Abstract

Aiming at the problem of the printed circuit board (PCB) Y axis linking part, we establish the 3D three-dimension model by using the Solidworks software , analysis the structure of the linking part and making appropriate solutions according to its works process and machining process. Finally, we use finite element method to analysis with COSMOSwork software to find the priory solution, improve the R&D speed, reduce processing costs and provide a reliable basis for the machine tool structure optimization design. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2362

Abstract

The fabrication of horizontal structure and vertical structure is proposed based on the parameters of the transient diode, theory is combined with practice in the progress of design, the picture of structural parameters is charted in this paper, establishes the foundation for mading the transient diode with reliability. Transient diode horizontal structure design [is an important element in the design. The mission is based on the request of parameters, selecting the planar geometry of the die and its dimensions. For planar diode, the geometry of die plane is determined by lithography. The design of the transverse structure is the design of the lithographic version of the graphical structure. The area of the base region of the buried layer is known based on the design rules .Buried layer area can roughly calculated, it should be greater than the area of the diffusion of base region andless than the area of the chip. Its widthisto cross above the width of the base region and the opening of the lead hole, i.e. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2389

Abstract

Until now, many companies have developed lots of the port machinery remote monitoring systems. However, these monitoring systems usual display the operating status of the port machinery by the schematic diagram, Legend and data. The presentation of information is unable to describe the status of the large number of port machinery. In order to solve the problem, a three-dimensional simulation method of the gantry crane based on the WPF is proposed. This paper studies WPF technology and 3D modeling techniques, on this basis, proposes a kind of the gantry crane 3D simulation method based on WPF, establishes a new generation monitoring system based on 3D, immersive and interactive real-time simulation environment. This system could simulate the real-time 3D virtual scene of the gantry crane, and real-time 3D analog display port machinery running posture and operating environment. Experiments show that CPU and memory usage rate is low enough when the system is running. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2404

Abstract

Sitting postures affect their safety in wheelchair for persons with the disability or the elder people. In this paper, we built the body pressure collection system; it is explored the relationship between the pressure distributions and sitting posture; based on daily sitting posture of disabled and older people , the eight states is summarized that people sit on the wheelchair, and using density-based clustering methods establish the evaluation model of difference sitting postures. The instances verify that the model can accurately predict the relations between pressure distribution and sitting postures. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2329

Abstract

Aiming at the stochastic vehicle routing problems with simultaneous pickups and deliveries, a novel discrete differential evolution algorithm is proposed for routes optimization. The algorithm can directly be used for the discrete domain by special design. Computational simulations and comparisons based on two kinds of problems of different sizes of SVRPSPD are provided. Results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm obtains better results than the basic differential evolution algorithm and the existing genetic algorithm. http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2346

Abstract

This article describes a network storage system, which is developed on the embedded system platform. It uses the open-source embedded real-time operating system kernel uCOS-II. Because the kernel is far from complete, such as the lack of a file system, device management, network protocol stack, graphical user interface, but it is small and open source. We extended its functions, such as to add LwIP network protocol stack, IDE hard drive, DM9000 NIC driver, NOR FALSH drive and a file system that supports large-capacity memory and etc, making it an embedded network storage system based on uCOS-II. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2373

Abstract

In this paper, the Crank-Nicolson semi-implicit difference scheme in matrix form is applied to discrete the Rudin-Osher-Fatemi model. We also consider different boundary conditions: Dirichlet boundary conditions, periodic boundary conditions, Neumann boundary conditions, antireflective boundary conditions and mean boundary conditions. By comparing the experimental results of Crank-Nicolson semi-implicit scheme and explicit scheme with the proposed boundary conditions, we can get that the semi-implicit scheme can overcome the instability and the number of iterations of the shortcomings that the explicit discrete scheme has, and its recovery effects are better than the explicit discrete scheme. In addition, the antireflective boundary conditions and Neumann boundary conditions can better maintain the continuity of the boundary in image denoising. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2384

Abstract

The frequency characteristics of thermo-acoustic engine mainly depend on the internal working medium and device structure. The linear resonant system is consisted of ironless permanent magnet linear synchronous motor and the resonant spring. Through the analysis of thermo-acoustic power generation system model, the parameters of linear resonant system are determined by building a mathematical model of linear resonant system. Combined with modern control theory and robust control theory, a robust position controller was design. The theoretical analysis and simulation proved that the controller can make the linear resonance system obtain higher frequency response and displacement accuracy. Controller response time and output is more stable, the controller meets the necessary optimal control. The controller is suitable for thermal acoustic generator control system with high reliable and robust quantitative. The designed linear resonance system can well simulate the frequency characteristics of thermo-acoustic engine. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2400

Abstract

High dimensionality is one of the most troublesome difficulties encountered in intrusion detection system analysis and application. For high dimension data, feature selection not only can improve the accuracy and efficiency of classification, but also discover informative subset. Combining Filter type and Wrapper type characteristics, this paper proposes a hybrid type method for feature selection using a improved genetic algorithm contained reward and punishment mechanism. The mechanism can guarantee this algorithm rapid convergence on approximate global optimal solution. According to the experimental results, this algorithm performs well and it's time complexity is low. Abstract

All digital successive approximation register-controlled delay-lock loops (SAR DLL) are widely used in system-on-chip to solve the clock generation and skew problems for their fast-locking characteristic. However, the conventional SAR DLL has the dead lock problem. So many improved solutions are proposed to solve the dead lock problem. Based on the resettable delay line, improved SAR controller and phase comparator are depicted. By these, a harmonic-free and fast-locking all digital SAR DLL without dead lock is implemented. Post-layout transistor-level simulation results show that the lock-in and relock-in time are both within N cycles of input clock for N-bit SAR controller. The dead lock problem of the conventional SAR DLL is eliminated very well. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2341
