Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is based on iterative optimization tools, system initialization of a group of random solutions, through iterative search for the optimal value. The basic idea of the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is to determine each sample data belonging to a certain degree of clustering, and the degree of membership of sample data is grouped into a cluster. Favor optimal solution in the sense of multi-objective particle swarm algorithm is efficient search capabilities. The paper presents the research of Building Fuzzy C-Means Clustering Model Based on Particle Swarm Optimization. Fuzzy c-means clustering is determined membership to each data point belongs to a cluster of a clustering algorithm. Particle Swarm Optimization is the process of the simulated social animals foraging moving group activities work of individual and group coordination and cooperation. Broadband wireless networks are increasing in popularity owing to current advances in technology. For large area network deployment, IEEE 802.16 mesh networks can provide a wide coverage, high speed and high quality multimedia service. IEEE 802.16 mesh configuration eliminates the need to have direct links between subscriber stations (SSs) and the base station (BS); a node can choose the links and path of the highest quality to transmit data and avoid the congested areas. To provide better Quality of Service (QoS) over the 802.16 network, the network layer 3 (L3) and layer 2 (L2) QoS must be integrated. Hence, cross-layer mechanisms were designed and incorporated into our previously proposed IEEE 802.16 QoS frameworks. Taking into consideration resource utilization and QoS requirements, we devised various scheduling schemes to determine their effects on the IEEE 802.16 mesh network. Our performance evaluation demonstrates that the proposed framework with enhancement scheduling has higher throughput, lower delay and signal cost than comparable systems. In this paper, we provide an appraisal of our proposed scheme. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i12.3708

For marine oil well testing equipment totally depending on ground long-distance power supply, this article designed a set of DC power supply with small size, light weight, strong versatility, simple operation, electromagnetic compatibility and high intelligence, etc. It realized closed loop coordinated control of PI regulator of voltage and current , rapid adjustment of current , continuous adjustment of voltage and current and output of constant-voltage and constant-current. The power supply is composed of many link voltage power unit which achieved the continuous adjustable transform from single-phase low voltage AC 110V to DC voltage 0—1000V and current 0—10A through square wave pulse phase shifting control for IGBT inverter. The power supply design has innovative designing, advanced technology, superior performance, and has been applied in marine oil well testing industry. Effects of barrier parameter a to output signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of bistable stochastic resonance in feature extraction was investigated in this paper. Barrier parameter a was changed with other systematic parameters fixed. The relationship between parameter aand the output SNR of non-linear stochastic resonance system was studied. This research provided us a novel way to extract the features using the non-linear stochastic resonance. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i12.3724

Bridge crane is one of the most widely used cranes in our country, which is indispensable equipment for material conveying in the modern production. The most important indicator of crane performances is energysaving. So it is of importance to research on the bridge cranes energysaving assessment. Thus the establishment of assessment index system is a necessary task. Rough set theory is applied widely for researching on incomplete and uncertain information processing. Through reducing the properties by rough set theory, redundant properties are removed and an optimized index assessment system can be obtained. In this paper, establishing the index system of the bridge crane based on the full life cycle of the bridge crane firstly. Secondly, defining the decision attribute and the condition attributes. Thirdly, using rough set theory to reduce the index system of the bridge crane. Finally,an optimized index assessment system of the bridge can be obtained. The research lays the foundation for solving weight for the next step. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i12.2793

Nowadays, the construction and application of digital library leads a new era of the way people obtain knowledge and information, and promotes the academic exchanges and social progress. Digital library, however, also involves great risk, hacker attacks become the main threat of the information security of digital library, and may probably cause the loss and damage of the information resources in library. This article mainly introduces the advantages and the potential safety hazard of digital library, and then makes an analysis aiming at the information security of digital library, and finally puts forward an algorithm based on ElGamal encryption to protect library information encryptedly, and effectively guarantee the information security of digital library. Current methods of remotely sensed image change detection almost assume that the DEM of the surface objects do not change. However, for the geological disasters areas (such as: landslides, mudslides and avalanches, etc.), this assumption does not hold. And the traditional approach is being challenged. Thus, a new theory for change detection needs to be extended from two-dimensional (2D) to three-dimensional (3D) urgently. This paper aims to present an innovative scheme for change detection method, object-oriented simultaneous three-dimensional geometric and physical change detection (OOS3DGPCD) using GIS-guided knowledge. This aim will be reached by realizing the following specific objectives: a) to develop a set of automatic multi-feature matching and registration methods; b) to propose an approach for simultaneous detecting 3D geometric and physical attributes changes based on the object-oriented strategy; c) to develop a quality control method for OOS3DGPCD; d) to implement the newly proposed OOS3DGPCD method by designing algorithms and developing a prototype system. For aerial remotely sensed images of YingXiu, Wenchuan, preliminary experimental results of 3D change detection are shown so as to verify our approach. Impact fatigue life of valve leaves has great influence on energy saving performance and lifetime of small hermetic reciprocating compressors. This paper presented a test system that intended to analysis and evaluate of impact fatigue life of valve leaves used in small hermetic reciprocating compressors. Firstly, an incentive system was designed to simulate real work condition for valve leaf. Then, a data acquisition system was built to collect the sound signal while valve leaf was being under test. Simultaneously, the system could control the working state of incentive system so that test could be terminated automatically once fatigue was detected. Finally, fatigue detection system was designed to detect fatigue of valve leaf. Fatigue detection was the key point of this test system. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and Wavelet Packet Transform (WPT) were applied to analyze sound signal, both of which were effective in detecting the damage through analyzing. Facts showed that the test system provided a feasible approach to evaluate impact fatigue life for valve leaf manufacturing. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i12.3675

Perception is the most basic form of cognition thinking activity. Consumers' perception image to the product form is based on human's visual perception characteristics, which can be summarized as the overall organization, the constant memory, the simple regulating and the identifiable discrimination according to the Gestalt principle. Firstly, the study analyzes the characteristics of consumers' perception image to the product form. Secondly, the evaluation model that is used to simulate consumers' image perceived behavior is build using gray correlation analysis and fuzzy neural network. Finally, the practice example of car side profile design is taken, and the results show that the method is helpful to product form image intelligent design. In this paper, we use integral equation and damped least-squares method to invert three dimensional abnormal body's electromagnetic field through horizontal electric dipole source multiple locations excitation. Multiple groups electromagnetic field data in different excitation and receiving points to be uniform consideration in once inversion, the Jacobian matrix is obtained and divided into linear terms and nonlinear terms. At last, we use the forward simulation data fit the measured data, and gradually modify geoelectricity model parameter values, ultimately achieve optimal fitting, gain three dimensional abnormal body's resistivity. Model test shows that the inversion algorithm has a fast convergence speed, less dependents on the initial value; the inversion result is accurate and reliable. It is an effective solution to the inversion failure caused by insufficient amount of data. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i12.3985
