Abstract

Introduction One of the tasks of children development that a kindergarten child must undergo is to learn to recognize the physical environment based on color, shape, and size. The inconsistency of autistic children in mentioning primary colors such as red, blue, and yellow is certainly very influential to identify objects around them.Method This study used a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental research approach. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The number of research subjects were 3 subjects. This study used the checklist observation form. Hypothesis testing used descriptive techniques and Paired Sample T-test.Results This study showed an increasing mean value after playing playdough, pretest was 356.67 and at the posttest was 430.33. Based on the results of T-test it was known that the p value obtained is 0.008 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there was significant increasing primary color identification skills in autistic children at Inclusion Kindergarten Harapan Mulia Jambi City after being given treatment. Conclusions and Recomendations Playdough games can significantly improve primary color identification skills in autistic children. Autistic children have shown interest when they are given playdough games, and that has made them more focused when given instructions. Keywords: playdough, color identification, autistic children ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Salah satu tugas perkembangan masa kanak-kanak yang harus dijalani anak taman kanak-kanak ialah belajar mengenal lingkungan fisik berdasarkan warna, bentuk, dan ukuran. Ketidakkonsistenan anak autis dalam menyebutkan warna-warna primer seperti merah, biru, dan kuning tentunya sangat berpengaruh untuk mengidentifikasi benda-benda di sekitarnya. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian Kuasi-Eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 3 subjek. Penelitian ini menggunakan form observasi checklist. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan Paired Sample T-test. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata (mean) pretest sebesar 356.67 dan pada posttest sebesar 430.33. Berdasarkan hasil T-test diketahui p value yang didapat sebesar 0.008<0.05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan identifikasi warna pada anak autis di TK Khusus Harapan Mulia setelah diberikan perlakuan. Kesimpulan Dan Saran Permainan playdough secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan identifikasi warna primer pada anak autis. Anak autis menunjukan ketertarikan ketika mereka diberikan permainan playdough, dan hal itu membuat mereka lebih fokus pada saat diberikan intruksi. Abstract

Introduction The millennial generation had been using their suffrage during the president and vice president election. But, it is still leaving a big question about how is the voting behavior of the millennial generation. It will be important to be understood as the right strategy to obtain their vote in the next election at various competition level. This study aims to explore the factors which influence the voting behavior and categorize the type of voter from the millennial generation.Method This qualitative study using focus group discussion and questionnaire which contains open-ended questions to collect the data. It involves 38 college students of Diponegoro University which enroll the political psychology class/subject.Result The result of this study shows that voting behavior of millennial generation depends on the candidate personality, the enticement, and the voter perception, also the social environment of a candidate and the social environment of the voter. They tend to be categorized as the psychological and rational voter.Conclusion And Recommendation This study has a theoretical implication that the personality of the candidate is quite important toward the voting behavior of the millennial generation. So to get their acceptance, the candidate and victory board have to show the positivity of the candidate in addition to offer the attractive vision, mission, and future program. Keyword: millennial, rational, voting behavior. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Generasi milenial telah menggunakan hak pilih dalam kontestasi pemilu presiden dan wakil presiden. Meskipun demikian, ada pertanyaan besar perihal bagaimana sesungguhnya perilaku memilih (voting behavior) generasi milenial guna memahami strategi yang tepat dalam memperoleh dukungan suara pada pemilu-pemilu selanjutnya, di berbagai level kompetisi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku memilih dan kategorisasi tipe pemilih generasi milenial. Metode Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan penggalian data dengan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan terbuka. Penelitian melibatkan 38 mahasiswa Universitas Diponegoro yang mengambil mata kuliah Psikologi Politik sebagai subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku memilih dipengaruhi oleh personal kandidat, tawaran kandidat, persepsi pemilih, lingkungan sosial pemilih, dan lingkungan sosial kandidat. Mereka cenderung terkategorisasi sebagai pemilih psikologis dan rasional. Kesimpulan dan Saran Penelitian memiliki implikasi teoretis yang mendukung personal kandidat sebagai faktor yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap perilaku memilih generasi milenial. Jika ingin mendapatkan suara generasi milenial, maka kandidat dan tim sukses perlu mengedepankan figur positif kandidat, di samping mengemas tawaran visi-misi dan program kerja dalam kampanye yang menarik. Abstract

