Abstract

This paper is devoted to the study of multi-agent consensus with a time-varying reference state in directed networks with both switching topology and constant time delay. Stability analysis is performed based on a proposed Lyapunov–Krasovskii function. Sufficient conditions based on linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) are given to guarantee multi-agent consensus on a time-vary reference state under arbitrary switching of the network topology even if the network communication is affected by time delay. Finally, simulation examples are given to validate the theoretical results. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2603

Abstract

For the electric steering gear control systems, the principle of the system is introduced. Specific model and parameters are selected to deduce the optimal combination of control system and choices method of the steering system model is determined. The transfer function of motor according to the parameters is achieved and simulation results are gained based on MATLAB. Simulation results show that this method can meet the performance requirements of electric steering gear, the control method is simple and easy to work to achieve. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2643

Abstract

This paper has used the reputation score management for constructing a fair P2P file sharing system, the system design principle is simple and easy to realize, and every node entering into the P2P network obtains a certain reputation score, and obtains the corresponding resources reward according to the score. This paper has described the fair sharing strategies facing node network bandwidth and TTL, and these strategies can be used independently or be combined with other reputation score managements of P2P network. These two strategies have been discussed in the specific reputation score management system of P2P network Eigen Trust, and the test results indicate that: compared with a common P2P network, the fair sharing strategies of this paper have faster file download speed and can decrease the network message communication amount during the process looking for resources. It can also be combined with another reputation management system. it is simple and easy to be realized, its main purposes are to fairly share network bandwidth and to decrease information communication volume, and it can suppress the free riding behavior to some extent. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2669

Abstract

The performance of pin fin heat sink can be to measure through the temperature field. The temperature field and efficiency of the Pin Fin were analyzed, Pin fin efficiency curve was drowned also the distribution of the temperature field along the length of the pin fin curve was drawn. Thermal resistance was composed by thermal resistance of Aluminum substrate、 thermal resistance of convective heat transfer and the thermal resistance of the cooling liquid. The change rule was studied through the calculation on Aluminum plate thermal resistance、 thermal resistance of convective heat transfer and the thermal resistance of the cooling liquid. Its change regularity was simulated by toolbox In the MATLAB, and it was found that thermal resistance of convective heat transfer effect on the efficiency was most obvious in a certain amount of the heat and flow for thermal resistance of the Pin-fin radiator under the premise. The structural parameters of radiator were related to the size of thermal resistance. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2688

Abstract

In order to solve the problems such as poor expansion, long development cycle of instrument control system developed by traditional programming language, using VISA module based on LabVIEW platform was introduced. This paper presented a simplicity, intuitive instrument control system of pneumatic measuring instrument, which was accomplished with graphical language LabVIEW. The system could also complete the text data output. It was improved that the system based on LabVIEW achieved instrument control efficiently, openly, with operating conveniently and good human-machine interface. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2719

Abstract

The gearbox is a complicated rotating machinery equipment, in order to realize the gearbox fault early detection and prevention, it is the key to carry out the online diagnosis. This paper used the adaptive variable step-length natural gradient blind source separation algorithm to realize the helicopter gearbox meshing vibration signal and fault vibration signal effective separation. Through the algorithm simulation, the accuracy of the algorithm gained the verification and the separation error trended to zero, which has higher separation precision. This algorithm can realize the complicated mechanical vibration signal blind source separation and fault diagnosis, which has a broad application prospect. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2260

Abstract

An automatic control system of sampling package for sample coal is designed according to the realities of sample coal powdery materials which are based on controller (PLC). The system can realize the functions of random sampling, auto-weighting, auto-packaging, and auto-sealing off. It also can adjust waste less, control convenient, zero point self-tuning and dynamics weighing measurement. It can be used in sampling weighing package of sample coal. Various performance indicators can be stably and reliably used in field. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2614

Abstract

This paperresearches on the prediction of traffic flow chaotic time series based on VNNTF neural network. First, the traffic flow time series chaotic feature is extracted by chaos theory. Pretreatment for traffic flow time series and the VNNTP neural networks model was build by this. Second, principles of neural network learning algorithm VNNTF is described. Based on chaotic learning algorithm, the neural network traffic Volterra learning algorithm isdesigned for fast learning algorithm. Last, a single-step prediction of traffic flow chaotic time series is researched by VNNTF network model based on chaotic algorithm. The results showed that the VNNTF network model predictive performance is better than the Volterra prediction filter and the BP neural network   by the simulation results and root-mean-square value. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2664

Abstract

In this energy collection system, it uses Boost and Buck circuits. If the input voltage is too low, low power supply chip will be active ,making the charging voltage at an appropriate range. In order to measure the input voltage, output voltage and the current, high-precision chips are used, cooperated with 32-bits-high-speed CPU to make sure the output voltage stable. This system has a perfect over-current ,over-voltage protection function. The system uses the high efficient switch power supply. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2683

Abstract

We propose a 3D localization algorithm used in ship area networks (SANs) in the literature before. In this paper in order to explore more performances of ELCV we made some other comprehensive simulations. In ELCV a classic noise model is introduced to characterize the acoustic background noise observed in SANs. Meanwhile random communication range nodes are placed in the SANs. ELCV is addressed to provide robust estimation of unknown nodes in the presence of outliers. In this algorithm sensor nodes are also equipped with random communication range that can be changed during a set scope. With ELCV, each individual unknown node will acquire data packages from anchors and then solve for a spatial node on some given point in cube space formed by eight neighbor anchors. With other three related anchor nodes around symmetric tetrahedron can be formed. Finally by centroid algorithm, in this symmetric tetrahedron, estimated node positions with accuracy and robustness are obtained. In this work more parameters are changed and different environment arguments are taken into account and then simulation results are given. By these simulation results we further prove the accuracy, efficiency and robustness in SANs. Meanwhile simulation processes are finished in MATLAB software. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i6.2704
