Abstract

The development of the current era of globalization has changed the pattern of life and human behavior to tend to shop online through various existing platforms, including e-commerce. Many things are done by e-commerce to attract consumers' attention, one of which is through the Brand Ambassador idol from South Korea. Tokopedia is one of the e-commerce companies that invited BTS and Blackpink to become Celebrity Endorses in 2021. Based on this, this study aims to see the influence of advertising and celebrity endorsers on buying interest of K-Poppers in online shopping at Tokopedia. This study used an associative quantitative approach with a total sample of 115 Tokopedia users using the Google form. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test). Based on the results of the t-test, which are presented in the table above, the following information is obtained: The Advertising variable has a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Meanwhile, the t count obtained a value of 4.884 > t table (1.9813). The Celebrity Endorser variable has a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Meanwhile, the t count obtained a value of 5.435 > t table (1.9813). Thus, advertising and celebrity endorsers positively and significantly affect interest in buying online shopping at Tokopedia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the interaction between CAR and BOPO on financial performance (ROA) which is influenced by NPL as a mediating variable and interest rates as a moderating variable. The data in this study uses quantitative data obtained from financial reports, IDX and BPS. Data analysis used multiple linear regression which was applied with SPSS 25 software. The population taken was 7 finance companies, especially in the consumer finance sector which were listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The test results from this study concluded that CAR, BOPO, and NPL had a negative and significant effect on ROA. CAR has no significant effect on NPL. Meanwhile BOPO has a positive significant influence on NPL. Furthermore, NPL is not significantly positive mediating the effect of CAR on ROA. Whereas in the effect of BOPO on ROA, NPL can mediate negatively and significantly. Then, for the interest rate as a moderating variable, it can significantly moderate the effect of CAR on ROA positively and the effect of NPL on ROA negatively. But on the effect of BOPO on ROA, interest rates moderate positively.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to the person concerned, is there any influence of the work system and evaluation of work programs jointly on the performance of employees of the Lohjinawi Pringsewu Tile Industry employees in 2022. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection uses observation, questionnaires, and documentation, with a total of 20 employees, all of whom are sampled. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t-test and f-test. The conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of the Work System and Evaluation of work programs jointly on employee performance in the Lohjinawi Pringsewu tile industry, as evidenced by the value of Fcount 17,405 > Ftable 3.55.
