilih pemimpin dalam lima tahun kedepan dan memberikan suatu perubahan yang telah di paparkan oleh Calon dalam Visi dan Misi pada saat silaturahmi dalam proses pesta demokrasi pada saat pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi politik perempuan dan pemilihan kepala daerah. ABSTRACT This study analyzes the rate of women's political participation in the 2020 local election. This research is based on the rate of women's political participation in the 2020 local election in which its participation has increased in the local election. This is based on data from the Tasikmalaya Regency KPUD that female voters registered in the permanent voters are 2,280 voters and based on the attendance lists in all polling stations scattered in Pasir Batang Village, 1,180 of them votes. Around 95% of female voters came to polling stations to vote their ballots. The high percentage of female voters in Pasir Batang Village who vote in the 2020 regional head election, shows that female voters are no less enthusiastic than male voters. This is because women voters have a very high rate of participation in Pasir Batang Village, Tasikmalaya Regency, is to see the figure of leadership figures from prospective candidates to elect leaders in the next five years and provide a change that has been described by the Candidates in the Vision and Mission at the time of gathering in the process of the democratic party at the time of the election of the Head and Deputy of Regency in 2020. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Keywords: Women's political participation and local elections.

Abstract

The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the concepts implemented to realize good corporate governance, where the company not only thinks about the company's interests in achieving financial benefits but also participates in ensuring the sustainability of social and environmental aspects in the area around the company's operations. This CSR concept emerged as a form of corporate moral responsibility to the community and the sustainability of the surrounding environment. Furthermore, what underlies this concept is a company's production activities that directly or indirectly affect social, economic, and environmental changes in the area around the company. Pertamina Patra Niaga DPPU Sepinggan Group, one of the companies that have implemented the CSR concept for a long time, also seeks to realize this through various social innovation programs, one of which is the Pertamina Better Program. For this reason, this article seeks to investigate the extent of the environmental management strategy carried out by Pertamina Patraniaga DPPU Sepinggan through its social innovation program. The author collects data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is interactive. As a result, the Pertamina Better Program, a community empowerment program in the environmental field, can contribute to environmental sustainability by taking collective action involving various stakeholders. Each stakeholder of this program contributes not only in the form of funds but also ideas, thoughts, time, and energy. The Pertamina Better program can run better when each stakeholder contributes to the program. This contribution has become a collective action for the Pertamina Better program.

Abstract

AbstractA natural, comfortable and safe campus environment is always expected by every student in academic activities. Preservation of the campus environment must have the cooperation of various components directly related to the campus, namely the academic community. Student existence is a condition called condition sine qua non (must and absolute) in a university. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of students in the cleanliness of the UKRIDA campus environment, especially students of the Management Study Program. The implementation of a healthy campus has always been the dream of the academic community. In this study, the author uses several respondents in their own environment who know and know firsthand the real conditions on the UKRIDA Campus. Respondents represent the academic community. For this reason, the researcher uses a qualitative approach to obtain the data desired by the researcher. The results showed that environmental conservation is very relevant for students in protecting their environment. Students realize that students themselves are the spearhead in preserving the campus environment.Keywords: Cleanliness, Neighborhood, Campus, UKRIDA, Students. AbstrakLingkungan yang alami, nyaman dan aman selalu diharapkan oleh setiap mahasiswa atau mahasiswi dalam aktivitas akademis. Pelestarian lingkungan harus adanya kerjasama dari berbagai komponen yang terkait langsung dengan kampus yaitu sivitas akademika. Eksistensi Mahasiswa adalah sebuah kondisi yang disebut sebagai conditio sine qua non (harus dan mutlak) di dalam sebuah Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran mahasiswa terhadap kebersihan lingkungan kampus UKRIDA khususnya mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen. Penerapan kampus yang sehat selalu menjadi dambaan sivitas akademika. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan beberapa orang responden di dalam lingkungan sendiri yang mengenal dan mengetahui secara langsung kondisi riil di dalam Kampus UKRIDA. Responden mewakili civitas akadermica. Untuk itu peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data yang diinginkan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelestarian lingkungan adalah sangat relevan bagi mahasiswa dalam menjaga lingkungannya. Mahasiswa menyadari bahwa mahasiswa sendirilah yang menjadi ujung tombak dalam melestarikan lingkungan kampus.Kata Kunci: Mahasiswa, Kebersihan, Lingkungan, Kampus, UKRIDA.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze persuasive communication as a promotion method for the Integrated Islamic Senior High School Darul Hikmah West Pasaman. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely reducing data, presenting data, and concluding data. The results of this study describe the persuasive communication process carried out starting from planning, some persuasive communication techniques used, some obstacles in persuasive communication and how to solve them as well as several factors that facilitate persuasive communication in the promotion of Admission of New Students at the Darul Hikmah Integrated Islamic Senior High School West Pasaman. Keywords: Communication, Persuasion, Planning, Engineering, Barriers. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis komunikasi persuasive sebagai metode promosi Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Terpadu Darul Hikmah Pasaman Barat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menjabarkan proses komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan dimulai dari perencanaan, beberapa teknik komunikasi persuasif yang digunakan, beberapa hambatan dalam komunikasi persuasif dan bagaimana jalan keluarnya serta beberapa faktor yang memudahkan komunikasi persuasif dalam promosi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Terpadu Darul Hikmah Pasaman Barat. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Persuasif, Perencanaan, Teknik, Hambatan.

Abstract

AbstractMuslims in China are one of the minority ethnic groups that still exist today. Ethnic Hui and Uyghurs are among China’s most significant ethnic minority Muslims. The Uyghur Ethnic Conflict was based on discrimination by the Chinese government against Uyghur Muslims, which later led to anarchic acts and policies of persecution of the Chinese government towards Uyghur ethnicity. This study looks at the interests of the Chinese state government in the Xinjiang region in the occurrence of Uyghur Muslim ethnic conflicts. The approach used in this research is qualitative. Then the data used in this study comes from various research results and previous studies that are still related to the Uyghur Muslim ethnic conflict. This study found that the Uyghur Muslim ethnic group in Xinjian felt injustice, so they asked the Chinese government to separate Xinjian from China. Then this conflict is getting worse because the Chinese government uses violence and violates human rights. Despite getting a lot of criticism from various parts of the world, China still carries out this repression for its economic purposes.Keywords: Uyghur Muslims, China, Interest, Ethnic Conflict, Xinjiang. AbstrakMuslim di China merupakan salah satu etnis minoritas yang masih eksis hingga saat ini. Etnis Hui dan Uyghur adalah salah satu etnis minoritas Muslim paling signifikan di China. Konflik Etnis Uyghur didasari oleh diskriminasi yang dilakukan pemerintah China terhadap Muslim Uyghur, yang kemudian berujung pada tindakan anarkis dan kebijakan persekusi pemerintah China terhadap etnis Uyghur. Penelitian ini melihat kepentingan pemerintah negara China di wilayah Xinjiang dalam terjadinya konflik etnis Muslim Uyghur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Kemudian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan penelitian sebelumnya yang masih terkait dengan konflik etnis Muslim Uyghur. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kelompok etnis Muslim Uyghur di Xinjian merasakan ketidakadilan, sehingga mereka meminta pemerintah China untuk memisahkan Xinjian dari China. Kemudian konflik ini semakin parah karena pemerintah China menggunakan kekerasan dan melanggar hak asasi manusia. Meski mendapat banyak kritik dari berbagai belahan dunia, China tetap melakukan represi ini untuk kepentingan ekonominya.Kata kunci: Muslim Uyghur, Cina, Kepentingan, Konflik Etnis, Xinjiang.
