Abstract

This article is actually criticizing the regime of capitalism that has exploited Indonesian women. Today's capitalism is a manifestation of globalization called advanced or postmodern capitalism, globalization has had a tremendous impact on the lives of Indonesians in the social, economic, political, cultural, health and religious fields, both positive and negative. In this artkkel the author also describes the impact of globalization and criticizing the regime of capitalism that exploits women, in other words women "sold" for the business interests of capitalism, for example women become advertisement stars, both in television media and also print media, women become SPG (Sales promotion girls) in some capitalist companies, women work for a long time, the company does not pay attention to women's health conditions and unworthy salaries. Women become sex object (localization) for business continuity of capitalism. In this article the author judges the state (state) has affiliated with capitalism. Capitalism has sold women's bodies for business purposes, whereas they should be the domain of privacy rather than public consumption.

Abstract

This article will discuss about understanding information inequality in society when entering the era of globalization. Indeed, with the advancement of such a great communication technology, then each member of the world community can work together, compete and compete with each other freely. Geographical isolation and distant distances are no longer an obstacle. From an economic point of view, after the ASEAN free market (AFTA), we also witnessed the Asia-Pacific free market (APEC) and the last free world market (WTO). But because the power of capital, human resources, management, technology and industry controlled by the North countries, resulting in unfair competition. In this case, especially Indonesia, let alone for world level, ASEAN level we are still difficult to win the competition. So also in terms of culture, various ideologies, understandings and lifestyle will affect each other quickly, quickly change the community order. Once again, although theoretically all members of the world community influence each other, but due to unbalanced forces, which will dominate and impose its view is the Western countries. As an illustration, if we go to Europe or America, we can be sure we will not be able to watch television shows from Indonesia. But instead if we open any Indonesian TV station, we will easily get the events of Western products.

Abstract

This paper attempts to explain Political Communication Strategy and Publicity Politics Jakarta governor candidate in local elections in 2017 DKI basically political communication and political publicity aims to increase the popularity and elektabilitas in the eyes of the public to take sympathy. There are various ways to increase the popularity and elektabilitas that is by utilizing naturally regular occurrence (pure publicity), utilizing extraordinary events (tie-in publicity), the third utilize the activities carried out third party (free ride publicity), and the latter publicity who buy space in the media (paid publicity). In the context of the elections, political communication strategies have a central role in the agenda of victory. A candidate in this case is not only relying on the popularity and position as incumbent candidate, but there are political communication strategies that can be applied in accordance with the conditions and the place where the contestation is held. There are three important things in political communication strategies must be owned the candidates are: First, social capital (Social Capital), Second, have the financial support, the Third, Network (Network). This network is divided into two: first, community networks, such as the majlis taklim, farmers and other community groups. Second, networks are deliberately formed.

Abstract

The interaction among the individuals and groups who have different culture, different form of the communication whether verbal or nonverbal communication can cause misunderstanding in communication among the culture. So, some opinions and views toward a culture or community become the identity that traps us in creating some social prejudices. Because of that, it prevents communication and could have brought more severe consequences and can bring up offenses. In every religion, this prejudice is forbidden, especially Islam, because almost all prejudice is falsehood which can create enmity among other and this is considered as a great sin.

Abstract

This research discusses phonemena silting aqidah that occurred in West Aceh district and government role in determining policy in anticipating effort dissemination of heresy and apostasy that happened in society society. The research method using qualitative method with descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were those who were involved in the settlement of cases of heresy and apostasy in the District of West Aceh. The object of research is matters relating to the government's policy in tackling the heresy in West Aceh District. The result of the research shows that in the tackling of heresy and apostasy, the Government of West Aceh District has conducted a number of policies and efforts, among others: guidance of public aqidah, reviving the ta'lim assembly and maghrib to study, forming forum of acceleration of Islamic law enforcement, and designing the village reusam. In the effort to solve every case of heresy and apostasy, the government also prioritizes persuasive communication and dialogue by involving related institutions and society.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID) with the aim of looking at the extent to which the role of PPID in realizing public information disclosure in West Aceh. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytic method that is by describing the results of research from the findings in the field. Setap data obtained through two sources of primary data obtained directly in the field and secondary data, ie data directly collected by researchers as a supporter of the first source such as books, journals, print media, magazines, and other sources related to public information And information management officials. Based on the results of the research, the researcher sees that PPID has played a good role in realizing the public information disclosure by performing its tasks and functions so far, but there are also some other obstacles that can hinder the performance of PPID itself. Nevertheless, PPID continues to try to maximize the role it has mandated in implementing the pubic information openness, despite all the obstacles.

Abstract

The effect of tremendous disaster causes the loss and the damage of the primary need (i,e house), in which the regions damaged by the disaster are appointed as disasterprone areas, pushing the government and foreign donors to calculate new resettlement to tsunami victims.It helps them continue their survival. This research uses qualitative research with the theory of Peter Berger and Thomas Luckman which is social constructive. It focuses on how the process of formulation of identity of individual cultural from interaction process among the people at Jacky Chan Resettlement In the process of individual cultural identity formation at Jacky Chan Resettlement, it found that there are 3 kinds of identities; among others are, China-ambon who is affiliated with the merging that gained from primary 'integrated' (the domination still involving primary socialization). And next China-Aceh identity (cultural of Aceh and China are balanced among the individual) and there is compatible identity (this process encounters the process of cultural identity formation change)

Abstract

LINE TODAY is one of various news portal account supported by social media application called LINE. The research conducted the journalism function of LINE TODAY on February 2017 by using content analysis. There are four journalism function, LINE TODAY placed to entertainment more than to inform, to educate or to do social control. The choosen articles by LINE TODAY are the news which using various strategies, that are categorization, identification, individualization and missrepesentation to attract of reader interest. The political news and the local election are the news which did not like by LINE application users.
