Under the existence of system uncertainties and external disturbances, complete synchronization and anti-synchronization between two identical or different hyperchaotic systems are investigated in the paper. Firstly, an active control is used to eliminate the nonlinear part of the error. Then the sliding mode controller is designed based on suitable sliding surface. After that the adaptive updating law is designed to estate the bound of the uncertainties and external disturbances under the combination of active sliding mode control and adaptive control. The structure of the master and slave hyperchaotic systems has no restrictive assumption about the bound of the uncertainties and external. The active adaptive sliding mode controller (AASMC) is proposed to drive the state of slaver system trajectories into or opposites to the state of master system. The active adaptive sliding mode controller is proposed to realize synchronization and anti-synchronization by changing the parameter in the control function respectively. Moreover, a strict proof of the stability of the error dynamics is derived based on the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the corresponding numerical simulations are demonstrated the robustness and efficiency of the proposed controller. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i11.3522

Being equipped with small reactor AIP is the trend of conventional submarine power in 21st century as well as a real power revolution in conventional submarine. Thus, the quantity of small reactor AIP Submarines is on the increase, and its decommissioning and decontamination will also become a significant international issue. However, decommissioning the small reactor AIP submarines is not only a problem that appears beyond the lifetime of the small reactor nuclear devices, but the problem involving the entire process of design, construction, running and closure. In the paper, the problem is explored based on the conception and the feasible decommissioning and decontamination means are supplied to choose from. The Line Drawing Animation is an active research area in Non-Photorealistic Rendering. Many researchs are focused on the skech abastract, like such as portrait drawing of human and animation generation. However most of the model are too complex to calculate or pay attention to the details which are not stable that are not suitable for realtime transfer for continuous sequence of video. This paper proposes a simple line drawing definition and transfer model with Bézier Curves and the core of the AAM fit parameters. The facial line drawings have seven basic emotions include neutral, happiness, anger, disgust, fear, sadness and surprised. Each of the drawing in a specific model is consisted of a same set of cubic Bézier curves. The proposed model is suitabl for shape conbination anmition. In the experiment, the AAM method is used to get the facial features of the face and then find the nearest combination of the emotion to transfer to the line drawing model. The result shows that the method is simple and fast. Only a few of the parameters are needed to transfer that is suitable to record and communication. Welding robot has played an extremely important role in the welding production of high-quality, high-efficiency. The paper designed the hardware structure and software of spot welding robot. The hardware design mainly includes the major modules of arm and base; the hardware design includes two parts: manual mode and automatic mode. Manual mode is generally used for the robot system installation, commissioning and troubleshooting, and the major modules are controlled by the start of the corresponding button; automatic mode is mainly used for production stage. The welding robot uses PLC for controlling; the system runs faster and has a short production cycle. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i11.2899

Trajectory tracking control problem for internet-based tele-operation system is researched in this paper. The control structure of master and slave tele-operation manipulators adapts bilateral servo control architecture with force deviation feedback. The simulation model of three degrees of freedom (3-DOF) manipulator is presented. In order to ensure the synchronization of positions of the master and slave manipulators, a fuzzy PID control method is proposed. This control algorithm is to adjust the three parameters of PID controller online by fuzzy control method. The contrast simulation experiments of PID and fuzzy PID control methods show that the proposed control method can effectively improve the force and position tracking performance and reduce time delay. Order release is the key premise for the semiconductor wafer fabrication system to perform well, which is also one of the paramount significant components in the scheduling strategies. Most order release strategies merely have focused on the workloadbut failed in considering the remarkable influence oncycletime of common orders that is brought by unexpectedrushones. In this paper an on-linemechanismbased on Theory of Constraintsfor lot releaseusingself-Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System modelswas presentedwhich is able to adjust the release rhythmdynamicallyaccording to dynamics of fabs.In our approach, an ANFIS model was established to predict the ratiobetweenhotand common lotsin wafer fabto perform adjustments on the order release schedule in advance.Simulated experimentsbased on the HP24 model were carefully performed and experimental results proved a better performance of common lotsthan original TOC on a large scale, especially when it comes to the situation of disturbance. We can measure the geometry parameters of the optical fiber efficiently and intelligently for the use of machine vision technology, the main operations contain threshold segmentation, removing interference, filtering, fitting etc. Compared with the traditional optical fiber measurement algorithm, this method has the advantages of high processing speed, high accuracy and not too relying on the operation level. It can also be applied to the size measurement of other small linear object. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i11.3517

Traditional Double-fed Wind Generation systems are based on the vector control method, and it is dependent on motor parameters. The performance of the control system will be affected with the parameters changing,. This paper proposes a new control method based on inverse system and variable structure sliding mode(VSS) theories, through the inverse system theory, the structure of its state’s equation, obtaining the structure of the inverse system, the establishment of Wind Power Generation closed-loop control system is established. The VSS controller, designed with exponential reaching law, can improve the dynamic performance in normal operation range effectively. When the system operates with variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) and the phase voltage drops, the simulations show that the control system can control the DC link voltage steabily, maintain unity power factor, achieve the decoupling of the active and reactive power. And experiments show that the control method used in VSCF wind power system is feasible. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i11.3534

Paphiopedilum armeniacum is level-one protected species. As the original habitat destruction, Paphiopedilum armeniacum is at the brink of extinction now. In order to monitor the environment of the endangered plants such as Paphiopedilum armeniacum, to master the real-time changes of their environment factors such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, the design is based on AT89C51, regarded temperature, humidity and light intensity as the monitoring parameters, choosing temperature sensor DS18B20, humidity sensor HS1101, light-frequency converter TSL235 for data collection. The collection values of the environmental factors are displayed on light emitting diode, and the data transmission is fulfilled by using the PTR2000 short-range wireless transmission module. The micro control unit can accomplish joint factors monitoring such as temperature, humidity and light intensity. Now monitoring the environmental factors of Paphiopedilum armeniacum is a powerful move of protecting endangered plants, protecting the environment. This paper presents a cost-effective vector control strategy for four switch three phase (FSTP) inverter fed a synchronous reluctance motor with conventional rotor (SynRM) drive. The reduction of the number of power switches from six to four improves the cost-effectiveness, volume-compactness and reliability of the three phase inverters. In this paper, a simulation model of the drive system is developed and analyzed in order to verify the effectiveness of the approach. The application of vector control to a SynRM at maximum torque control (MTC) operation is presented with emphasis on the effects of saturation and iron losses are briefly considered. A PI controller is used to process the speed error. Two independent hysteresis current controllers with a suitable hysteresis band are utilized for inverter switches signals. A simplified steady-state d-q model including saturation and iron losses is presented. Simulation results show that the drive system provides a fast speed response and good disturbance rejection capability. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i11.3366