Introduction Work-family conflict commonlly happens in every female workers, specially on working moms. A person who have a high commitment, endurances and great problem solving ability will decreased the work-family conflict intention in daily activities. Self determination and adversity intelligence are variables whose influences on commitment, endurances and problem solving ability. This study aimed to prove whether there was a relationship between self determination and adversity intelligence to work family conflict on working mom in Jambi City.Method This research used cross sectional approach. The population were the working moms on Jambi City. Sampling used quota sampling technique amount of 200 respondents. The data collected by self determination, adversity intelligence and work-family conflict scale. The data were analyzed by Multiple Regression Analyzed in JASP 0.9.0.0.Results This study showed that there was a relationship between self determination and adversity intelligence to work family conflict. Self determination and work family conflict on working moms in Jambi City with rx1y = -0,344 with p = 0,01 (p < 0,05). Adversity intelligence and work family conflict on working moms in Jambi City with rx2y = -0,300 with p = 0,01 (p < 0,05).Conclusion And Recommendation The correlation between these variables has a negative direction which mean that if one variable increase then it will decrease the other variable. Simultaneously self determination and adversity intelligence has a contribution up to 24,1 % and 75,9 % were influenced by another variables whos not measured in this research.Work-family conflict could decreased along the high of self determination and adversity intelligence on subjects. Keywords : Self Determination, Adversity Intelligence, Work-Family Conflict, Working Moms. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Konflik peran ganda sering terjadi pada pekerja wanita, terutama pada ibu yang bekerja. Seseorang yang memiliki komitmen yang tinggi, daya tahan dan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah yang baik akan menurunkan intensi konflik peran ganda dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari. Determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adversitas adalah variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi komitmen, daya tahan serta kemampuan penyelesaian masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah ada hubungan antara determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adversitas terhadap konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja di Kota Jambi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu bekerja yang ada di Kota Jambi. Metode sampling menggunakan teknik quota sampling dengan jumlah total 200 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala determinasi diri, kecerdasan adversitas dan konflik peran ganda. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda pada JASP 0.9.0.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adveritas terhadap konflik peran ganda. Determinasi diri dan konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja di Kota Jambi dengan rx1y = -0,344 dengan p = 0,01 (p<0,05). Kecerdasan adversitas dan konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja di Kota Jambi dengan rx2y = -0,300 dengan p = 0,01 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan Dan Saran Korelasi antara variabel ini adalah korelasi negatif dimana ketika satu variabel meningkat makan akan menurunkan variabel lainnya. Secara simultan determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adversitas memiliki kontribusi sebesar 24,1 % dan 75,9 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terukur dalam penelitian ini. Konflik peran ganda dapat menurun sejalan dengan tingginya determinasi diri dan kecerdasan adversitas pada individu. Abstract

Introduction: This is a study of improved quality of learning that comes to some of the factors called self-regulated learning and self-effication.Method: The research method was done with quantitative research methods with filling the Self Effication Scale and the Self-Learning Scale. The study participants were 120 around 11-15 year-old youths in three secondary schools in yogyakarta.Result: Results based on regression analysis showed that self-effication predicts the ability of self regulated learning. The two independent variables contribution amounts to 10,6% on dependent variables.Conclusion: Discussion of this study could be said that self-effication capabilities predict the abilities of self-regulated learning. Junior high school students realized their ability would make it easier to reform youth learning activities. Keyword: Self Efication, Self Regulated Learning ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Penelitian ini adalah penelitian mengenai tentang peningkatan kualitas belajar yang merujuk pada beberapa faktor yaitu self-regulated learning dan efikasi diri. Metode Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan pengisian skala efikasi diri dan Skala self regulated learning. Partisipan penelitian adalah 120 remaja berusia 11-15 tahun di tiga Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Yogyakarta. Hasil Berdasarkan analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa efikasi diri memprediksi kemampuan self-regulated learning. Kontribusi kedua variabel independen tersebut sebesar 10,6% pada variabel dependen. Kesimpulan dan Saran Pada penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan efikasi diri mampu memprediksi kemampuan self regulated learning. Remaja SMP menyadari akan kemampuan yang mereka miliki akan mempermudah dalam meregulasi kegiatan belajar remaja. Kata Kunci : Efikasi Diri, Self Regulated Learning,

