This paper mainly research a kind of nonlinear system modeling method based on the Volterra series RLS adaptive filter algorithm. Through the modeling second order Volterra nonlinear system, and adapting Volterra RLS algorithm to apply in the first order and second order item, under the gaussian noise condition, iterations times is not more than fifty times, the algorithm can realize convergence, which prove the algorithm accuracy. Volterra RLS adaptive filter algorithm can be effectively applied into the mechanical vibration damping and de-noising in active control, which has a broad application prospect. This paper is concerned with the observer design problem for a class of discrete-time uncertain nonlinear systems with time-varying delay. The nonlinearities are assumed to satisfy global Lipschitz conditions which appear in both the state and measurement equations. The uncertainties are assumed to be time-varying but norm-bounded. Two Luenberger-like observers are proposed. One is delay observer and the other is delay-free observer. The delay observer which has an internal time delay is applicable when the time delay is known. The delay-free observer which does not use delayed information is especially applicable when the time delay is not known explicitly. Delay-dependent conditions for the existences of these two observers are derived based on Lyapunpv functional approach. Based on these conditions, the observer gains are obtained using the cone complementarity linearization algorithm. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i5.2466

In the paper, In order to meet the needs of high-speed and high- accuracy computerized numerical control machining and guarantee the smooth running in the interpolation processing, A NURBS curve calculation based on adaptive acceleration and deceleration control of look-ahead s-shaped for the real-time interpolation is presented in this paper. The algorithm has merits such as higher position accuracy, short processing time, no variation and so on. Through dynamic path simulation and interpolation results analyses with MATLAB, the interpolation algorithm is proved to be correct and rational. Through actual machining by OPEN platform with VC++, the algorithm is proved to be real-time and practicable. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i5.2482

The Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region in China is taken for an example to research demand discipline of air transportation for passengers in this paper. The discipline includes three parts: demand generation, distribution and flow. First of all, the key factors influencing demand generation are got with information entropy. A threshold is set to choose more important factors and weights of these factors are calculated at the same time. Contribution rate of a factor is definedto analyze the difference of the factors for different city. By comparing demand distribution with airports’ throughput, we can analyze the demand flow. There are some conclusions. The factors have different contribution rate to different city for demand generation. Aircraft movement is the most important factor influencing demand flow. It provides more accurate basis for market positioning and developing, airport layout in a multi-airport system. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i5.2499

Traffic noise is a major environmental problem in many urban areas and frequently causes complaints from urban residents. An accurate traffic noise map of urban areas can facilitate noise monitoring, traffic strategic planning, street planning, residential area planning and noise prevention or reduction. An SOA based platform for urban traffic strategic noise mapping is proposed in this paper. Service Oriented Computing Environment (SORCER) is adopted to build the highly flexible distributed platform for noise monitoring and noise mapping. The platform architecture and the hierarchical services structure based on SOA are presented. The major services in the platform, including the task scheduler service, prediction service and noise propagation calculation service are analyzed in details. To demonstrate the function and mechanism of the platform, a real traffic noise mapping project for a Beijing area is presented. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i5.2551

Aiming at the levelling precision, speed and stability of suspended access platform, this paper put forward a new adaptive fuzzy PID control levelling algorithm by fuzzy theory. The method is aided design by using the SIMULINK toolbox of MATLAB, and setting the membership function and the fuzzy-PID control rule. The levelling algorithm can real-time adjust the three parameters of PID according to the fuzzy rules due to the current state. It is experimented, which is verified the algorithm have better stability and dynamic performance. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i5.2563

A high gain, wide common-mode and high swing error amplifier is proposed. It can be applied to a PWM control chip. The error amplifier adopts folded cascode structure with gain boosted. This chip is simulated and fabricated in the CSMC 0.5μm CMOS. The result shows that the error amplifier has the DC gain of 141.11dB, the common-mode input range of 0~3.87v and the output swing of 0.11~4.80v. These meet the requirements of engineering applications and can realize stable system output. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i5.2461

Traditional vehicle video monitoring system enjoys not only large data but also dispersion, so it is difficult to retrieve and network. Wireless intelligent video analysis system of vehicle on DM6446 is designed to solve the problem. In which ARM side of DM6446 completes the main control of the system, then it calls intelligent video analysis algorithm in DSP side of DM6446 through the Codec Engine, which greatly improves the efficiency of the system, and the TCP/IP protocol controls data transmission in the WCDMA network. The monitoring display terminal gets video information by accessing the corresponding IP address. The experiment shows that the system designed realizes intelligent recognition of license plate and vehicle body color safely and reliably, and the wireless network is coherent. This paper introduced the permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model, using the vector control principle combined with decoupling control to effectively cancel out the rotating electromotive force in the motor model. Aiming at the traditional PI controller of varying parameters and nonlinear problems, proposed a fuzzy adaptive PI controller and then applied to speed cycle, PI controller parameters on-line self-regulation is achieved. The consequences of simulation indicated that the method modified the dynamic performance and obtained high robustness servo system simulation. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i5.2494

The evolution wireless technologies are growing rapidly in upcoming years. It is expected that many users will shift to more advanced devices that will contribute to gain higher demand in wireless spectrum. However, the capacity for the allocation frequency in the wireless spectrum is typically limited in wireless data transmission. Therefore, when the loads of wireless users in the wireless communications are increasing, the need of cache mechanisms such as Web caches or Web servers are crucial. The scalability demands on internet infrastructure keep increasing as the internet continues to grow in popularity and size. Therefore, the existence and development in Web caching technologies will contribute to bandwidth savings, network latency reduction, improve content availability and subsequently server load balancing. This paper will studies and investigates the cache performance in wireless spectrum with the purpose of dealing with the data growth since the spectrum crisis becomes a serious matter lately. The performance improvement will be observed using caching scheme which allows for time shifting and load shifting in accessing the wireless data with the better cache deployment in the network system.
