Abstract

Al-Quran is a reference book of Islamic propagation. The Qur'an has its own way of conveying propaganda to man. There are several methods of da'wah submitted by the Qur'an, among them with methods of promise and threats. The terms promises and threats have been discussed by experts among the Mu'tazila with the concept of wa'ad and wa'id. In the book of al-Milal wa al-Nihal by AsySyahrastani mentions what is meant by wa'ad and wa'id according to ahlussunnah including the original Kalam Allah. Allah promises rewards for those who carry out His commands and threaten with torment for everyone who transgresses. Everyone who carries out his command is entitled to reward according to the promise of goodness and every wretched person has the right to be tortured for doing a prohibited act. It has nothing to do with reason. Meanwhile the Mu'tazila argue that wa'ad and wa'id are not = Allah's kalam at the time of the Azaan but the command and the prohibition, the promise of reward and the threat of punishment based on the new kalam. Whoever survives because he executes the command and gets the reward. Whoever loses because he violates the threat. As a result he got the punishment and all that was obtained through reason. Many examples of verses about promises and threats are spreading in the Qur'an. The expression of promises and threats in the Qur'an has distinctive features and editorials. Each of the verse's editors has the following characteristics: the verse editorial of the promise is usually characterized by: First, expressed by the sentence of condition, with the custom of the word man and the answer with the word fa. Secondly, the editorial of the appointment is also expressed with the sentence ististna (exceptions). Thirdly, the wording of the promise is expressed in the word wabasysyiri. Meanwhile, the verse about the threat usually has the following characteristics: First, expressed in the word wail. There are 27 times the word wail in the Qur'an. Second, expressed by the terms of condition. Third, expressed by the phrase wabasysyiri (convey the good news). Da'wah method through promise gives a very big influence to people who believe in Allah SWT. that is, first, the method of promise can motivate the believers to worship sincerely and multiply doing good. Second, people of faith and righteous deeds are more patient in facing the tough trials of life in the world. Third, it can show to the believer that how great grace is given by Allah SWT. to mankind. Fourth, giving awareness to the believer that if he has faith and works righteous the reward is not only obtained in the hereafter, but there is a reward given directly by Allah SWT. in a world of quiet, peaceful and well-off lives. The verse of the threat is also very influential to the person who believes in Allah SWT. Among these, first, people who believe in Allah SWT. and faith in the Day of Resurrection will be afraid of death and life after death. Therefore, he will be motivated to worship sincerely and multiply righteous deeds. Second, people who believe in Allah SWT. convinced that the threat of Allah SWT. against the person who rcommits the munk must be valid. Because the threat is something that is shown directly by Allah SWT. in this world.

Abstract

Menyangkut kebutuhan manusia al-Qur’an memberikan perhatian yang serius karena hal ini berhubungan dengan kemaslahatan hidup manusia di muka bumi ini. Kemaslahatan manusia merupakan misi utama al-Qur’an baik di dunia maupun diakhirat kelak. Dalam bentuk apapun ajaran Islam tujuannya adalah agar manusia maslahat di dunia  dan di akhirat. Salah satu aspek kemaslahatan tersebut adalah menyangkut kesehatan manusia. Konsep halalan thayyiban merupakan sebuah konsep tentang makanan dan minuman yang harus diamalkan manusia pada umumnya dan ummat Islam pada khususnya. Ruang lingkup makanan dan minuman yang halal sebagai dasar dan asal hukum yang wajib diikuti ummat Islam. Sedangkan makanan dan minuman yang haram adaalah pengecualian. Dengan demikian, pengecualian terhadap makanan dan minuman yang diharamkan dapat dijadikan standar dalam menilai kehalalan sebuah benda. Sedangkan thayyiban (baik) pendekatannya dapat dilakukan secara medis atau uji standar kesehatan. Penegasan al-Quran yang menggunakan kalimat halalan thayyiban, menunjukkan bahwa kedua kata tersebut walaupun didekati dengan pendekatan yang berbeda, namun dalam implementasinya haruslah sekaligus. Dengan kata lain, dalam pemilihan makanan dan minuman harus memperhatikan yang halal dan thayyib. Jika yang halal merupakan kewajiban yang harus diperhatikan maka thayyib juga demikian. Dalam kaedah ushul dikenal dengan kaedah hadits al halal bayyin, ushul ma la yatim al-wajib fa huwa wajib (sesuatu yang menjadi media dalam melaksanakan yang wajib, maka media itu wajib pula). Konsep halalan thayyiban adalah sebuah konsep tentang kesehatan dari aspek makanan dan minuman yang menawarkan konsep kesejahteraan atau kemaslahatan  manusia di dunia dan akhirat kelak.

Abstract

In the midst of Western science and technology hegemony over the societies of countries around the world, especially Muslims, has had an enormous influence on the style, style and worldview of society, and the most striking is the secularization of science, technology and religion. There is a paradigm that considers the dividing wall between science and religion (Islam). This has led to the impression that religious education runs without the support of science and technology, in contrast, public education is present without a religious touch. To overcome the situation, one of the things to do is to open and re-understand the text of the Qur'an and Hadith, and to establish a dialectic between science, technology, and the science of religion. In addition, the "Islamization of science" project is an alternative to the desecularetation of science and religious science, which seeks to integrate world problems with the hereafter, synthesize faith, science and charity, integrate dhikr with thought. In short, integrating transcendental values into aspects of worldly life including science and technology.

