Abstract

Changes in land use, both changes in category and intensity, will generate traffic so that small or large will have an influence on the surrounding traffic. As a result of the construction of this gas station, of course, will cause changes in the circulation pattern of vehicles at the location of the gas station construction. In order to anticipate the occurrence of significant traffic impacts on the transportation network in the vicinity of the development, it is necessary to conduct a traffic impact analysis. Traffic impact analysis or often called Andalalin is a special study that assesses the effects caused by traffic generated by an area development on the surrounding transportation network. This study aims 1. To examine the impact of the construction of the Bulukumba-Bira gas station on the surrounding traffic conditions; 2. Assessing the form of improvement or improvement needed to accommodate changes that occur as a result of new developments; 3. Assessing the suitability of land use with traffic conditions, the number and location of access, as well as alternative treatments for changes in traffic conditions around the location of the gas station construction.

Abstract

Transportation has a very important role in supporting community activities. One mode of transportation that plays a very important role in supporting community activities is public transportation which functions to transport people from one place to another. In terms of public transport services, it often becomes a problem in the transportation system. Public transport in this case has a service role and function so that it is necessary to conduct a study to see the performance of public transport. In order to complete the analysis of the performance of public transport, a survey of load factor, headway, arrival frequency of public transport, travel time, and availability of public transport fleets is carried out. Analysis was carried out on several variables such as load factor, headway, frequency of public transport arrivals, travel time, and availability of public transport fleets based on applicable standards. This study aims to determine the performance of public transportation in the city of Palu on service to the community as transportation users.

Abstract

Risiko kerugian banjir yang terjadi di perkotaan pada umumnya disebabkan oleh faktor kepadatan penduduk dan tekanan pada pemanfaatan lahan untuk pemukiman bahkan merambah pada areal yang berpotensi terhadap genangan banjir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung tingkat risiko bencana banjir di Kabupaten Mimika menggunakan indikator risiko bencana yakni ancaman, kerentanan, dan kapasitas. variabel yang digunakan berupa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat bahaya, kerentanan dan kapasitas masyarakat, terutama masyarakat yang berada di daerah terdampak banjir. Dengan menggunakan indikator yang berada di peta kajian risiko bencana, dapat ditentukan wilayah berisiko tinggi, sedang maupun rendah sehingga dapat dibuat klasifikasi yang akurat untuk masing-masing wilayah Distrik yang berada di Kabupaten Mimika. Risiko bencana banjir di Kabupaten Mimika berpotensi terjadi di 15 (lima belas) distrik dari keseluruhan 18 (delapan belas) distrik dengan kelas risiko tinggi dan sedang, sehingga secara keseluruhan wilayah Kabupaten Mimika memiliki kategori risiko bencana banjir berupa kategori tinggi.

Abstract

The spatial planning of the island region has its own challenges. One of the challenges faced in island area planning is the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure to support community activities on the island. The need for these facilities and infrastructure is an important part of the island's spatial planning. Kodingareng Island is one of the islands in the Sangkarrang Islands District, Makassar City. As one of the island villages in the city of Makassar, of course, Kodingareng Island requires the availability of adequate infrastructure to support community activities. This study aims to determine the need for facilities and infrastructure, especially those that are a priority needed by the community based on the typology of the island of Kodingareng. This study uses an analytical method approach to observing the typology of the island's typology, facilities and infrastructure on the island of Kodingareng and conducting interviews with the community to get an overview of the facilities and infrastructure needed by the community. This study also uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority of facilities and infrastructure needed by the community in supporting their activities. The results of this study are expected to be input for the government in making policies for the development of facilities and infrastructure needed by the community on the island of Kodingareng.

