Abstract

Representation or endowment is an institution in an established Islamic religion. In Islamic law, this waqf is included in the category of community worship (Ijtimaiyah worship). Throughout Islamic history, waqf is a very important means and capital in advancing the development of religion. In fact waqf is one of the Islamic institutions which has the potential to be further developed to help disadvantaged people. Unfortunately there are so many endowments, in general their use is still traditional consumptive and not professionally managed professionally.

Abstract

This article The development of the latest technology cannot be separated from its influence on the lifestyle trends and human economic behavior, as well as investment behavior. Forex online trading includes financial investments, especially in investments in the field of money markets and commodity futures exchanges. The author is of the view that the online forex trading transaction law is haram because it does not fulfill the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase and contains elements of gharar, maisir (gambling), usury and violates the provisions of al-sharf that is the element of speculation / chance, and this investment is classified in trading futures (future market) means the place / facility of buying and selling contracts for a number of commodities or financial instruments at a certain price whose agreed delivery of goods will be carried out in the future.

Abstract

Artikel ini ingin mengungkap pendapat dari Ibnu Katsir, penafsir ternama yang bermazhab sunni, tentang riba dan proses pengharamannya. Hal ini menjadi penting karena kehalalan atau keharaman suatu perbuatan dalam hukum Islam tidak hanya dilihat dari aspek hasil atau hukum yang sudah jadi, namun lebih jauh harus diketahui proses penetapannya. Titik tekan dari artikel ini adalah bagaimana Ibnu Katsir mensintesakan ayat Al-Qur’an dengan beberapa hadis dan mendialogkan dengan pendapat para ulama. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah pendekatan normatif yang melihat riba dari ketetapan Penentu Hukum (Allah) melalui nash-nash Al-Qur’an dan Al Hadits. Dari riset ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pengharaman riba seperti proses pada pengharaman khamr, dan hukum riba adalah haram walaupun dalam beberapa kondisi bisa juga dihukumi mubah, sementara keharaman riba disebabkan karena adanya kezaliman.

Abstract

This article discusses the function of zakat in people's lives during the khulafaurasyidin period descriptively. By using a social history approach, the socio-economic life during the Khulafaur Rasyidin period, particularly in relation to the application of zakat. During the reign of Khulafaurasyidin zakat became the main instrument in alleviating poverty and building the economy of the people. The policies issued by the caliphs all led to poverty alleviation and also the economic development of the people. In alleviating poverty through service and assistance facilities. Meanwhile, in the economic development of the people through zakat empowerment, Zakat has a role and function simultaneously, spiritually and socially, so that zakat can be a solution to problems of poverty and economic development.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Value of a Wife's Living According to Classical and Contemporary Ulama". The discussion that is the focus of this research is about the opinions of classical and contemporary scholars about the value of a wife's living. Various problems that arise about the value of living in daily life often raise questions as to what the actual value of living is. Here are the various problems that writers get in everyday life. Namely there are differences in the ability of providers; there is a case where a husband feels that he has sufficient income, but the wife feels less and demands more; there are cases where the wife compares the income she receives with the income received by her neighbors, friends, or other people; there are cases where women also work; there are customs or habits that vary in each place; there is a difference in strata (rich / poor) between the husband of the provider and the wife who receives the bread; there is a husband who gives a lot of money which tends to be excessive to his wife so that it seems as if he does not remember tomorrow; on the other hand, there is also a husband who is too stingy with his wife. This research is a library research by examining the main data sources in the form of classical and contemporary scholarly books which contain descriptions of the value of a wife's living. The final objective of this research is to find out how the wives' income value among classical and contemporary scholars and to explain the comparison of the size of the value of living both among classical and contemporary scholars. The data that the authors collect from primary, secondary, and supporting sources will be processed in a descriptive analysis. Among the books of the four schools are Al-fiqhu 'Ala Mazahib Al-arba'ah, Durrul Mukhtar, Al-Mughni Ibn Quddamah, Al-Umm, Kifayatul Akhyar, FIqh Islam Wa Adillatuhu, Al-Umm, and other relevant books. . Then, from the existing data, it is analyzed to see its relationship with the issue of wives' living value among classical and contemporary scholars. After the opinions of all schools have been collected, they will be compared between the opinions of one school and another. Which one is the same and which one is different.
