Abstract

In accordancevwith the Regulationvof the Minister ofvNational Education Number 62 of 2014 concerning Extracurricular, it states that the development of the potentialvof students asvreferred to invthe goals ofvnational educationvcan bevrealized through extracurricular activities. Extracurricular deals with student interests outside of their formal fields. As in SMADA Lamongan, there are several extracurricular activities including; recitation of the Koran, PMR, pencak silat, flag raising troops, scholarly romance magazines, creative working groups, cooperatives, choirs, theater, drum bands, dance, information technology etc. This clearly has an impact on the students who follow. Extracurricular deals with student interests outside of their formal fields. As in SMADA Lamongan, there are several extracurricular activities including; recitation of the Koran, PMR, pencak silat, flag raising troops, scholarly romance magazines, creative working groups, cooperatives, choirs, theater, drum bands, dance, information technology etc. This clearly has an impact on the students who follow. For this reason, extracurricular activities are also needed in improving the competence of graduates which includesvthree dimensions, namely the attitude dimension, the dimension ofvknowledge and the dimension of skills. Students cannot apply the knowledge they have acquired in class to their daily lives.

Abstract

Liberalization of education is an educational ideology that is student-oriented, so that the long-term goal of education is to preserve and improve the existing social order by teaching each student how to deal with problems in his own life effectively. The concept of liberalism on education implicitly leads to the concept of integrative education "in line with Islamic education", where educational liberalism emphasizes the principle of problem solving when referring to the main concept of educational liberalism, the expected goal is about integration between theory and practice. Specifically, the concept of integrative Islamic education in liberalism ideology is seen through several things such as; foundation, objectives, methods and evaluation.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter adalah bagian integral dari orientasi pendidikan Islam. Tujuannya adalah membentuk kepribadian seseorang agar berperilaku jujur, baik dan bertanggung jawab, menghormati dan menghargai orang lain, adil, tidak diskriminatif, egaliter, pekerja keras dan karakter- karakter unggul lainnya. pesantren memiliki keunggulan, terutama dalam penanaman nilai-nilai luhur kepada santri. Dinamika pendidikan pesantren lebih mengedepankan pendidikan karakter (character education) atau pendidikan moral (moral education), sehingga mampu melahirkan lulusan yang memiliki idealisme, kemampuan intelektual dan perilaku mulia. Di pesantren, santri dididik untuk memahami, menghayati, mengamalkan ajaran Islam dengan penekanan pentingnya moral dalam bermasyarakat. Hal ini dapat dilihat bagaimana santunnya santri dalam menghormati guru. Model pendidikan karekter yang dilaksanakan di pesantren dewasa ini mulai diperhatikan oleh pemerintah. Sebagian pihak menilai bahwa strategi pendidikan pesantren telah berhasil menanamkan pendidikan moralitas santrinya, walaupun proses pendidikan di pesantren tidak memiliki perangkat pembelajaran yang lengkap, tetapi menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki karakter yang lulur. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah mengetahui pembelajaran pondok pesantren Daruttaqwa Suci Manyar Gresik dalam membentuk karakter santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif research, dalam penelitian ini peneliti fokus terhadap kegiatan dan kurikulum yang digunakan dalam pesantren yang berkaitan dengan pembentukan karakter santri. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembentukan karekter di pondok pesantren Daruttaqwa Suci ada 4 pembelajaran, pertama kegiatan mengaji kitab kuning, kedua madrasah diniyah ketiga pendidikan formal dan keempat peraturan pondok pesantren

Abstract

Thinking about kalam is very important for all, especially academics. Aside from beig historical data, it can also be used as a source of knowledge, so it can be applied to current and future lives. One of the kalam thinkers in Indonesia is KH. Hasyim Asy’ari. This research is done by a qualitative approach, the source of information obtained from the library (library research). The autor faund that Hadratusy Syaikh Hasyim Asy’ari is a charismatic people and nation,s best son. His thinking about kalam was influenced socio-historical conditions when he lived. Among these are various reform teachings from reformers for the Indonesian Muslim Community, in addition to the presence of the invaders. From these conditions he established the pesantern and NU organizations. Together with the to organizations, kiai Hasyim issued a fatwa on jihad and the elimination of seven controversial word in the Piagam Jakarta.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is an effort to provide assistance from the counselor or teacher to the counselee or students in helping students to achieve their maximum developmental tasks. In implementing counseling counseling services, counseling teachers have the main task of providing services to students, but the activities of the guidance and counseling teachers are not only that but also the activities of BK teachers in administering activities that have been carried out by BK teachers, which are no less important than service activities. Therefore it is necessary to hold training on the use of the SIAP BK application to help BK teachers make it easier to organize the administration of guidance and counseling services. So that guidance and counseling teachers can stay focused on providing guidance and counseling services without leaving the main task of the counseling teacher providing guidance and counseling services to students. This training activity is given to BK teachers in the Ministry of Religion of Lamongan Regency in stages. After conducting training on the use of the SIAP BK application, it was concluded that BK teachers could be more productive and active in providing guidance and counseling services.

