Abstract

Along with the science and technology unceasing progress, the uses of tracing robots become more and more widely. Tracked tracing robot was adopted as the research object in this paper, mechanical structure and control system of robot was designed and developmented. In mechanical structure design part, structure designed and positioned  were completed, including design of robot body, wheel, underpan, transmission structure and the positioning of batteries, control panel, sensors, etc, and then robot dynamics was analyzed; In control section, M30245 was used as the core, according to the characteristics of tracked tracing robot differential drive, realization scheme of motion control system was put forward, system drive circuit, detection module, control program were developed. System were discussed and checked through test. Abstract

In terms of Internet of Things (IOT) system with the possibility criterion of fuzziness and randomness security risk, we qualitatively analyze the security risk level of IOT security scene by describing generalization metrics the potential impact and likelihood of occurrence of every major threat scenarios. On this basis, we proposed self-assessment algorithm of IOT security risk, adopting three-dimensional normal cloud model integrated consideration of risk indicators, researching the multi-rule mapping relationship between the qualitative input of safety indicators and the quantitative reasoning of self-assessment. Finally, we build security risk assessment simulation platform, and verify the validity and accuracy of the algorithm in the premise of substantiating the risk level and the safety criterion domain. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i2.2030

Abstract

The signal modulation format is a key issue for 40 G DWDM fiber optical communication system , which determines transmission quality and spectral efficiency. Firstly, 他he scheme of key technologies and modulation format (ODB, CSRZ, DRZ, DPSK, DQPSK) of 40G DWDM system is introduced. Through the Q value with OSNR and BER, the theoretical curve between OSNR and BER is given. And then it proposes optical interface parameters requirements of 40G DWDM system. By way of adopting VOA compensation in experimental system,OTU typical spectrum,eye diagram,BER and OSNR performances have been tested and analyzed. Experiment results show that DRZ code have better transmission performance, are suitable for long or middle distance transmission, meet the demand of commercial application. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i2.2058

Abstract

High Output Voltage Based Multiphase Step-Up DC-DC Converter topology with voltage doubler rectifiers is presented in this paper. High output voltage is obtained due to the series combination of voltage doubler rectifiers on the secondary side of high frequency transformers. This topology is useful in the application where the output voltage is greater than the input. The two loop control strategy has been developed in order to analyze the stable and effective working of the converter topology. Therefore the working mode analysis of the converter topology has been described in detail. The multiphase step-up DC-DC converter topology is first simulated on MATLAB and then a prototype has been designed in order to verify the simulation and experimental results. Abstract

Aiming at special demanding of weather monitoring in power system, an application project was designed basing on new type distributed and smart automatic weather station (AWS) Defects such as fixed hardware configuration and centralized data acquisition are overcome in new AWS. With distributed data acquisition node, AWS can extend and add new sensors for disaster forecasting of lightning, strong gale, icing of transmission line and insulators contamination flashover in power system and it is also convenient for evaluation of wind energy, solar energy and for power load forecasting. Using protective power supply to each node, AWS has high performance of lightning protection, which will not let system breakdown for any node crash. Three-stage automatic self-checking for node state is included, which can make failure diagnosis efficient. Data quality checking node is created in new AWS. It can provide data self-checking function and improve reliability of data from unattended AWS. Finally, application models of monitoring data are introduced. New type AWS is fit for system with many sensors or large amount of data flow. This paper proposed a method which adds an equivalent impedance to simulate the doubly-fed turbine generator’s rated state in Maxwell Circuit Editor. Time–stepping finite element was adopted to calculate. Abstract

The virtual training system involves a large number of technical problems which affect the promotion and application in our country. In this work, several key techniques for the development of engineering equipment virtual training system are addressed. Firstly, the reconstruction method for three views of machine parts is proposed based on rapid 3D surface fitting as well as NURBS composite surface. Then, the interactive control techniques for the 3D visualization interactive assembly are studied in detail. The key technology of collision detection is also illuminated in the last part. The entire engineering equipment support training system, that includes structure expressing, principle demonstration, panoramic roaming, disassembly training as well as maintenance and repair training, is developed. Abstract

Task decomposition is on of the most important activities for manufacturing task planning in Manufacturing Grid. Many achievements in the methods to decompose manufacturing tasks have been obtained. But as for the decomposition granularity, the study and research are rare. Referring to the principle of “strong cohesion and weak coupling” in the software engineering field, the decomposition model of manufacturing task is built up, in which a manufacturing task is decomposed into different subtasks, and each subtask is composed of various processing events. On the basis of the model, the constraint among processing events within the subtasks is analyzed. Then the evaluation index on decomposition granularity of manufacturing task is put forward based on several definitions and evaluation steps for the decomposition granularity of manufacturing task are listed. Finally, examples to illustrate the idea of the paper are given. Abstract

In this paper, an optimization method based on Genetic Algorithm is proposed to solve the integrated-loading-and-unloading-missile vehicle assignment problem. On the basis of analyzing the characters of high cost, low usage and real time loading with missile and the vehicle, the mathematical model was built with the bi-objective of cost and loading time. And the resolving method based on Genetic Algorithm was specially designed to get the optimum allocation scheme. Considering particularity of the problem, variable-list encoding method and valid initial population generation method, special one chromosome cross genetic operator; special one chromosome greedy-and-balanced migration operator and mutation operator are proposed. Simulation results show that the solutions by this algorithm can complete all loading tasks, and also can get an optimum balance between cost and loading time of missiles, which can meet the character of accurate support during wartime. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i2.1985

Abstract

In this paper we display a practical approach adopted for the formal verification of SpaceWire using model checking to solve state explosion. SpaceWire is a high-speed, full-duplex serial bus standard which is applied in aerospace, so its functions have a very high accuracy requirements. In order to prove the design of the SpaceWire was faithfully implements the SpaceWire protocol’s specification , we present our experience on the model checking of SpaceWire link interface using the Cadence SMV tool. We applied environment state machine to overcome state explosion and successfully  verified  a number of relevant properties about transmitter and controller of the SpaceWire in reasonable CPU time. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i2.2001
