Abstract

Current technology is often used by all groups, one of which is students in the Information Systems department at Tanjungpura University. One of the technologies used is a Smartphone which is a tool for students to communicate with each other even during the current pandemic, Smartphones are used for learning as well and each Smartphone has its own specifications that make it superior to other Smartphones, of course with the number of Smartphones circulating in the market. will be confused in making the selection, thus the decision support system to choose a Smartphone based on the specifications is made for the purpose of assisting in the selection of the Smartphone. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to complete the decision support system for Smartphone Selection During the Pandemic for the Tanjungpura University Student Information System which uses weighted summation for each performance rating for each alternative. In this study, the results of the calculations obtained from the survey are Samsung S21 5G with a value of 73.75, Iphone 11 64GB with a value of 48.75, Vivo Y17 with a value of 81.25, Asus ROG Phone 5 with a value of 80, Oppo A92 and with a value. 96.

Abstract

Linux is a kernel whose development has been very active since it was first released to the public. With a large community, Linux development has penetrated into various fields in the world of computerization, including personal computers. Today, Linux can be used on a variety of devices from personal computers to embedded systems. The development is very active thanks to the large community and Linux adopting open source, many developers are making their own version of the Linux-based operating system. Versions and types of Linux-based operating systems are called distros or distributions. The number of versions and types of Linux-based operating systems, of course, confuses users who are trying Linux for the first time or who want to fully switch to Linux from another operating system. Decision support systems can provide alternative solutions for those users who are confused about choosing a Linux distribution. By using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the existing criteria can be used as benchmarks in determining the Linux distribution of choice and therefore the accuracy of the system can exceed 90%

Abstract

Image processing is any form of signal processing where the input is an image, such as a photo or video frame, while the output of image processing can be an image or a number of characteristics or parameters associated with the image. A digital image is a sequence of real or complex numbers represented by certain bits. Generally, digital images form rectangles or squares (in some imaging systems there are also hexagons) that have a certain width and height. At the time of sending the image, it often experiences damage to the image which results in a decrease in quality or a decrease in image quality. Often the information presented with the image is different from the original image. In this study, the authors propose the Line-Column Interpolation Method (LCI) as a new method. This method was tested to enlarge the size of medical images. Larger image sizes produce larger objects while preserving their local structure values. Thus, the results of the enlargement make better observations of objects in the image. The benefits that the author wants to achieve in this study are to be able to obtain better image scale enlargement results than before and to find out the advantages and disadvantages of using the LineColoumn Interpolation method in image scale enlargement.

Abstract

Sumbawa University of Technology (UTS) is an educational institution that produces outputs that match work needs. The curriculum is to develop a number of study programs at UTS, adapted to the developments and demands of today's world of work. This research was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction of Stakeholders on the quality of graduates. Research is using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Analysis data method uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Respondents in this study were graduate users (Stakeholders) with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study, that the quality of graduates from UTS is very good, even though they work not in their field of expertise (non-academic). Even though the quality of the graduates is in the category very good, there are several items/attributes that need to considere. In meeting the satisfaction of Stakeholders, namely Point number 9 regarding the ability of graduates to write activity reports. , such as research and projects. The second point, number 14 is the ability of graduates to use technology related to their field of science. Item number 15 is the graduate's ability to use computers.

Abstract

Mentoring is one of the activities that function to foster students in the religious field under the student activity unit, namely the Mentoring Unit. This mentoring activity is also one of the requirements for passing student evaluation activities. Reports that run in the Mentoring Unit are still manual or not yet computerized, such as in attendance, recitations, and exams. To overcome the problems that occurred above, a web based application development for mentoring from the University of Technology Sumbawa was made using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework and MySQL as a database. The software development method used is the waterfall and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling method. The results of the mentoring reporting application can make it easier for the Mentoring Unit to report every week or period

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is research that processed used computer that comes from opinion and emotion wich realized in shape of text. The method that used to analyze sentiment is using Text Mining used for mining the text in order to get comprehension about the important aspect. Text Mining done at social media Twitter. This research analyze public sentiment related with vaccination. Step of Preprocessing contains Crawling Data, Cleaning, Filtering, Stemming, TF-IDF, and labeling. Result from labeling and percentage calculation get percentage that Positive Sentiment is 29.17%, Negative Sentiment is 55.09% percentage, and Neutral is 15.74% percentage. Could be seen that Indonesian public still given many Negative Comments related with vaccination. Result of K-NN calculation with K-9 generate the accuracy is 84.53%.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a new virus that emerged at the end of 2019 in Wuhan city, China.  This virus continues to grow until it spreads to various countries in the world.  As a result, there has been a large accumulation of Covid-19 patients in every hospital in every country affected by Covid-19.  Covid-19 patients receiving treatment in hospitals have different conditions and severity, this of course affects the different mechanism for handling patients.  Therefore, technological support is needed to help classify the treatment of patients so that they can be concentrated on patients who can be treated with isoman treatment or must be referred to hospital.  This research was conducted to build a model based on a dataset of patients infected with Covid-19 using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm.  The model built can predict the treatment status of patients based on age and gender who have the highest probability of being treated in an isoman way or having to be referred to hosspital. Data used is applied using Rapidminer with validation used is spill validation with the ratio of training data is 70% and test data is 30%.  The results of this research indicate classification using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm has a high level of accuracy in classifying patient status data, rately 83.33%.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a type of Coronavirus that attacks and infects the human respiratory system. The Covid-19 pandemic has also hit Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. The impact of the pandemic has been felt by the Indonesian people, such as the weakening of the cultural, educational and economic sectors. Especially in the economic sector, Millennial Coffeshop owners are trying to get up in this New Normal era. However, the difficulty of choosing the right and strategic business location poses a serious problem for business owners. Therefore, a solution is needed in the form of an SPK that applies the MAUT method along with the use of ROC to generate weight values. The calculation of several data samples produces the best final utility value in determining the strategic location of the Millennial Coffeeshop, which is located in alternative A1 with the best final utility value of 0.8054.

Abstract

Right now the Covid-19 pandemic is very troubling where people must comply with regulations that have been made by the government, namely reducing non-essential activities outside the home so that there are no crowds, at this time many educational institutions are closed for face-to-face learning activities and then online or online learning is applied. online. In this online learning there are many media that can be used so that it makes teachers and students confused to determine which media is the most appropriate to use. This study uses a Decision Support System as a system in selecting which online learning media is the best. In determining the best online learning media, it must meet criteria such as User Capacity, Visual Interaction, Friendly Features, Application Features and Internet Data Usage. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in solving existing problems by applying the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) and OCRA (Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis) methods that can generate weight values and preference values from the first ranked alternative. So that the best online learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic lies in the A3 alternative, namely Moodle with a value of 2,296.

Abstract

Video Blogs or Vlogs are a new way to present material interactively. During making videos, vloggers often find it challenging to carry out their activities in recording or taking videos themselves, so they need a camera operator. The presence of automation technology with a combination of computer vision can provide vloggers to produce work. The answer resulting from the variety of these two technologies is robot technology with a facial recognition system and can assist vlogger activities. Based on the test results, the automatic image-taking robot has face detection capabilities with a success rate of 80% for ten trials. This robot also can automatically maintain a distance from the vlogger, where the overall test results have a 90% success rate.