Abstract

This article discusses the division and crisis of Shia religion, one of which was due to the existence of a prolonged khilafiyah within the Shi'a, between the two major groups, Akhbari and Usuli. Akhbari is referred to as a textualist and scripturalist group that rejects rational principles in understanding the texts of the al-Qur’an and Sunnah, while Usuli is a group that accommodates rational principles in understanding texts and concludes ijtihad-based laws. But for those who do not have the qualifications ijtihad is obliged to follow the mujtahid who are known as marja'al-taqlid.

Abstract

This article aims at discussing the relationship between morality and religion, and what the contribution of these two fields to education. They are are important instruments to be included in the curriculum. Moral education and religious education are specific forms of education, which are needed to realize a complete education. It does not mean that they will become the overall goal of education. Moral education teaches students the knowledge of what to do regarding behavior that affects their well-being or happiness and that of others, including an understanding of the reasons behind such moral behavior.

Abstract

The development of education from time to time will always be followed by technological developments. Character education through Islamic Education learning is needed by students in an increasingly sophisticated era with increasingly modern technology. With the development of technology in the world of education, technology can help education by using modern learning models. The findings in this study are that technology can be integrated using the SAMR (Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, and Redefinition) model so that it can improve the quality of education better. The author considers that technology integration in learning with the SAMR model is very necessary, so that educators can more easily achieve goals in learning. In this journal, we will review how technology integration in Islamic Education learning using the SAMR model.

Abstract

Financial institutions act as financial intermediary institutions. The activities of an activity agency can be in the form of raising funds by offering various schemes, channeling funds with various schemes or conducting activities to raise funds and channel funds at once. Such as LKS, BUS, UUS, AS, UPS, and BMT. BMT as a business institution that further delevops its business in the financial sector, namely savings and loans. BMT’s product saving product include saving, time deposits, while loan products include financing, BMT financing, mudlarabah financing, musyarakah financing, murabahah financing, qardl financing, and qardl al-hasan financing. This research is a qualitative research aimed to answer questions about how the role of qard contract financing in BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Branch Dukun Gresik, as well as how to analyze the role of qard financing in raising the income of small and medium enterprises (UKM) to members in BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Branch Dukun Gresik. This research method using qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained from interviews, documentation, observation. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis that was inductive with descriptive approach. The results show the role of qardl contract financing in increasing the income of small and medium enterprises (UKM) to members in BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Branch Dukun Gresik. The definition of qardl financing in BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Branch of Dukun Gresik is, the provision of this financing is for small and medium business traders (UKM) who have stalls in the shaman gresik market and increase capital for small and medium enterprises (UKM). From the interviews and observation shows that there is an increase in the efforts of members who after obtaining the financing akad qardl.

Abstract

Blood transfusions are a new problem in Islamic law discourse. In the context of Jurisprudence studies, blood includes unclean objects material (lidzatihi). And there is no syar'i law that explicitly addresses the practice of blood transfusions. This confuses Muslim life. Risks and also benefits arising from the practice of blood transfusions both, from donors and recipients of blood donations (recipient) need to be considered by both. The purpose of this is to save the lives of the recipient either, because of accidents or diseases. The unlawful legal status of the use of blood becomes mandatory when faced with urgent needs, at a time when blood transfusions are the only way to save a person's life. In this case, it is based on the fourth principle Fiqhiyyah rule which is:  al-Ḍarar Yuza>l (الضَّرَرُ يُزَالُ) that the danger must be eliminated/prevented. So the practice of blood donation is a thing that must be done to avoid greater harm, for example, it will lose lives if it does not immediately make a blood donation. Also, it is revealed in a hadith narrated by Ibn Majah from Ibn 'Abbas, لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَر (not to fade and should not be harmed). Therefore,  in practice, blood transfusions need to have adhered to the procedural requirements of the health program to donors and recipients so as not only to eliminate the danger of recipients but also avoid harm to the donor.
