Parongpong sub-district is a suburban area where this area is one of the favorite areas in selecting residential areas, on the other hand, this area is still dominated by agricultural land. The importance of monitoring land change in an area, especially in suburban areas is very important. The use of medium-resolution satellite imagery data would be a good choice because of the easy access and availability of free data. Sentinel-2 is one of the free medium resolution satellite imagery which has a spatial resolution of 10 meters in the visible channel. The method used is remote sensing with the OBIA (Object-Based Image Analysis) approach with temporal data for two years from 2017-to 2019. The image accuracy test resulted in an Overal Accuracy value of 94.8% and a Kappa Accuracy value of 95.04%. The results of the study show that the rate of land-use change that occurred in the Parongpong Subdistrict over a period of two years, starting in 2017 to 2019, has a rate of change in the value range between -0.21% to 0.17%. The largest reduction in land use was in scrub and empty land by -8.9 Ha and the largest increase in land use for Settlements and Activities by 7.27 Ha. . Patterns of change that occur are only in four types of forest land use, bush scrub, where the pattern of change that occurs is the use of forest land to settlement and fields. Meanwhile, shrubs become fields and settlements

Sustainability is a concept that today's planners need to understand. To achieve sustainability, the idea needs to be applied to the real world. Sustainability must start from a lifestyle that is also reflected in the residence occupied. GREENS HOMES (GH) from GBCI is an instrument to assess the application of the concept of sustainability in a house. The residential assessment conducted by students in Sustainable Architecture Courses in the UII Architecture Undergraduate Program can evaluate each home's condition. This activity is expected to build student awareness related to applying sustainability principles in their home. This study aims to look at the profile of occupancy in Indonesia and the challenges of sustainable houses judging by the results of the GH assessment. Based on the evaluation, it is known that the average house in Indonesia is ranked as Gold. Simultaneously, rating categories from the highest value to the lowest are IHC, EEC, ASD, MRC, BEM, and WAC. The biggest challenges of a sustainable house in Indonesia are the utilization of natural resources, obtaining and managing the goods used daily, the processing of consumables, and their impact on nature.

Chicken meat, we consume has feathers and is a waste, if it is not processed it can result in environmental pollution. Chicken slaughter waste produces an average featherweight of 4-9% of live weight, so technology and methods are needed to reduce threats to the environment. The potential of chicken feathers has been used to fill pillows, make feather dusters and accessories, and is still underutilized as wall material, so researchers will develop the process into wall panel material, applying it to the field of architecture. The purpose of the research is chicken feather waste, which will be processed and developed into a building wall material, so it is necessary to investigate and analyze the surface topography of the panel before it is applied as a wall material. Previous research has known that the density value of chicken feather panels is 0.4, the category of rigid soft fiberboard material. The material scanning engineering method is carried out in the Microstructure laboratory to determine the surface topography of the material before it is applied as a wall material. The results of testing the chicken feather panel material can be recommended as a new alternative material in the architectural field.

Spatial planning with a small area or classified as a small island has limited area functions that can be planned or developed. Affordable service conditions between the island and the mainland encourage the island to act as a service center or the capital of a sub-district with a service area for a group of surrounding islands by considering the efficiency and effectiveness of services in the activity center system. One of the islands is Tanakeke Island, which has a new role as the center of sub-district scale activities. The purpose of this study is to examine and review the condition of the island's facilities as a center of activity. This study uses an approach and analysis with the method of observing the condition of facilities and infrastructure juxtaposed with the population of sub-district services, and using several analyzes, one of the analyzes that will be used is using network analysis with a service area scheme as the location of activity centers in the main island. The results of this study can be an illustration of the local government to increase in the number of facilities and infrastructure to support the role of Tanakeke Island as the sub-district administrative service center.

Ambon City is the center of the port, tourism, and education in the Maluku archipelago. Ambon City and music cannot be separated, even music has become the core movement of the city known as Ambon Manise because musical intuition is naturally inherent in Ambonese life. The development of music in the city of Ambon is very fast, Ambon is a city that has a lot of music enthusiasts, and has even become one of the cities that produce famous music artists in Indonesia. In the mid-20th century, Ambon produced famous singers from national to international levels. This makes Ambon city chosen by UNESCO as one of the world's creative music cities. In developing Ambon City as a world music city, the Ambon City government has prepared 25 plans which are divided into five pillars, namely musicians and communities, infrastructure, education, industrial development, and socio-cultural values. The five pillars are development priorities and development towards one icon, namely Ambon City of Music "Music Tourism". To realize Ambon City of Music "Music Tourism", it is necessary to design a Music Tourism Area as a development priority and development of the five pillars that have been planned by the Ambon city government and the Indonesian creative economy agency. The design of this music tourism area will use symbiotic architecture as a design approach. Symbiotic architecture is expected to combine the diversity of functions that exist in this design so that it can form a complex area