Abstract

Introduction: Research attempts to understand an overview of the effectiveness of directive counseling to handle underachiever students in SDN Utan Kayu 01 Pagi East Jakarta.Methods: The study used a single subject design. The research design used was an A-B-A design with a tied variable measurement procedure. The analysis in graph is intended to get an idea from time to time that could be used to clarify the results of a specific intervention. The subject in this study is a student of 3rd Grade in SDN Utan Kayu 01 Pagi East Jakarta.Result: On baseline (A1), behavior in a school where we are not performing our duties, has increased in the intervening phase (B) and the baseline (A2) is the number of tasks completed between two and four tasks. To see how far he can maintain a concentration of the lesson, at the intervening stage (B) and the baseline (A2) the ability to maintain a concentration of the lesson is increasing, taking between 14 and 26 minutes. Subject is experiencing some difficulty in socializing, at the intervention stage (B) and the baseline (A2) showd that it has decreasing.Conclusion and Recomendation: From the results of this analysis, it is concluded that the intervention by using directive counseling has improved. It is therefore expected to be constantly developed by researchers or school parties in the community. Keyword: Directive Conseling, Underachiever, Underachiever Behaviour. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Penelitian berusaha memahami gambaran mengenai efektivitas konseling direktif untuk menangani siswa underachiever di SDN Utan Kayu Utara 01 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain subjek tunggal (single subject design). Penerapan yang digunakan adalah desain A-B-A dengan prosedur pengukuran variabel terikat. Analisis dalam bentuk grafik tujuannya untuk memperoleh gambaran dari waktu ke waktu yang bisa digunakan untuk memperjelas hasil intervensi dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang siswa kelas III SDN Utan Kayu 01 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Hasil Pada baseline (A1), tentang perilaku selama di sekolah yang tidak mengerjakan tugas, mengalami peningkatan pada tahap intervensi (B) dan baseline (A2) yaitu jumlah tugas sekolah yang berhasil dikerjakan antara dua sampai empat tugas. Untuk melihat sejauhmana dapat mempertahankan konsentrasi terhadap pelajaran, pada tahap intervensi (B) dan baseline (A2) kemampuan untuk mempertahankan konsentrasi terhadap pelajaran mengalami peningkatan, waktunya antara 14 sampai dengan 26 menit. Subjek mengalami hambatan dalam bersosialisasi, pada tahap intervensi (B) dan fase baseline (A2) bahwa hambatan dalam bersosialisasi mengalami penurunan. Kesimpulan dan Saran Dari hasil analisis ini disimpulkan bahwa intervensi dengan menggunakan konseling direktif mengalami peningkatan. Maka diharapkan ini terus dikembangkan oleh peneliti atau pihak sekolah di masyarakat. Kata kunci : Konseling direktif, underachiever, perilaku underachiever.

Abstract

Introduction: The state of good nutrition is a major prerequisite in realizing a healthy and quality of human resources. Iodine deficiency is a global health problem affecting more than 50 countries in the world. A third of the world's population suffers from iodine deficiency, including school children from mild to severe iodine deficiency.Method: method this research is quantitative with cross sectional study design that aims to see the relationship between nutritional knowledge and the role of health officers effects to consumption of iodized salt in sungai kapas village of bangko subdistrict. Population of this research is 1,908 households with the number of samples in detail for 91 households in the river kapas village of bangko merangin district. The data were collected by using questionnaire instrument and salt inspection using iodine test. Sampling process using proportional random sampling method by univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chi-square test.Result: Results the results of study are while for 91 respondents majority 57 (62,6%) that health worker have good role and the rest 34 of respondent(37,4%) saynot. The result of p-value = 0,005 (p <0,05). It can be concluded that there is a significant correlation the role of health officer with iodized salt consumption at household in sungai kapas village.Conclusion and Recommendation: Conclusion is hope that housewives can choose iodized salt and can store salt properly so that family members can avoid iodine deficiency. Abstract

