Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 application. The data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires and observations. The population in this study amounted to 32 employees at the Parepare City Youth and Sports Department of Tourism. The sampling technique in this study was Saturated sampling. The sample in this study were 28 permanent employees and 4 non-permanent employees) at the Youth and Sports Department of Tourism of Parepare City. The results showed that Job Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.340 and a probability value of 0.037> 0.005. Partially job satisfaction also affects performance in terms of the t value of 2.189> t table 2.045. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.554 and a probability value of 0.003 <0.005. Partially, the work environment also affects performance in terms of the t value of 3.226> t table 2.045. Job Satisfaction and Work Environment simultaneously affect performance seen from the F value of 10.797> F table 3.32.

Abstract

The rise of online shopping, particularly through e-commerce platforms, has given rise to a new phenomenon called live shopping. Live shopping involves sellers creating virtual shopping experiences that are directly accessible to potential buyers. This study aims to identify the factors that influence buyers when making purchases in live shopping marketplaces, utilizing a basic model derived from the Technology Acceptance Model. The research employs a quantitative research method and utilizes the SmartPLS software. The findings of this study demonstrate that all indicators significantly impact Customer Purchase Shopping Live Shop. These factors include Information Quality, Intention to Use, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness. The main implication of this research is that stakeholders in the live shopping industry should focus on providing comprehensive product information, ensuring seamless transactions, creating an engaging atmosphere with product tips, offering promotions to attract customers, and prioritizing product quality. This is due to the significant role of complete and honest information in making purchases on social media platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how budget participation and budget emphasis affect budget gaps in majene district government. The population in this study was all official offices in Majene Regency, which amounted to 20 offices. The sample selection method is purposive sampling. The sample of this research amounted to 60 samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test analysis tools, data validity and realibility test and classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicholinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, . Hypothesis testing is carried out by partial testing (t), simultaneous testing (f), and determination (R2 ). The results of data analysis or multiple linear regressions show that partially (t) the variables of budget participation and budget emphasis affect budget lengths, Simultaneously (f) budget participation, and budget emphasis affects jointly on budget lengths. In the adjusted column R square is 0.470 or 47%, which means budget participation and budget emphasis in explaining the budget equivalent variable of 47% while 53% is explained by other variables not described in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of investment risk, level of income (capital), investment motivation and basic knowledge of investment on investment interest in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of West Sulawesi. The research design is quantitative. The sample in this study were 93 students from the accounting study program and management study program, the Faculty of Economics, University of West Sulawesi, in 2017 and 2020. Data collection in this study used the questionnaire method. Instrument trials were analyzed using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that t count with a value of x1 of 4,883, x2 of 5,703, x3 of 2,253 and x4 of 2,401 is greater than the value of t table with a value of 1.662. The significance value of variable x to variable y is below 0.05 so that H1, H2, H3 and H4 can be accepted and it can be concluded that all variables x, namely Investment Risk, Level of Income (Capital), Motivation and Basic Knowledge have an effect on variable y, namely Investment Interest. The ability of the independent variables to explain changes in the dependent variable is 57.40%.

Abstract

Abstrak Sektor koperasi dan ukm memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap penguatan struktur perekonomian di Kota Makassar.Pembangunan Koperasi dan UKM sebagai bagian dari pembangunan nasional memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, dalam pembangunan baik daerah maupun nasional. Pemberdayaan Koperasi dan UMKM juga menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat. Secara keseluruhan, pengetahuan dan pendidikan yang baik tentang akuntansi berdampak langsung pada efektivitas akuntansi dengan meningkatkan pemahaman, penggunaan metode yang tepat, kepatuhan terhadap prinsip dan standar, kemampuan analisis, dan perkembangan profesionalisme dalam praktik akuntansi dalam UMKM. Pentingnya informasi yang disediakan dari catatan akuntansi dapat berperan meningkatkan pengolaan usaha/bisnis. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Program SPSS Versi 2021 untuk melakukan analisis data.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengetahuan (X1) berpengaruh positif terhdap efektivitas akuntansi,dan variabel Pendidikan (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas akuntansi. pengetahuan dan pendidikan yang baik tentang akuntansi berdampak langsung pada efektivitas akuntansi dengan meningkatkan pemahaman, penggunaan metode yang tepat, kepatuhan terhadap prinsip dan standar, kemampuan analisis, dan perkembangan profesionalisme dalam praktik akuntansi.

Abstract

Product quality and variants are very important in influencing the purchasing decision when buying Whiskas at APS pet shop stores in Pangkep Regency. With the variety of products offered, consumers can choose the product they want. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the factors that impact the purchasing decisions of Whiskas products at APS pet shop stores in Pangkep Regency. The independent variables considered are Brand Image, Price Perception, and Promotion, while the dependent variable is the purchasing decision itself. For this study, primary data was collected through a survey involving 120 consumers, representing a sample from the total consumer base of 1850 people during the sales period from 2021 to 2022. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 23 program. The findings of this study reveal a positive and significant relationship between brand image, price perception, and promotional influence on purchasing decisions for Whiskas brand products at APS pet shop stores in Pangkep Regency. Particularly, promotional factors were identified as having a dominant impact on the purchasing decisions for Whiskas brand products at APS pet shop stores in Pangkep Regency

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang perekonomian negara, pertumbuhan wirausaha tumbuh dari 1,67 persen menjadi 3,10 persen selama ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan manajemen keuangan dan modal terhadap kewirausahaan pengusaha ayam pedaging di Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu. observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner survei dengan jumlah populasi 23 orang serta sampel dan sampel umum. Sedangkan penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji parsial (uji T) dan uji simultan (uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji simultan tabel ANOVA (uji F) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009 dan 0,005 menunjukkan pengetahuan manajemen keuangan berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha tetapi tidak signifikan. Alasannya tidak signifikan, yaitu peran mitra usaha dalam membantu pengusaha ayam pedaging dalam mengelola keuangannya. Sedangkan uji parsial (uji-t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas adalah pengetahuan manajemen keuangan (X1), pengaruh modal (X2) dan variabel terikat kewirausahaan (Y) signifikan..
