Abstract

Bisnis online adalah aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku bisnis baik itu organisasi bisnis maupun individu dengan memanfaatkan media elektronik. Bisnis online dikenal dengan istilah e-commerse dimana e- commerse terbagi dua yaitu B2B dan B2C. B2C atau business to consumer menjadi primadona bagi para pebisnis dalam mempromosikan produknya melalui media elektronik terutama media sosial dan blog. Permasalahan timbul dari adanya aktivitas bisnis ini adalah pertanggungjawaban terhadap konsumen atau pelanggan. Pelanggaran yang sering sekali dilakukan oleh pebisnis B2C ini adalah sikap tidak jujur terhadap konsumen tentang produk yang ditawarkan seperti menyembunyikan informasi produk tersebut dimana kelemahan utamanya adalah calon konsumen hanya mengetahui produk melalui gambar dan informasi produk yang diminati dari keterangan yang diberikan oleh pebisnis online. Maka prinsip ? prinsip etika bisnis harus diterapkan secara tegas dalam bisnis online demi melindungi konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis tertarik membahas tentang bisnis online ditinjau dari kacamata Islam dan kaitannya dengan etika bisnis dalam bisnis online  ini.

Abstract

In banking business, role of client of vital importance as determinant [of] the way economics. As very institute base on belief socialize this is bank claimed to give optimal service always major quality of service so that the client will lick lips and peaceful in [doing/conducting] transaction [in] banking world. This research is in PT. Bank BNI [of] Moslem law Branch   as a mean to know whether/what service quality with his dimension that is reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible have been applied better by Bank BNI of Moslem law so that can be felt by all client. Data source used by is data or primary data obtained is direct the than data sekunder data or and research object obtained from PT. Bank BNI of Moslem Law. Data collecting use kuesioner and interview. Population in this research is entire/all client of a number of 30.711 client in recent year the data collecting that is year 2014, by sampel as much 100 responder. Writer use quantitative descriptive analysis method From result of research done to be obtained by a result indicating that quality of service with dimension reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible have included in . good category, just only there be still which must be paid attention to and improved again

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2011 on the Management of Zakat by Bazda (Badan Amil Zakat Local) Metro City and its influence on society. And aims to determine the contributing factors; inhibiting the movement of charity in the city Metro. This paper is descriptive qualitative data collection using the techniques of observation, in-depth interviews (depth interview) with the life history of various actors in the community. This paper also uses participatory action research in order to obtain accurate data relating to zakat and performed well Focus Group discussion. Data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis and induction yaang analysis was used to analyze the legal system  of zakat and social reality in the public notice on the implementation of zakat. Based on the results of the research, that the issuance of Law No. 23 of 2011 on the Management of Zakat affect the fulfillment of zakat in Metro City are becoming more organized and in accordance with the purpose of compulsory zakat. As a key enabler of charity movement activities in Metro City is the positive response of the Mayor with the additional rules to respond to the performance of Act No. 23 of 2011 on the Management of Zakat. Source zakat collected Metro City has been perceived by society such as; house renovation, scholarships, provision of means of places of worship. Inhibiting factor is understanding people in just the tithe, so zakat mal still less become a major breakthrough. Then further inhibiting factor is the lack of motivation of people to channel funds through the zakat BAZNAS Metro City.