Background The purpose of this study is to get an empirical picture of the effectiveness of peer counselor training programs to increase peer counselor skills when providing peer counseling also to get an empirical picture of the effectiveness of the peer counseling implementation guide module to help students solve their problems.Method The number of participants in this study consisted of 21 students from several faculties at Jambi University, selected through interview. Program evaluation research design is part of field research conducted on the natural setting of the subject, in the sense that it is not an experiment placed in a laboratory. The data was collected by observing their micro skills in counseling role play, before and after the training. The statistical test that used is the Wilcoxon statistical test. The Wilcoxon test is a non-parametric statistical test to see the significant differences from two correlated samples.Result Statistical tests showed that there were four participants’ micro skills significantly different after the training with a significance value of p < 0.005. Micro skills paraphrasing and giving open questions significantly increase, while the behavior of giving forced questions and directly giving solutions that should not be showed by the peer counselor decreased significantly. This significant change in skill is indeed the main focus of the research. Some other micro skills have not significantly changed after the training: attending, clarifying, perception checking, closed question, suggesting a solution, giving information, conclusions given by the counselee and conclusions given by the counselor.Conclusions and Recommendation There were four counselor skills that differed significantly after the training, while eight other skills had not changed. For further research, experiment to more participants is needed. Improvements to the observation assessment method should be more effective and able to measure the variables appropriately. An evaluation at a higher stage is needed to see how the training impacts the counselee's satisfaction. Keywords: peer counselor, micro skill, wilcoxon test, observation ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran empiris mengenai efektifitas program pelatihan peer counselor dalam meningkatkan keterampilan peer counselor ketika memberikan konseling sebaya dan memberikan gambaran empiris efektifitas modul panduan pelaksanaan konseling sebaya membantu mahasiswa menyelesaikan permasalahannya. Metode Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 21 mahasiswa dari beberapa fakultas di Universitas Jambi. Partisipan di ambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian di seleksi melalui in-depth interview. Desain penelitian evaluasi program merupakan bagian dari penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan pada seting natural subjeknya, dalam artian bukan merupakan eksperimen yang ditempatkan pada sebuah laboratorium. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan adalah observasi untuk menghitung frekuensi micro skill yang ditampilkan oleh peserta. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji statistik Wilcoxon. Uji Wilcoxon merupakan uji statistik non parametrik untuk melihat perbedaan signifikan dari dua sampel yang berkorelasi. Hasil Uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat empat micro skill yang dimiliki peserta berbeda secara signifikan setelah mengikuti pelatihan dengan nilai signifikansi p < 0.005. Micro skill paraphrasing dan memberikan pertanyaan terbuka meningkat secara signifikan, sedangkan perilaku memberikan forced questions dan memberikan solusi yang seharusnya tidak ditampilkan oleh konselor menurun secara siginifikan. Keterampilan yang mengalami perubahan secara siginifikan ini memang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian. Beberapa keterampilan lainnya belum mengalami perubahan signifikan setelah peserta mengikuti pelatihan: Attending, Clarifying, Perception checking, Closed Question, Menawarkan Usulan, Memberikan Informasi, Kesimpulan yang diberikan dari Konselee dan Kesimpulan dari konselor. Kesimpulan dan Saran Terdapat empat keterampilan konselor yang berbeda secara signifikan setelah mengikuti pelatihan, sedangkan delapan keterampilan lainnya belum ada perubahan. Saran untuk penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah lebih banyak lagi dan variasi subjek. Sebaiknya dilakukan perbaikan pada metode penilaian observasi agar lebih efektif lagi dan dapat mengukur variabelnya dengan tepat. Evalusi pada tahapan yang lebih tinggi diperlukan untuk melihat bagaimana dampak pelatihan terhadap kepuasan konseli. Kata Kunci: peer counselor, micro skill, wilcoxon test, observation