Abstract

Spatial planning with a small area or classified as a small island has limited area functions that can be planned or developed. Affordable service conditions between the island and the mainland encourage the island to act as a service center or the capital of a sub-district with a service area for a group of surrounding islands by considering the efficiency and effectiveness of services in the activity center system. One of the islands is Tanakeke Island, which has a new role as the center of sub-district scale activities. The purpose of this study is to examine and review the condition of the island's facilities as a center of activity. This study uses an approach and analysis with the method of observing the condition of facilities and infrastructure juxtaposed with the population of sub-district services, and using several analyzes, one of the analyzes that will be used is using network analysis with a service area scheme as the location of activity centers in the main island. The results of this study can be an illustration of the local government to increase in the number of facilities and infrastructure to support the role of Tanakeke Island as the sub-district administrative service center.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of tourism sustainability through community perceptions, and identify factors that influence future-orientated sustainability, as well as select the best strategy for long-term management. This was done because in Salenrang Village, Maros Regency, since it was established as a nature tourism destination in 2007, it has also absorbed labour, such as community involvement in management and local businesses. However, the surge in tourist flows has not fully prospered the local community, besides potentially causing ecological damage, degradation of natural quality, and conflicts of interest between stakeholders. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative data from the questionnaire survey, while qualitative data were obtained from in-depth interviews, document analysis and literature study. SOAR analysis was used to assess strategic factors and design future tourism management concepts. The results showed that overall, the natural tourism area of Salenrang Village has a fairly good indication of maintaining sustainability with the institutional dimension rated the strongest. However, there are several dimensional indicators that need further attention, such as waste management, increasing community income, and increasing knowledge about sustainable tourism. The SOAR analysis revealed strategic formulations to maintain its sustainability, such as the utilisation of community participation, the development of local creative industries, and educational programmes to be applied in maintaining its long-term sustainability, so that it becomes a guide for local governments, tourism managers, and other related parties in developing sustainable tourism management models based on community participation.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKabupaten Kolaka memiliki perkembangan yang cukup signifikan. Pertumbuhan penduduk selama 10 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2013 berjumlah 228.599 jiwa dan meningkat pada tahun 2023 menjadi 245.930 jiwa memberikan potensi perkembangan penggunaan lahan yang tinggi pula. Perkembangan penggunaan lahan sebaiknya disesuaikan dengan fungsi kawasan yang dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Kolaka sehingga perencanaan dan pembangunan tetap sesuai dengan kemampuan lahan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis fungsi kawasan kabupaten kolaka dan menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian penggunaan lahan dengan fungsi kawasan Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan pendekatan spasial. Analisis spasial melalui super impose (overlay). Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi kawasan yang berada di Kabupaten Kolaka adalah Fungsi Lindung dengan Luas 233, 56 Ha, Fungsi Penyangga dengan Luas 12802,65 Ha dan Fungsi Budidaya terbagi menjadi kawasan budidaya tanaman musiman seluas 224001,33 dan kawasan budidaya tanaman tahunan dengan Luas 47333,92 ha. Tingkat Kesesuaian Penggunaan Lahan dengan Fungsi Kawasan pada umumnya telah sesuai namun terdapat wilayah yang seharusnya difungsikan sebagai Kawasan Penyangga berubah menjadi Kawasan Permukiman seluas 0,28 ha. ABSTRACTKolaka Regency has a significant development. Population growth over the last 10 years from 2013 totalled 228,599 people and increased in 2023 to 245,930 people, providing the potential for high land use development. Land use development should be adjusted to the function of the area owned by Kolaka Regency so that planning and development remain in accordance with land capabilities. This research has the aim of analysing the function of the Kolaka Regency area and analysing the level of land use suitability with the function of the Kolaka Regency area. This research is a quantitative and qualitative descriptive research with a spatial approach. Spatial analysis through super impose (overlay). The results of this analysis show that the function of the area located in Kolaka Regency is a Protection Function with an Area of 233.56 Ha, a Buffer Function with an Area of 12802.65 Ha and a Cultivation Function divided into seasonal crop cultivation areas covering an area of 224001.33 and annual crop cultivation areas with an Area of 47333.92 ha. The level of Land Use Conformity with Area Functions is generally appropriate, but there are areas that should function as Buffer Areas turned into Residential Areas covering an area of 0.28 ha.

Abstract

This intersection is a commercial area with many shops, restaurants, and offices, and is the main access to the Twin Bridges of Gowa, which is the only access road between districts/cities. Congestion is caused by high traffic volumes at certain time periods, road user behavior and heavy load vehicles often crossing the intersection. This study is to evaluate the performance of the intersection using the Calculation method with the equation of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997 to obtain performance evaluation results and efforts to overcome congestion problems at the intersection. The results show that the high volume of traffic in the morning and evening with the available road capacity cannot meet the volume of vehicles passing through the intersection. Thus the degree of saturation shows a very saturated level with traffic density, congestion and poor traffic performance. The level of service is rated F (very poor) with a delay value (D) ≥60.0. Indicating extreme congestion conditions, drivers will have difficulty navigating through the intersection with severely constrained travel times. Thus, several measures are needed to address the problem, such as adjustment and optimization of traffic signal duration, traffic regulation and management, analysis and long-term planning.

Abstract

Tombolo Pao District possesses significant potential for horticultural development due to its favorable agroclimate and increasing market demand. However, inadequate infrastructure hampers its development and limits the competitiveness of its superior commodities. This study analyzes the leading horticultural commodities in Tombolo Pao and evaluates existing infrastructure as a support for agropolitan development. Data collected includes secondary data on agricultural outputs and primary data on facilities and infrastructure. The analyses utilized include qualitative descriptive, location quotient (LQ), SWOT, and IFAS-EFAS methods. The LQ analysis reveals that the horticulture subsector of vegetable crops has a value of 8.07, with leading commodities including green beans 1.53, curly chili 1.48, cauliflower 1.98, cabbage 1.11, chayote 1.80, mustard greens 1.54, and tomatoes 1.93. These findings confirm horticulture as a key subsector in the district. Based on the SWOT analysis, a strategy in Quadrant I S-O strategy is recommended. This involves enhancing agribusiness efficiency through integrated zoning, research innovation, sustainable irrigation systems, and farmer training programs to improve productivity and quality. These measures aim to optimize the district's horticultural potential and support sustainable agropolitan development

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kerawanan tanah longsor dan kesesuaian peruntukan kawasan permukiman menggunakan pendekatan Remote Sensing dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Data yang digunakan yaitu data penginderaan jauh berupa citra landsat 8 dan data sekunder pendukung lainnya. Metode Analisis dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua tahap yaitu analisis kerawanan bencana tanah longsor dan analisis kesesuaian peruntukan kawasan permukiman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah di Kecamatan Sinjai Tengah berada pada kerawanan sedang sekitar 5295,65 ha hingga tinggi sekitar 5897,85 ha atau sekitar 92,08 % dari total wilayah. Kesesuaian peruntukan kawasan permukiman diketahui secara keseluruhan dari total luas kawasan permukiman sekitar 4.198 ha di Kecamatan Sinjai Tengah, sebagian besar sekitar 3.144 ha atau 74,9 % dinilai sesuai untuk peruntukan permukiman berdasarkan kerawanan tanah longsor. Sisanya terdiri dari 912,6 ha (21,7 %) yang kurang sesuai dan 141 ha (3,4 %) yang tidak sesuai, sehingga hampir seperempat kawasan masih memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam perencanaan tata ruang.
