SPACE merupakan singkatan dari Sustainable, Planning and Culture. Menjadi nama Jurnal dari Prodi Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota Universitas Hindu Indonesia. Keberadaan Jurnal Space bertujuan sebagai media komunikasi ilmiah dalam ranah keilmuan, khususnya bidang perencanaan wilayah dan kota. Jurnal ini diharapkan menjadi wadah dialog untuk membangun konsep keberlanjutan dalam konsep perencanaan dan kebudayaan sehingga menjadi katalisator bagi munculnya pemikiran secara terpadu dan komprehensif dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan konflik berkaitan dengan penataan ruang yang ada. Jurnal SPACE terbit 2 kali dalam setahun, pada awal dan pertengahan tahun.

Abstract

Indonesia describes an archipelago that stretches from Sabang to Merauke of the total area 3.25 milion km/2 is a ocran area zone (KKP.2011).The approach to optimizing the chaacteristics of the coastal area is a dynamic and multimensional unit of power in playing the role and function of the coastal area. Throught the program in the from KUN-J program by providing empowerment for the arrangement of the ward of the jimbaran coastal area which is used by fisherman in carrying out activities as fisherman in the hope of providing comfort facilities. The method used is qualitative bye collocting data and analyzing data to find out the main problem with the program KUN-J, which will carry out the planning stage and the implementation stage. The purpose of this research is maximize the results of empowerment through village program based on economic and social aspect.

Abstract

The development of the North Badung Regency area, especially in the Petang District, is directed as a conservation area and integrated agriculture that is oriented towards the agribusiness system, developing effective, efficient, and technologically competitive farmer economic business institutions. However, the development of Agro Techno Park is still constrained by problems such as basic physical conditions, local potential and economy, lack of facilities and infrastructure, development of the tourism sector, and even more so with the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this research is to improve the application and transfer of technology, build integrated farming pilots and improve the quality of human resources as an effort to improve the standard of living of farmers and the community. The discussion method used is a mixed method between qualitative and quantitative methods. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of techno parks is a strategy for solving development problems in the technology-based agriculture and livestock sector, which is in line with the 2015-2019 national mid-term development plan to grow the regional economy. The Techno Park developed is the development of agriculture and animal husbandry that emphasizes the development of the ability of farmers and breeders according to commodities that match the conditions of the area.

Abstract

Energi listrik adalah salah satu energi yang paling utama dan dibutuhkan untuk penunjang kehidupan manusia. Dari tahun ke tahun permintaan energi listrik untuk keperluan industri dan pemukiman semakin meningkat. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari dinas Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya pada tahun 2018 kebutuhan listrik di Indonesia mengalami kenaikan mencapai 1064 KWH per kapita untuk itu pemerintah diharapkan dapat mengupayakan pembangunan PLTU sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik di Indonesia yang kini semakin meningkat. Tetapi sayangnya pemerintah lupa akan dampak lingkungan yang diakibatkan oleh pembangunan PLTU yang akan berdampak pada kerusakan lingkungan selain itu pembangunan PLTU berakibat pada perubahan kehidupan di masyarakat terutama nelayan ddan petani. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa kerusakan lingkungan akibat pembangunan dari PLTU di Jepara, Cilacap dan Batang berdampak pada kerusakan lingkungan perubahan kondisi sosial budaya dan perekonomian masyarakat. Abstract

A city within the modern era grows rapidly as a result of urbanization and the expansion of various human activity The development of the city causes some puzzling situations, which the acquirable spaces in the city getting lesser, while on the other hand urbanization and human activity produce some force that cannot be delayed. This phenomenon creates greater competition for land use from the community. The competition itself causes another phenomenon of the urban land value, as the competition gets tighter, the urban land value also increases as time passes. Based on these occurrences, there are some key points to analyze the rise of land value; these key points can be viewed from the spatial and planning perspective. The key points can be concluded as the determinant of the land value. There are several ways to decide and analyze the determinant of land values, it depends on the methods and the perspective of how urban land values are viewed. This study will identify the numerous methods to figure the determinant of land values in the city with the study of some actual cases.

Abstract

House is a basic human need, having a place to live in city center is all people’s wish due to better effectiveness. Ideally, a house should have green open space to help reforestation which is reduce the impact of environmental damage. Green open space is an elongated area/lane and/or clustered, whose use is more open, where plants grow, both grows naturally or intentionally planted plant. By law number 26 of 2007 regarding the Spatial Planning states that every city must provide green open space (GOS) at least 30% of the city area, which 20% is public green open space and 10% is private green open space. Based on Denpasar City Regulation Number 27 of 2011 concerning the Spatial Planning of Denpasar City in 2011-2031, at least 35% of the city's area is the planned area of Green Open Space in Denpasar City, whereby 20% is Public Green Open Space and 15% is Private Green Open Space. In this study, the house that will be discussed is house that include in classification of small yard house land with the provision is a house that has a land area under 200m2. For residential land, it varies from 50-80m2, land area 50m2 for type 50 house with 2 floors up to 80m2 land area for house type 45. Mathematically, environmental sustainability cannot be implemented in 3 types of houses, whereas in 2 types of houses those are type 36 with 70m2 of land area and type 45 with 80m2 of land area can be implemented. It is hoped that the developers could be meet the 15% Green Open Space expectation according to the Denpasar City Regulation for environmental sustainability.
