Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Motivational Leadership and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of employees of PT. LPI. To determine the effect of Motivational Leadership on the Performance of employees of PT. LPI. To determine the effect of Job Satisfaction on the Performance of employees of PT. LPI. To find out which variable is the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. LPI. The result of testing the equation Y in hypothesis 1 shows that the significance value of the leadership variable (X1) is 0.733 which means that the model is not significant because the significance is> 0.05. Thus Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Therefore, it can be interpreted that leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 2 shows that motivation and job satisfaction (X2) amounted to .000 so that it can be said that this model is significant because the significance is <0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This can be interpreted that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 3 job satisfaction (X3) of 0.456 so that it can be said that this model is not significant because of the significance <0.05. Thus, Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This can be interpreted that job satisfaction is influential significant on employee performance. F test results with 0.0001 significance the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the regression model can be used for predict employee performance (Y). This shows that the influence of leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. LPI.

Abstract

Mery Boutique is a place that provides a variety of women's and men's batik products that focus on service and good product quality. The purpose of doing this research is for an information system for selling batik products for women and men based on mobile web. This research is to develop an online-based sales information system in Meri boutique, the methodology used for the development of e-commerce systems is a structured methodology with a waterfall model. The results of this research are the application of e-commerce applications can help meri boutique businesses to develop more and increase sales turnover so that it can have implications for improving service to customers, consumers and administrative management.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce is one of the developments in technology and the internet, which is an internet service that is utilized for buying and selling online. Electronic commerce can involve electronic funds transfer, electronic data exchanges, automated inventory management systems and automated data collection systems. This research was conducted to design and build mobile web-based E-commerce applications with the B to C concept after testing using mobile information systems. Data collection uses observation, interview and literature study. The implementation of this mobile web-based application was designed using the Hypertext Preprocesseor programming language and My Structured Query Language. This design model uses the waterfall method by conducting a case study research that analyzes how to make it easier for consumers to obtain information about goods offered by the cake shop from the system that has been made can be concluded, in terms of the product sales process, product information, and the ordering process products desired by consumers implementing e-commerce with the BtoC concept increase consumer confidence by taking into account the determinants of trust such as maintaining reputation by providing reliable services, maintaining customer satisfaction.