Abstract

Religion respects every servant of God using common sense to think about something according to the framework of Aqeedah which is based on the values of the Qur'an. The personality of a Muslim is considered noble and quality if it is able to formulate the Aqeedah in its Intellectual Property in a comprehensive and universal manner. There are no religious teachings restricting people to always think of seeking the truth that God loves. Thinking about using sharp and quality intellectuals to improve or perfect their worship activities so that Allah receives all their acts of worship is an obligation in religion. The awareness of thinking to get the values of intellectual truth in his life is a necessity that cannot be separated from the substance of religion and the urge of Islamic faith. Understanding the Aqeedah correctly and formulating it in the intellectual tradition as a whole, will be able to provide positive solutions in efforts to solve various forms of social problems in human life and the environment.

Abstract

The most fundamental thing in Islamic religiosity is tawḥ īd, which is the essay of God as an act that confirms that God is the one and only God, the Absolute and Transcendent Creator. The essence of tawḥ īd is very urgent. Neglect of tawḥ īd values, means destruction of religious values in Islam, because the obligation to worship Allah to obey all His commands and stay away from all His prohibitions is the spirit of tawḥ īd. In this construction, tawḥ īd is the essence of Islam and something of action is not of Islamic value without being based on true trust in God. Tawḥ īd should not only be treated as a theological concept, but should also be a sociological concept. This is the reason why the Qur'an defies differences based on ethnicity, race and nation and establishes ukhuwah among believers. In this religious perspective, the basics for living together in a religiously pluralistic society have been built from the beginning on a normative and historical basis at the same time.

Abstract

This study explains the difference between the meaning of ahruf sab'ah and qiraat sab'ah. These two terms are a discussion of the ulumul of the Qur'an. both terms have different meanings, but are interrelated. The discussion on the qiraat sab'ah can not be separated from the discussion of ahruf sab'ah. Because ahruf sab'ah is as a result of the emergence of sabah qiraat. But the term qiraat sab'ah appears not merely because of ahruf sab'ah, meaning the term Ahruf Sab'ah appears when the Qur'an is revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, while Qiraat sab'ah arises because of the emergence of various Imam readings Qurra in therecital of the Qur'an which is briefly the seven Imams.

Abstract

Penafsiran terhadap Al-Qur`an mempunyai peranan besar bagi kemajuan dan perkembangan Islam dan kaum muslimin. Oleh karena itu sangat besar perhatian para ulama dari masa ke masa  untuk menggali dan memahami makna-makna yang terkandung dalam kitab suci ini. Pemahaman seseorang terhadap Al-Qur’an berbeda-beda antara seorang mufassir dengan yang lainnya sesuai dengan kemampuan dan  kejernihan hati seseorang, sehingga kita mendapatkan penafsiran yang berbeda-beda, ada diantara mufassir hanya membatasi makna dhahir saja tanpa menyelam rahasia-rahasia dibalik makna dhahir, tulisan ini membahas tentang salah seorang Mufassir, Syeikh Ali al-Muhaimi (W 835 H) yang telah menyelami makna kalamullah dari segi dhahir dan batin, beliau  menafsirkan Al-Qur’an dengan uslub yang mudah dipahami, mengungkapkan korelasi antara ayat dengan ayat dan surat antar surat, sehingga nampak Al-qur’an ini satu kesatuan yang saling berkaitan tidak dapat dipisahkan, tulisan ini juga membahas tentang: urgensi kitab, biografi dan Metode penafsiran.

Abstract

Artikel yang diberi judul: “Tatacara Pelaksanaan Shalat Berjama’ah” ini diangkat karena diilhami oleh adanya fenomena yang beragam dan ketidakteraturan shafshaf para makmum dan adanya sebagian makmum yang mendahului gerakangerakan shalat mereka daripada gerakan shalat imam, padahal semua mereka dalam posisi mengikuti imam karena sedang melaksanakan shalat berjama’ah. Fenomena lain yang dapat disaksikan adalah beragamnya gerakan makmum dari satu rukun shalat ke rukun shalat selanjutnya. Misalnya, ada yang mengangkat kedua tangannya sebelum diucapkan takbiratulihram, ada pula yang mengangkat kedua tangannya bersamaan dengan pengucapan takbiratul ihram  dan ada pula yang mengangkat kedua tangannya setelah pengucapan takbiratul ihram. Dengan munculnya keberagaman tatacara peribadatan shalat berjama’ah yang seperti ini jika semua jama’ah mampu memahaminya sebagai al-Tanawwu’ fi al-‘Ibadah maka akan terwujudlah sikap tasamuh (toleransi) antar sesama jama’ah. Akan tetapi, jika mereka berpandangan sempit maka akan menimbulkan keretakan ukhuwah islamiyah karena saling mengklaim bahwa pihaknyalah yang benar dan menuduh pihak lain adalah salah, bahkan ada yang menganggap pihak lain sebagai pelaku bid’ah, sesat dan menyesatkan. Untuk meluruskan pemahaman yang keliru pada sebagian masyarakat maka penulisan artikel: “Tatacara Pelaksanaan Shalat Berjama’ah”, yang bersumber dari sunnah Rasulullah SAW dan penjelasan para ulama/fuqaha’ sangat penting diwujudkan dan dipublikasikan kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan agar karya tulis yang sederhana ini dapat menjadi panduan para pembaca dalam melaksanakan shalat berjama’ah.
